Not one to write negative reviews but this place is rough. The order speaker is too close to the pickup window so if anyone ordered a sandwich or something that takes time, that person gets to the order pickup window before their food is done and the line queues from there. This gets worse as people now go inside to try to beat the line and you will find a line 5-6 deep in the AM just inside the building - with an equal or greater amount outside. This morning the drive through line went all the way around the building. You're talking 14 cars deep with another 6 people inside. It takes 15+ minutes to just get coffee sometimes in the morning. Anything over 5 is egregious. This isn't a single day event either. It's a fairly frequent morning occurrence.

Great service and food. They need help though....

Staff mock customers when they think they are out of earshot, the iced coffee ALWAYS tastes sour or like there's chemicals in it or something and they seem to always mess my order up. I'd like to add out of the four times I've ordered a sandwich there and asked for ketchup I've never once gotten it, even once told "it's in the bag." Don't bother with the other Dunkin Donuts in the area they cycle employees from locations all over so you get the same issues with the same useless staff. Last time I went there I was short-changed EIGHT dollars, as if I wouldn't notice. Corporate and managers do not care about these issues either. Goodbye Dunkin, you aren't worth my money or time.

Trying to find a Starbucks replacement closer to home and found out that Dunkin has really amped up their coffee offerings since the last time I visited one! Nice people and fast service if you get just a fancy coffee. Will visit again for sure.

The service here was horrible. My bagel sat on the shelf behind the counter because the person on the grill saw her "sister from another mother" at the window. By the time I got the bagel it was cold but I was to angry to say anything to her. Total wait time was around 16 minutes and I was the only one in line.

i just stopped the store to get gas. i eat here for lunch they treat me great and give me sandwiches cheap.

This location is always understaffed yet the girl working alone several days a week is always smiling and super friendly!! You need more workers like Sam!!!

Never use mobile ordering at this location!When we got there we were missing both of our drinks and our apple fritter. So we went up to the cash register and were ignored for 5 minutes before someone finally said they'd be right with us. They ended up helping the person behind us whose order was also wrong instead. When they finally came back to us they told us they didn't have the mint tea we ordered. I asked for our money back for the drinks and they insisted that we choose another drink instead. They shouldn't allow people to order something that is out of stock and if they do then they should give people their money back. Then we finally get back to the car after 20 minutes (completely defeating the point of a mobile order) and I find out they never toasted my sandwich as requested and it's now cold

I run on Dunkins...but the donut I bought was half stale (and I came in the mid-morning).

Very slow service. Been going down hill for months. Egg wraps cheese burnt, not edible

Not very clean. Staff at some locations are rude. Lately I have had to double check to make sure my order was entered in correctly when placing in person orders. But still good coffee.

This dunkin is located in a gas station. Service can be slow. With staff change overs, the food quality and speed of service isn't always consistent.

Staffing issues are causing delays. Staff that is there are doing their best. Order ahead via app. to prevent 15 min. drive-thru waits. Coffee is great and you don't need to know how to speak Italian to order.

I ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese wake up wraps they gave me to tortillas with a piece of American cheese on each and what seemed to be a half eaten egg on one and the regular half of one on the other with no sausage to be seen and the eggs were in the bottom of the bag so instead of sitting there to get a refund or something I had to go out of my way for mcdonalds so thanks to them I'm late for work

The lady who I believe is the manager is always left alone in the morning and still holds it down being the sweetest and fastest even with no help and a morning rush. Not to mention she always remembers everyone’s orders even after just one visit. So impressive. She deserves a raise dunks!

I never do this but it's been almost 2 years of disgusting bean water. Most likely to be the worst cup of coffee you have all week. There used to be a guy there that made great coffee and had contagious positive energy. For some reason I continue to waste my $ here when I stop to buy gas or a snack from Simons in hopes that maybe I can get a decent cup of coffee but it is almost getting worse as time goes on.

Customer service is not a thing. Customers can learn a lot about cashiers live if you sit and drink your coffee customers definitely aren't leaving happy or fast and if so it's bec someone came in from else where to work that day. Flies and donuts in the summer and fall hard old donuts at full price

Seems like almost every time you order here you either won't receive your order or items will be wrong.

The woman was very fast and service was equal to her hard work.

Seems like this Dunkin has been short staffed for years. Constant mistakes made with your orders. Drive the 5 extra minutes and go to the one by the cinema.
