We had went to 4 other places in search of my engagement ring before we came to ADC. We had to make an appointment for our engagement ring consultation. When we arrived, we were seen to promptly. The place was classy and elegant. Everyone who worked there was very professional. We felt at ease immediately. There were quite a few things on display and I told the person who took care of me which ones I liked. Tam let me try all of them but also recommended what she thought I would like. She was very perceptive and knew what I liked before I could find the words to articulate it. This did not only apply to style but right down to the carat of the diamond and clarity. All through it she was very patient, answered all our questions and gave me all the time I needed to try things on. I never once felt rushed. We never once felt pressured to buy. It was such a lovely process which wasn't quite the case as some other places that we went to. We loved our experience at ADC and with Tam. We knew that this is where we would get our ring from. Grace made the entire process seamless 👌She went above and beyond all expectations 👏 Shortlisting the top diamonds of my preference and budget. On my initial consultation she was able to educate and run me through the entire process. Second consultation I provided designs of what style ring I was aiming to achieve. No pushy sales whatsoever like what you would get at a Jeweller. @ ADC you pick what diamond you want and they create your ring the exact what you want it. One of the few places to provide a GIA report - so there no sugarcoating, as they categorise your diamond ring by colour, cut, clarity, carat, inclusion, fluorescence etc. Number one factor effecting their price is the Aud to USD conversion rate so take that into consideration when purchasing a diamond. The estimation time of forging the ring in Mordor was nearly 2 months. They were able to get it done close to a couple weeks earlier :-) Credits to Natasha at the front door for always being soo welcoming & having a lovely smile & Tamara especially for being soo helpful in resizing the ring.

Grace Gakopoulos is the most brilliant diamond expert consultant in the world! I have bought diamonds in the US, UK and Hong Kong but she knows the beauty, intimacies and nuances of diamonds better than anyone. I first had my engagement ring and dress ring remodelled with Grace. She found me a third diamond to fit into a gorgeous trilogy ring and knew everything to look for including which setting would best flatter the diamonds. She customised the setting so it is unique and distinctive. After my amazing experience I went back to get a large pear shaped diamond. I thought I knew a lot about pear shapes but Grace knew down to a tenth of a millimetre what dimensions I should look for to get the best aesthetics and sparkle. The diamond she found for me is astounding- gorgeous white colour and eye clean for a great price! I am so thrilled. Again, she worked on a custom setting to ensure it is dazzling and spectacular. I can’t thank her enough for her attention to detail - everything including the shape of the claws and the diamonds on the side of the band are perfect. If you are looking for a diamond ring, I cannot recommend Grace highly enough. Her expertise and assistance in finding the perfect ring is flawless.

As my first experience of buying a diamond ring, I was lucky to find ACD. I picked my ring in the website then I visited the show room. "Tamara", one the lovely people of the service presented me the whole range and she was so helpful so I can picture my ring and also with quality and pricing. She was explained all different aspect of choices which create the best option for each choise plus insurance matter. I happily recommend ADC.
