Had a very good experience with Migitech. Great communication from the Staff throughout and they fixed a problem that I wasn't 100% sure was fixable while making it seem effortless. If for whatever reason I don't take care of my sunglasses as well as I should in future, I'm sending them to Migitech.

Maybe it was my lucky day but they offered to change the rubber nose pads on my glasses free of charge (I previously went to them to get nose pads added to my glasses a few years ago). The best service that I have had in Melbourne. This place is so professional and they charged very little money for professional repairs. I had a pair of Calvin Klein titanium frame which I sat on it and broke the join. Migitech laser wield it back together. I want to thank the lady at the front desk for being so friendly and professional.

Fantatsic repair service. Dropped off a pair of Persol Sunglasses with a damaged hinge, as result of my misuse. Expecting it would be week or so if they could repair, if at all. They were able not only refit the temple but also laser weld the hinge within a few hours. And the cost was a mere fraction of what a replacement pair would be. Highly recommended!

Their restoration skills are disaster-worthy. I went to get my glasses repaired and they broke my lenses into pieces，and there is no intention to compensate. I have to persuade the person who repaired the product. Be careful with your belongings

Migi is a true gentleman, although he was unable to procure parts to fix my watch he pointed me in the right direction. Given how niche and complicated the watch is, I am beyond impressed with his knowledge and service . Would recommended him to anyone looking to have a thorough service or restoration done.

I am writing this to prove how good their service is. More than four years ago, I got my mum’s 1965 model Omega watch fully serviced by Migi and they did such a fantastic job. Not only it is still going but also it looks new. Even a staff at an Omega boutique gave a compliment recently! At the same time I got them to fix my fake Armani watch that had worked only for a month or two after a new battery put in. Guess what? The watch still works perfectly and I just got a new battery in after four years! Wish them all the best. Keep up the good work!!!

I sent my Prada sunglasses in here to get repaired. I picked them up and around three weeks later the same arm snapped off and it was then that I noticed they had only glued it back on. Yet they charged me $130. I could’ve glued it on myself! I was expecting for that price that they would replace the part that was broken instead of simply sticking it back together. Very disappointing. Not recommended , find somewhere else.

Purchased a new timepiece through a broker and brought it along to MigiTech to check internals and remove links. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in years. I was extremely stressed to break valuable prescription glasses. My email was replied to quickly to let me know they were repairable and to bring them in. I paid for the express service which really was express (ready in just a few hours). Pricing was reasonable and receptionist was absolutely lovely. The whole thing was painless, and the glasses are as good as new.

Was my grandmother’s and meant the world to me, they followed all my specific requests, doing a full overhaul service and cleaning all the original parts. What a find ! Who knew that you could get your glasses repaired if the arm fell off ? They certainly don’t tell you that OPSM or Specsavers. Had my favourite sunglasses repaired here and can agree with all the other happy reviews from other customers, this place is a gem. Fast, efficient with excellent customer service.
