Letzten
Donnerstag
wurde
mit
im
Krankenhaus
Neuwerk
die
entzündete
Gallenblase
entfernt.
Von
der
Aufnahme
in
der
Notambulanz
bis
zur
Entlassung
gab
es
nicht
eine
Minute,
in
der
ich
etwas
zu
bemängeln
wüsste.
Klingt
tatsächlich
unglaubwürdig,
aber
es
war
nun
mal
so.
In
der
Notambulanz
war
man
von
Anfang
bestrebt,
mir
schnellstmöglich
die
Schmerzen
zu
nehmen
und
hat
mich
kompetent
in
Richtung
einer
stationären
Aufnahme
beraten,
was
sich
im
Nachhinein
als
äußerst
richtig
herausstellte,
da
die
Entzündung
sich
dermaßen
schnell
weiterentwickelte,
dass
die
Gallenblase
durchbrach.
Die
begleitenden
Ärzte
haben
sämtliche
Untersuchungen
und
Befunde
ausführlich,
vor
allem
verständlich
und
anschaulich
erläutert,
sodass
ich
mich
immer
in
besten
Händen
fühlte.
Ob
es
tatsächlich
so
war,
kann
ich
als
Nichtmediziner
nicht
beurteilen.
Während
der
Zeit
nach
der
Aufnahme
bis
zur
Entlassung
am
Montag
war
ich
auf
Station
31
untergebracht.
Die
Art
und
Weise,
wie
die
das
Stations-
und
Servicepersonal
dort
seine
Arbeit
verrichtet,
geht
nach
meinem
Empfinden
weit
über
das
oft
so
dahingesagte
„ich
mache
nur
meinen
Job“
hinaus.
Es
war
deutlich
mehr
als
„nur“
das.
Ich
habe
mich
in
jeder
Minute
einer
jeden
Schicht
meines
Aufenthaltes
nicht
nur
gut
versorgt,
sondern
herzlichst
umsorgt
gefühlt.
Jeder
der
Teams
ist
mir
immer
nicht
nur
freundlich,
sondern
offensichtlich
freudig
entgegengetreten
und
ich
habe
das
Gefühl,
dass
alle,
und
das
ist
für
mich
eigentlich
nahezu
unglaublich,
ihrer
Berufung
nachgehen
und
dies
dazu
mit
großer
Freude.
Das
ich
trotz
des
Verlaufs
nach
5
Tagen
das
Krankenhaus
„soweit
wieder
fit“
verlassen
konnte,
sollte
als
Fazit
alles
weitere
sagen.
„Immer
wieder
gerne“
wäre
an
dieser
Stelle
sicherlich
nicht
der
richtige
Ausdruck,
aber
wenn
mir
die
Wahl
bleibt,
immer
wieder
Krankenhaus
Neuwerk.
Daher
sehe
ich
alles
in
allem
für
meinen
Teil
auch
keinen
Spielraum
als
die
vollen
5
Sterne.
An
dieser
Stelle
(auch
nochmals)
herzlichen
Dank
an
die
Innere,
die
Chirurgie
und
die
Station
31!

Last
Thursday,
the
inflamed
gallbladder
was
removed
in
the
Neuwerk
hospital.
From
the
time
I
was
admitted
to
the
ER
to
the
time
I
was
discharged,
there
wasn't
a
minute
I
could
think
of
anything
to
complain
about.
It
sounds
unbelievable,
but
that's
the
way
it
was.
Right
from
the
start,
the
emergency
room
tried
to
relieve
my
pain
as
quickly
as
possible
and
gave
me
competent
advice
on
hospital
admission,
which
later
turned
out
to
be
extremely
correct,
since
the
inflammation
developed
so
quickly
that
the
gallbladder
ruptured.
The
accompanying
doctors
explained
all
examinations
and
findings
in
detail,
above
all
in
an
understandable
and
descriptive
way,
so
that
I
always
felt
I
was
in
the
best
of
hands.
As
a
non-physician,
I
cannot
judge
whether
this
was
actually
the
case.
From
the
time
I
was
admitted
until
I
was
discharged
on
Monday,
I
was
housed
in
Ward
31.
In
my
opinion,
the
way
in
which
the
ward
and
service
staff
do
their
work
goes
far
beyond
the
often
said
“I'm
just
doing
my
job”.
It
was
much
more
than
"just"
that.
During
every
minute
of
every
shift
during
my
stay,
I
not
only
felt
well
looked
after,
I
felt
warmly
cared
for.
Each
of
the
teams
has
always
been
not
only
friendly
to
me,
but
obviously
happy
and
I
have
the
feeling
that
everyone,
and
this
is
actually
almost
unbelievable
for
me,
is
pursuing
their
calling
and
with
great
joy.
The
fact
that
I
was
able
to
leave
the
hospital
"as
far
as
fit
again"
after
5
days,
despite
the
course,
should
say
everything
else
as
a
conclusion.
"Always
gladly"
would
certainly
not
be
the
right
expression
at
this
point,
but
if
I
have
the
choice,
it's
always
Neuwerk
Hospital.
Therefore,
all
in
all,
for
my
part
I
see
no
scope
other
than
the
full
5
stars.
At
this
point
(again)
many
thanks
to
the
internal
department,
surgery
and
Ward
31!
