I
have
been
coming
to
this
EB
any
time
I
go
to
a
store
in
Melbourne,
and
recently
moved
around
the
corner
from
Brimbank
Shopping
Centre.
Even
if
this
store
was
not
my
local
I
would
go
back
any
day
any
time,
in
the
past
I
have
called
for
recommendations
on
a
new
headset
or
other
accessories
and
been
met
with
nothing
but
kindness
and
a
genuine
WANT
to
help
the
customer.
But
I
picked
up
my
PS5
yesterday
and
for
whatever
reason
kept
being
met
with
an
issue
in
what
we
assume
was
the
graphics
card.
I
made
a
phone
call
to
the
store
and
Jesse
answered
and
listened
to
the
issues
I
had
been
facing,
he
understood
my
frustration
with
the
situation,
and
was
so
nice
to
me
that
all
of
my
anger
subsided,
just
from
a
small
feeling
of
feeling
like
I
was
actually
being
listened
too.
He
put
aside
the
last
stock
they
had
of
the
console
for
me
and
replaced
the
faulty
console,
and
by
all
appearances
he
stayed
back
half
an
hour
after
his
shift
to
do
this.
In
nearly
12
years
of
experience
in
retail,
sales
and
hospitality,
I
have
never
seen
customer
service
this
great.
So
I
would
just
like
to
sincerely
thank
all
the
team
at
EB
games
Brimbank
for
always
making
everyone
feel
included
and
welcome,
but
most
of
all
an
incredibly
massive
thank
you
to
Jesse,
he
went
above
and
beyond
to
make
sure
I
got
a
working
console
and
wouldn't
have
to
wait
another
6
months
for
another
stock
supply
to
come
through.
