My stay here is in this beautiful city was made exceptional by staying at the Veranera Hostel. The facilities were so clean and organized and the staff were incredibly welcoming and fun. Do not even get me started on the rooftop and pool - the sunset was stunning and I could lounge up there all day if there wasn't also a beach calling my name. I would say beach for sunrise and rooftop/pool for sunset :)

The best hostel I've stayed in (and I've stayed in many)! Bianca has done such an incredible job, so much thought has been put into every single detail. All the facilities are immaculate - the bedrooms and bathrooms are cool and spacious, the kitchen is extremely well equipped (down to named boxes for your food!), the roof terrace is beautiful, peaceful with a gorgeous pool, sun beds and bar. She has nailed the balance between community activities with peace and quiet and her team of volunteers are wonderful. Estepona is such a pretty town too!

Stayed here with my mom during a trip through Andalucía. The hostel itself is super cute with attention to detail and everyone - staff and other guests - were super welcoming. We didn’t spend much time in the hostel to connect, but felt the good vibes. Our room was spacious and the bed super comfy. Additionally, the quiet hours were respected by all which makes it even more recommendable. Also the location is super convenient and we were able to explore Estepona by foot leaving the car parked where we left it upon arrival (4min walk away).

Very good hostel, probably the best I stayed at! Good vibes, really clean, comfy beds! On a really cute street close to everything. Staff is very helpful and friendly. There is nothing I would change at this place! 🤩 Also really good if you need to do some remote working.

I had the best time at Veranera Hostel in Estepona. I met so many nice people and Bianca and her team are amazing hosts. I felt at home instantly. Everything is super clean and the interior is beautiful. The roof terrace is a little sanctuary to hang out, chat, relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the old town and surrounding Andalusian mountains. I’d definitely stay there again.

Loved this place! Everyone who works there is super friendly and genuine. Lots of solo travellers and activities so it’s easy to connect with others. Rooftop is also very nice and beds are comfy. One thing I would recommend is to give everyone a blanket in addition to the sheet provided. The lower beds in front of the AC are colder so people in those beds turn it off in the middle of the night (even when it’s on 24 degrees) and the upper beds in the corners then get really hot, resulting in the usual ‘AC wars’ in the dorms.

Absolutely perfect !! Everything from accommodation, amenities & staff was beyond any hostel I have visited. Location is fantastic, rooftop is lovely and the rooms are extremely well maintained. I was honestly surprised by the attention to detail. If I could give more than five stars I would, highly recommend this place to anyone traveling in Estepona. Great hostel with excellent facilities (like rooftop bar and plunge pool), comfortable and clean rooms and welcome staff. Fantastic central location. Private rooms with private bathroom were great. You do need the earplugs as can be a little noisy, but this does not detract from the excellent stay.

My sister and I stayed at this wonderful hostel. Even though we came early we could use all the facilities there! They have everything you need, even a little reading/working area with books, a terrace with pool and bar, a nice and clean kitchen and you can borrow umbrellas for the beach, which is super close! Over all it’s also super clean there and you feel very welcome. Everyone there is super nice! Would 100% recommend!

Wonderful little hostel in the heart of Estepona for a decent price. The rooms were clean and comfortable (and the cubicles could be closed off). The staff was incredibly kind and friendly, helping me with all my questions. The facilities were amazing (and clean!) with a pool on the roof and a good kitchen (that offered free coffee and tea). Cheap parking available in the area. Beach and restaurants in walking distance. Would definitely recommend!

This is the best hostel I’ve ever stayed in! Extremely friendly and helpful staff, great location in an absolutely beautiful little city. Family feel. The private room downstairs and the dining room were perfectly accessible to me as a wheelchair user but the other rooms and rooftop bar were up stairs. We wish we stayed more than 1 night!

Its the best Hostel ive ever been to. The Staff was super friendly, the Kitchen is the best i ever saw at a Hostel, the rooftop bar with the Pool is perfect to have a drink and meet other Guests. Also they made alot of Family Dinners or other events. The Bathrooms are like in a Hotel and everything was very clean! I definitly recommend this Place and i will definitly come Back!

Hostel was absolutely amazing. I saw the ratings and was hopeful, but the reality surpassed my wildest dreams about a hostel. Comfy memory foam beds with curtains for privacy ^_^, beautiful terrace where there is sun, music, little markets and gatherings and yoga, kitchen very well-equipped, lots of thought-through organisational hacks all over the place. Extremely friendly people. Very clean! Clearly newly done, but the level of detail is astounding. Plenty of spaces to come together or be alone. A parking for 1 euro for 24h nearby, a bit crowded sometimes, but waiting a few minutes will guarantee a free space. The surroundings are absolutely magical. Extremely close to the beach and the old town square with plenty of restaurants. I will definitely be back! Thank you <3

Fantastic hostel. Super friendly Bianca gave us everything we needed to know, best shower I've ever had at a hostel, a lil curtain across the bed, clean and tidy, super close to the beach and amazing views on the rooftop bar. Couldn't fault it and hope to go back soon.

Popped into this hostel whilst in estepona for some advice on activities in the area. They were super helpful and recommended different bits we could do. Also went to the roof for a great valued drink with a lovely review. Would recommend popping in (just press the buzzer!) or it looked super clean and lovely to stay in too!

Such a pleasant place to stay, relax and enjoy life and Estepona. Never been before and can't wait to come back. Since I arrived until I left I felt like home. My own box (with my name) for my groceries, lots of space to store on the fridges, an amazing kitchen +utensils. The beds felt like private on shared bedrooms thanks to the design they have and the curtains. The locker is big and the bathrooms are amazing because they have pedals on the sink to not waste water (love). The silent times are the best, from 11 pm to 10 am complete silence and respect for others. The hostel staff and owner are the best, always available when they are on their shift and when they are hanging around at the hostel because of the activities they are so lovely and open to share Estepona tips. The hostel offers a variety of activities for guests and local people. It's been open for 7 months and it works perfectly. I would recommend it to anyone who needs to meet people and have fun and for people who needs some time alone, it is that amazing. There is a bar at the rooftop, along with amazing views and a pool, yes, a pool. On my last night it happened to be the family dinner, so delicious and it was the best goodbye for me. Please, just go. Estepona will heal you and staying at Veranera will make everything easier for that to happen. Gracias, Veranera hostel.

Best hostel I have ever stayed at! The rooms were nice and clean with curtains for every bed. The bathroom was very nice. The kitchen was the best hostel kitchen I have seen by far. The atmosphere was great, and the staff is super friendly. The views are amazing from the rooftop and the hostel is also very comfortable to hang out at! 100% recommend!
