    Every single time I go to Essex McDonald they forget something I got the burger bundle wich includes two medium crys in wich we only received one half filled fry but this happens every single time we go there

    Ordered a lot of food here and my $1 drink didn't go through. Manager lady accused me of not paying and told me I had to dump the drink I already filled. Another employee chimed in and sarcastically said I could have water instead. Claimed she didn't "see it on her screen" when I ordered it all on my phone. All over a $1 drink from a fast food place. Never returning here again, saving myself from this junk food anyways :)

    Very fast service this morning! Sometimes there's too much of a wait, 5-10+ minutes, but not today. Food is almost always correct. (Which is a very good average for a McDonald's location). Service is always friendly

    Imagine that you go to this location. You order a app hack through the app and wait 20 minutes in line. You are told by assistant manger that the order disappeared and they could not make it( even though they had the ingredients). Then they tell you to pull up and talk to someone else. No food and no full refund and my card was charged double. Called the number and no one called back. So done with Mcdonalds after this! Thanks for over charging me!! In the long run I am saving calories!! This location is shystie!!! keep receipts and never let them talk you into leaving without proper refund.

    Been worse and worse in food quality over the years, not worth it anymore, prices have been shot up and not cheap and fast like it used to be. 30 min to hour wait times at most locations, even at night. Used to love the place but diet wise it’s not healthy to eat here, the don’t follow protocols for food and health inspections, they use bare hands when touching some food product also a Lack of hairnets

    I visited the establishment on December 10th at around 10pm. The only thing I wanted was some holiday pies. Unfortunately they had run out of them. But even working with a skeleton crew on a busy night. The crew graciously made me 2 hot fresh pies. I'm very impressed that they went the extra mile to make this customer happy.

    I never understood why people apply to a place they truly do not want to work or be at because it shows in the food, service and atmosphere of the restaurant. My entire order was incorrect, I only took pictures of the burgers because the rest of my order was just 2 fries, 1 shake and 1 frappe’ which also came out wrong, but was fine because it was a slight mistake and more of a preference than an allergen or allergic thing. Salt on fries when asked for no salt and no whipped cream on the frappe & shake which still had whipped cream. The First picture is suppose to be my order. The second & third pictures are the tickets that’s on my order & the last pictures are what my food ended up looking like. I’m leaving a one star overall solely based on all factors. Food- Not only was my order incorrect look at how poorly it was made. Service- The lack of acknowledgment and caring to fix the issue was when I walked in to speak with someone about my order and wasn’t greeted. I was walked passed and or made eye contact with several people before I had to “excuse me” too someone. The manager or supervisor on shift didn’t tend to care to make sure when our food was re-made it was made correctly this time and would be prepared hot and fresh. Was far from the case. She had our food be rushed which then again came out hot n fresh but was still wrong & didn’t think to prepare fresh fries for us as the olds ones were cold by that point due to the original order being messed up and made over. You’d think because it was a mistake on their end they would have cared more.

    Breakfast always takes forever. Try to order on the app to make it easy for them this am and it still took forever. Food never right. What are going to do right.

    Food always tastes like it's been sitting under a heat lamp. It's dried out, it's always my last resort to grab food from there. It holds my girls over just long enough until dinner if we have to.

    The price of food here has skyrocketed while the quality continues to drop. It’s also frustrating waiting in line for 20 mins for “fast food” the whole point of McDonald’s is supposed to be cheap, fast, delicious, fatty food. How the mighty have fallen.

    Good service and kind employees. I ordered 6 mc chicken for my employees, and the employee handed me a bag without checking. I got home to find out they only gave me one Mc Chicken and returned to the store and they gave me my 5 Mc chickens without complaining

    They always seem to get my order wrong no matter how I order. App, Uber Eats, or even in person. I ask for a plain cheeseburger and they either disregard the plain aspect OR don't even put cheese on it. If I wanted a hamburger I'd say so. It's just this facility that messes up because it's a bunch of teenagers who are goofing around when I've been. Food is good once it's done right and it's fairly clean. Pictured is my recent McDelivery of a plain cheeseburger with no cheese. Facility wouldn't remedy, neither would the 3rd party delivery company.

    NOT OPEN TO ANYONE EXCEPT DRIVE-THRU AT 1AM. DRIVE THRU ONLY LIMITED TO CARS AND OTHER MOTORIZED VEHICLES. don't even THINK you can bike to the drive thru and expect service you absolute peon! What a terribly unfunny joke

    What you would expect from the well oiled McDonalds food chain machine. Went through the drive through. Staff seemed like they were getting along and the food was standard McDonald's affair.

    The staff was really fast and efficient. The McDonald's is on Shelburne Road and they're extremely busy, fast paced and they 👍 work well throughout the day.

    I was so excited to finally get my hands on there Bagels as they have them here for a limited time. The food was very hot and fresh and the service was very fast and friendly. I ate inside and it was very nice inside as well.

    It would need nice if they didn't put your order in right that you could fix it. Instead I just got repeatably told that the item wasn't put in the order when they typed it in. It's clear fast food companies in Vermont are really struggling to find competent employees. Basically every time I go to a Wendy's or McDonald's, which is minimal, it's a poor experience and it's directly related to the workers. It's not a lack of training, it's just straight up not caring. It's actually better than Colchester, which says how bad that store is. The issues here really aren't isolated to this store.

    Was in line waiting behind 1 car at 11:48 and got to the speaker to order my food and they left me sitting there and then just shut the lights off and ignored me 10 minutes before they were supposed to close. Why bother advertising a closing time if you're not gonna honor it. Just frustrating when you drive 20 minutes to get there and lazy employees close early. I was a general manager of a restaurant for 10 years and I would never allow that unless we closed early for an unforseen circumstances. Customers no matter how difficult they can be always come first.

    This place is okay but its ever time ive tried to go late the place is never open (around 11 at night) which would not be bad on its own bit they dont turn of their services either so you can get 10 15 bucks just tied up in there phone app system or ubber eats or what have you

    Food is consistent, service is fast, they're open the hours they say they are. For whatever reason, this McDonald's seems to keep a good supply of employees during the shortage. The drive through is pretty fast and the interior is as clean as you can expect from a fast food place, plus a little more. It's not right off the highway, so the lack of tourists passing through probably helps a lot. It's usually pretty busy, but I never had to wait for an extended period of time for food. Good job ya'll!

    Watched the employee prepping my food pause, bring it up to his face for a good sniff, toss it out and start over. Didn't inspire a lot of confidence. On the bright side, this is the nicest McDonald's I've ever been in by far. The self service kiosks are awesome! It's incredibly clean too.

    Dirty. The crew has the same gloves touching multiple processes that don't include food. Managers making food without gloves. No hand washing. I ordered 1 sandwich a 20 pice and 2 medium fries and waited 15 minutes. Disgusting

    The meal I had was stellar and as pleasing to the eye as it was to my palate. The service was both thoughtful and kind. I could tell that even in my pink pajamas with the hearts 💕 on them I am treated as a valued customer. ❤️
