Pedicure and manicure is a BIG disappointment in this salon. I left Natural&Mente Urban Spa yesterday with the CUTS on the skin around toenail and nail, with the CALLUS on the heels and clipped toenails too short on one foot (so the length of the toenails is different in each foot). That was the worse pedicure I had in last 10 years! The ladies seemed to me unexperienced, they did not even pay attention to what I was warning them (for example, that I have thin skin which is easily traumatized), so I end up with the cuts on the toenails and fingernails; - “Basic Manicure” +nail polish (20 EUR): they were not able to take off the gel nail polish which I already had on the nails; after intense filling the nails I had to stop the lady as my nails were already burning. I just asked to leave pieces of the old gel nail polish on my nails and cover them with the simple nail polish; I asked to be very careful while cutting cuticle, but the cuticle treatment was done rough and caused the sore. Today (one day after the treatment) the upper part of one finger is red, swelling and painful. - “Pedicure SPA” +nail polish (50 EUR): the lady who did the pedicure did not speak a word in English. Toenails were clipped with different length in each foot; the cuticle treatment was done rough and one big piece of dead skin was cut in one toe and caused pain and inflammation; callus was not removed from the heels. They did not use any sanitizing sprays in front of me, I want to believe that bath, and buff block, nail file, and clippers were properly sanitized. I asked if they sanitize the feet before soaking them in the paraffin, and the answer was “yes” with the tee tree oil which is in the bath salt (never heard that tee tree oil sanitizing is enough to be used in the salons). The same buff block, nail file, and clippers were used for hands and feet; as well as the nail brush (I want to believe the brush is also sanitized after each client!).

was looking for a place for massage and reading the reviews etc. Very impressed with how Encarni has replied. Customer service at its best, seems Encarni knows how to treat her clients....I dont know her from Adam but her response has caught my attention ....very rarely do people apologies (let alone publicly) to make things right for their customers. Im booking in to try you out :))

Drove 25 minutes to get my sports massage, only to be told when I got there that the therapist was home sick and that they have texted me about this. I showed them my text messages (which of course did not include a text message of a cancellation of the appointment). No apology, no offering of a new appointment or discount etc. Very dissatisfied.

A warm welcome when making the appointment, top-notch waxing and no pain. The beauticians even agreed to add a treatment that was not planned. I recommend the institute wholeheartedly! Thank you

Located right in the center of Estepona, this low-key salon works wonders! I didn't have time for a mani-pedi, but I experienced the sports massage which was amazing! I am used to having a massage in the 4 corners of the world and I can tell you that it was one of my best massages, the masseuse has firm hands, the right pressure, and the technique necessary to unblock the tensions. Thank you for this moment - I recommend!

The girls are nice but I never had worst waxing in my life. All the hair was broken instead waxed ( you have to look how they are growing( and she didn’t looked neither once)to be able to make good waxing and no breaking the hair), after few days I have already out the hair (I know that the hair have up to 3 hair growth but unfortunately it wasn’t this the reason).. However the full legs, bikini and arms to be done in 30 min and be properly done is impossible. Honestly I was disappointed as I was searching for a good spa where I will be going since I just moved here.
