I had mixed feelings. Our room was clean, but small. The air in the common areas was stale. We had the buffet breakfast. Most of the food was good except for the waffles. They were cold & tasted like cardboard. The service at breakfast was very good.

I didn't know what to expect with it being so close to the campus, but it was just for an overnight getaway. It exceeded my expectations by far. The rooms were clean, the grounds were lovely, and the staff (front desk and waiters) were phenomenal. Breakfast was delicious. I couldn't have asked for a better experience; we will definitely book another reservation.

Far, far, far exceeded expectations. I was kind of expecting a college style dormitory set up, but I found an incredibly clean, well appointed, very modern & comfortable hotel. It's my new favorite place in London. The breakfast buffet is akin to something you would find in a five star hotel. The staff are excellent. The only hiccup was checking in while it was dark - the grounds are quite dark and when you get to the parking lot, the signs to the hotel entry are not visible. A quick call to the front desk helped me find the right door. I have already recommended this hotel to friends.

My mom is staying here in a handicap room. The room is a 20 minute walk from the lobby for her in her walker. She has been there 5 days now, and though she has asked, no one has come to clean the room. No garbages emptied, no clean towels, old room service trays sitting. The staff will make her promises to show up with ice or to come clean the room….and then no one shows up. Worst place to stay in London Ontario. Might I recommend the knights inn motel.

We booked a 3 day stay, looking for an unique experience with the older style building. The room we stayed in the first night was unsatisfactory as it had a few issues. In the morning we mentioned our issues to the front desk. With no questions ask they had us moved to another room. The new room was prefect for our needs. The staff at the front desk and the attendant at the bar in the restaurant were amazing. We are looking forward to our next stay here on our next visit to London.

Small HD TV, no HD channels. Unable to connect to HDMI, so could not stream from own laptop. Almost all channels had incorrect aspect ratio. No sleep function on the remote or TV, could not access settings to correct the problems. To be fair, the desk clerk offered to send up staff with a "master remote" to switch inputs from TV to HDMI and back whenever we liked. I didn't feel like waiting for someone every time I wanted to switch inputs. No freezer in fridge, so could not freeze ice pack from our cooler. Shampoo dispenser in shower was empty. Room was unusually small and crowded, but clean. This is supposed to be a "high brow" hotel. It did not rise to the level of the economic ones.

The place has decent rooms. However, the location is difficult to navigate and the signage providing directions could be improved. In our room the AC did seem to be controllable but the temp did not affect us. The carpet was showing its age as there were several rolls and lumps in the carpeting. The food was good.

Absolutely disrespectful front desk, said that three adults would be sleeping in one queen sized bed. When told that this wasn’t acceptable the host got aggressive. The customer service was a extremely unpleasant experience and was changing his story for why we could not be accommodated multiple times. Would not recommend

Hotel: Very clean rooms, friendly service, beautiful location. Restaurant: Good selection, amazing service. Only negatives would be the food was underseasoned. I don't know if it was just that night or if it's a reoccurring thing. But for the high price point and the quality of the ingredients being high. Just a shame that they weren't seasoned properly.

Left expensive skin care and headphones behind my accident. When I returned a few hours later to check if they had been returned to the lobby. They said nothing was found in the room. Which obviously means these items were stolen. Location was convenient, outside of that I would not recommend this hotel.

There on business, sort of, room was smaller than usual but clean and comfortable. I am sure they have bigger rooms. Just because business is cheap can not blame them. Arrived late at night and left early. Breakfast buffet was great. Smiles on there faces for a group of twenty. Service for housekeeping and front desk can not comment on but front desk seem pleasant.

Stayed for 3 nights. The conference rate was reasonable; the location is not central, but a 20 walk from the university was just fine. A few beetles spotted in the room; not a major concern for me. Otherwise clean and small but sufficient (bed, desk, chair, TV). Nice gym facilities, open 24 hours. I accidentally discovered a print-out of nearby paths for walking and running. Would have been nice to that print-out placed those right in the room (my interaction with the front desk was limited to the late check in and early check out). I also noticed, much too late, that I might have been able to borrow a bicycle. I suggest prominently sharing this information in each room.

Rooms are small. They have 6 floors however the elevator goes only to the fourth floor where you must take stairs. They do not care if you're senior or have issues with stairs, you get what they give you as a room. Was their for an event where the dinner consisted of open bar. They poured single shot drinks where when asked for a double, they outright refused saying they aren't allowed to pour doubles. When asked for little ice and little mix in the drink, they refused saying they must pour the exact way for all drinks, watering down the drink. My senior citizen at the event had difficult walking. They asked me to get them a drink. I went to the bar and asked for 2 drinks (1 for me 1 for them). I was refused 2 drinks as they said 1 per person. I would not recommend this place for hosting party or celebration, They seem to employ people from different nationalities, backgrounds and diversities, which I commend and will say the staff were cordial and friendly.

Location is pretty inwards of the city and you have to walk to take public transit if going out or in for the hotel. I did not stay here yet so can't say about rooms or service. But I have heard good about the hotel. I liked it's area from inside it's green and clean and calm. Parking is plenty available. Built like a British style hotel what I felt when I went inside.

Decent hotel. Great service. The room is decent. No steamer, no stocked mini fridge. Room is outdated however the bed and pillow game was on point! Was not a fan of the ceiling tiles in the room. The breakfast offered (additional charge) was amazing!

I booked Ivey Spencer Leadership Centre based on its very affordable price and beautiful property from the photos. I didn't realize until arriving that the property specializes in large group gatherings instead of individual travelers (maybe something I should have figured from the name) but had a wonderful time regardless. I suspect the hotel is only rated 3 stars because it lacks some of the amenities of a 5 star hotel, but what it does have easily rivals every 5 star resort I've been to. The food and mixed drinks in their restaurant was phenomenal, and every single staff member I interacted with was extraordinarily kind. It's a little more secluded than other hotels in the area, but I'd say that's a feature.

The front desk staff were not great. Our rooms were on the other side of the hotel making for an incredibly long walk at the end of 8 hours of driving. They also didn't mention that the doors on the other side of the building would be locked at 10pm despite the door saying 11pm. Very frustrating. The TV in the room didn't work, the room was very stuffy and no circulation and the breakfast buffet was cold and very over priced for what it was. Wouldn't stay here again

Located at convenient spot, this hotel offers great view and comfortable bed with calm, quite atmosphere. Albeit the room was quite small, but as a couple nights' stay, it serves its purpose very well. I also cannot understate how polite and attentive staff members were. Lovely experience overall. One small downside is that, there is no microwave in the room and you need to walk a solid minute to reach the "kitchen"

Loved the cosy rooms. Very clean with large bathrooms. Breakfast was a great value for the price. Beautiful dining room. Free parking. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again.

Great service, rooms are clean and the prices are well. The location of the hotel is wonderful & has expended rich history. If you're lucky you might see many types of harmless wildlife pass by. Overall, beautifully stay.

Quiet and clean, has wifi and good breakfasts. The price is good compared to other hotels.... the main reason we stayed here was the close proximity to Western Hospital.... only about a 5 minute drive

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very professional and welcoming. Shoutout to Suzuki and the other staff at reception. If you need a place to stay in London, definitely check them out.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. No microwave in the room. I wish there was underground parking, especially in bad weather. The breakfast buffet was good if you're a big eater, otherwise, you'll pay $26 with a small tip for a small sample of food. It was a pleasurable stay with polite workers.
