A shame that the free parking with the app had changed from 2 hours to just one hour. One hour is not enough for me to want to visit Ainoa anymore for my daily visits, since it usually takes over an hour to finnish my daily work tasks. So have been changing to other centers in espoo that offer a longer parking. Otherwise a nice place if you commute by other than car.

This place is huge and awesome place for shopping, eating and for outing. You also find metro and buses down there.

Better than Iso-Omena. More modern, less claustrophobic and a good selection of stores you need to take care of basic shopping needs.

Nice, clean mall with a variety of shops, including two large grocery stores, and a Stockmann department store. Conveniently adjacent to metro and bus platforms.

Less crowded mall as compared to other malls of Espoo. A good choice for shopping.

It's like a one stop shop where you can find most of the clothing brands for all age groups and lots of options for food and drinks. The best part is that it is not very far from Helsinki City center.

It's a nice shopping centre, but bit confusing to navigate. The way from the metro is quite long and unintuitive. Cool stores and restaurants though.

A very confusing but neat labyrinth of all kinds of useful stores and services. Finding the metro or the bus stations will take a lot of time if it's your first time there.

Nice mall with everything you need. Hope that there will be more places in the gutter. Everything is convenient. Very happy to live close by

This shopping mall is one of the worst in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area. I only go there for lunch meetings (the food court is ok, that's why I gave two stars). Walking, or even waiting around the shopping mall is awkard (layout, signs) and uncomfortable as there is continued advertisement over loudspeakers. I do understand Finnish but the only effect of this background noise is that I remember which products I'll certainly not consider for purchase, and I always try to leave the place as fast as possible. I certainly do not intend to shop anything in this place.

This place is so posh, you're more likely to see the Aurora Borealis than you are to see any happy children. Shop somewhere else where families are more welcome. The prices are unreasonably expensive in Shopping Center AINOA, and all the old widows will scowl at you because the Metro has ruined what was once their very own beautiful, alabaster yadda yadda yadda. They're happy to pay the artificially elevated prices if it keeps the riffraff out. Best to avoid.

Stockman has good quality items with high prices !

Good shopping mall but terrible design. Easy to get lost. Also the way to the night buses gets locked at night...

It's a modern shopping center with a variety of stores. I must say, it is very difficult for me to find my way around the shops. 😊 (Disclaimer: I absolutely suck at navigation!)

It's smallish for an urban centre the size of Tapiola. No K-Citymarket -- just a K-Market and K-Supermarket next to one another. The Stockmann Herkku is highway robbery.

So much open areas for meetup. Not many brand stores. Feels very different from other shopping centers in Helsinki.

Was there at noon and seemed quite empty 'cause there wasn't a lot of customers. Clean and stylish shopping center, tiny bit hard to find specific places but other wise nice place.

Couldn't understand quite well how the 2 hours fre parking works though downloaded both Ainoa and parking app! Others shopping center don't require this much hassle fir parking.

Almost all the finnish leading shops are in this shopping mall. Very clean, less hassles, and nice entertainment. Parking with taskuparkki app and ainoa app together reasonable parking charges. Recommend to visit the place👍👍

A modern, massive shopping center, Ainoa has several shops and restaurants. This kind of complex could be situated anywhere in the world. To the eyes of a person who has lived in Tapiola in the 60s and 70s the new center of Tapiola is a disaster area. Some younger person might think the opposite way.

One of the worst layout for a shopping mall imagineable. Not only is it unintuitive, I feel like it is actively designed to be counter intuitive. Nothing makes sense, not even the signs. It took me about 30 mins to go from platform 7 to platform 10. The atmosphere and general vibe is also horrendous. It is almost always empty and the shopping options are either scarce or inaccessible or both. Food court also leaves a lot to be desired. I can't think of a single good thing to say about this place. Probably the only impressive thing here is how thoroughly this place fails to achieve anything and everything one would expect from a shopping center.

It's still under construction getting more restaurants and services. Two hour free parking if you download their free app. Nice playing area for kids.

Pretty nice go an urban center. Not to many stores were open. The best store was Søstrene Grene, but I ran out of time 😧. Tasteful arrangement in wooden bins subtle colors. The rest seemed to be over priced.

I don't know why, but everytime I'm here I feel like I'm in the airport. Honestly, I am amazed by its structure.

Old style of outdoors shops are more accessible and human friendly, more social and authentic than this modern indoor center

Newly built, shiny looking, but it’s way too difficult to navigate inside the mall. It’s like a maze.

  • 5/5 Eerik H. 1 year ago on Google
Best shopping center in Espoo. Car parking so much better than in Iso Omena, also better chargers for electric vehicles. Elixia gym, restaurants and services all in one place. Alko too.

  • 5/5 Ilias B. 2 years ago on Google
Wow visited this place after 3 years not having been near Tapiola. Feels like a great improvement to the old shopping centre and bus terminal. Can be a little confusing to navigate the first time around, but it's well signed.

Ainoa is amazing shopping centre with good selection of restaurants, bus and metro stations and incredible but payable garage. But you may find a beter selection of shops elsewhere, e.g. in Iso Omena. Then again there are many good shops and restaurants that are unique to AINOA and you should check it yourself.

You can find basically what you need for and easy to go by public transportations. The cafes and restaurants are good to enjoy and It is not so crowded usually.

Nice shopping mall. Not too many restaurants or cafés but there is Stockman and many small retail stores.

Beautiful, modern shopping center with a variety of shops, restaurants and other services. Clean hallways and lots of seating, if you wanna rest for a bit. It's on top of the metro and bus stations, so very easily accessible. They have definitely put effort into signposting, but it still needs some work at certain parts of the mall.

So many shops over there, you can enjoy outdoor coffee as well between the building, a big yard in the place and its located next to Tapiola park, there is also available parking lots but its not for free, Nordea bank also at the first floor and Stockman as well. I will add more photos in the future to show more. Please ask me guys if you have any questions so i can answer it if i know the answer
