The waitresses, kitchen staff, reception staff, cleaners, entertainment team, bartenders, shopkeepers… All the staff are very friendly, laidback, and give you a genuine smile. The food is good, lots of variety. We enjoyed the themed dinners at the beach restaurant. The kids love the splash park and water slides! We had fun doing archery, tennis, football, arcade games, pool table, trampolining, using the gym, the kids disco … as well as, of course, lounging by the pool with cocktails! There is a beach but it’s not as nice as you might expect for the Med.

We won’t come back to this hotel. Nice place to relax with kids on the beachfront with a lot of pools and even a waterpark. However don’t expect to have a nice beach with white sand… The food is correct but not amazing… Not even had a paella during our 8 days stay… One more thing, you’ll have to leave the room at 12:00pm even if your shuttle to the airport is at 6pm and that you have a baby. Really bad experience !

Clean and stylish rooms and plenty of water to splash around in with the watermark and pools. Managed to bag an all inclusive week for £340 so really feel happy with what we got at the price. Noisy neighbours and a canteen style restaurant were the downside. More like a good 3 star than a real 4 star.

Hotel pretty clean, family room pretty spacious. Unfortunately there are no bed guards and our 3 year old fell out of bed numerous times onto a hard tiled floor and really did hurt herself. We reported to reception and they said they would see what they could do but never heard from them again! Food nice but quite samey each day . There was something for everyone though Evening entertainment very poor unfortunately. Many of the toilets did not have locks on the doors so anyone could walk in on you. After reading the past reviews the hotel have replied saying they will rectify this and it is disappointing that it still hasn't been done Hotel wasn't very busy which was great for us as plenty of access to the pools and sun loungers and given a table straight away in the restaurant for 9 of us Photographers lovely, lovely people! We were expecting at least a bottle of water in the room which we have had on many of our all-inclusive holidays so it was a shame this wasn't included All in all we have had a great time and would return again

Hotel itself was nice & my children really enjoyed the pools. I was very disappointed with all the flies that were on the food in the restaurant very off putting. So I complained & there was a slight improvement! Evening entertainment is such a let down The animation team have to be the worse we’ve experienced sadly they were unapproachable, not friendly, not very interactive with the children & their own show was terribly disorganised & looked as though they wanted to be elsewhere! Felt sorry for some of the acts that were outsourced as the animation couldn’t even be bothered to introduce the acts or thank them at the end. Hotel has such potential too.

Lovely place great for children but could with more entertainment for the adults and activities for adults like pool aerobics and more entertainment at night for adults. Great food plenty of choice. The only downfall is that the towns are not walk away you have to get a bus which was about an hour and half away. But would come again maybe with Grandchildren.

Lovely hotel. Very clean and incredibly well maintained. Staff are a cut above, nothing is too much trouble and so friendly. Food is great, something for everyone and great mix of cuisines. Only issue was location as it is a bus ride to the nearest town. However there are supermarkets and several restaurants within a short walk.

Beautiful place. Water parks and pools perfect for families and children. Very clean. Beach is very pebbley which i didnt like. Rooms are lovely, but walls are very thin so you hear everything! People walking the hallways kept me up. Food variety limited but very tasty!

Lovely hotel and great for kids. I visited for my 3rd time and honestly the hotel is great but just needs a tiny bit of tweaking. I last went 2017 and had ants infested in my room and got moved to a different room. I went again this year (2022) and also had the same issue but this time the cleaner just came with some glue to put around the sink and bathroom to block the holes. It did help but i did still see loads of ants around the room. They refused to move me rooms because they were fully booked apparently. 80% of the workers are really nice there are some rude ones but i guess u get that everywhere. I will be visiting again in the future i just really hope you sort out the ant situation in the rooms.

Came back from been here in October. We were here the last week of the season and we had the best time. Plenty of food for everybody, staff super friendly, rooms cleaned regularly and very clean. Pools were amazing with disabled access too which I've never seen before anywhere else which i thought was amazing. We had so much to do there. We loved it that much we are heading back there October 2023 and we can not wait. Thankyou for an amazing holiday.

I don’t usually write reviews but felt the need to for our stay here after reading some of the negative ones. Don’t let those negative reviews put you off. We are on our last day of an 11 night stay and I don’t have a single bad word to say. The hotel is clean, staff are always so helpful and friendly. Something new on the menu everyday and food for everyone. Massive shout out to the entertainment staff, they have made my little girls holiday. She loves the mini disco and when globey the duck and luxy bear come out she is over the moon. The only point I would say is there isn’t much around the hotel. You do get a free bus into banus and there is local buses at the top of the road. We as a family know the area very well so wasn’t a problem for us but for others you may want to research the area before hand if you weren’t wanting to stay in the hotel the whole time. Thank you for a lovely holiday

This hotel did not meet my expectations. I am still at the hotel but this is my last day being here out of 7 days so I have stayed long enough to see all the pros and cons of this hotel. The rooms were not what they looked like in the pictures, they advertised a double bed, sofa that turns into a single bed and a few other things like nice chairs and different pictures on the walls. But this is not what I was given, I was given 2 single beds pushed together and there was no chairs and the sofa bed was very low basically on the floor, which wouldn’t have been a problem if the floor wasn’t covered in millions of ants, we had reported the ants many times and they did nothing and only did anything when the cleaner came into the room and saw them. The bedding is very very thin but I am here in May which is quite cold during the nights, mornings and sometimes midday depending on what months you are here.

Lovely hotel. Staff really friendly and hardworking. Nothing was too much trouble . Even though we had a toddler who had the terrible twos. Even left a bottle of cava in room for my birthday.. Love it.

Overall good hotel with great water park - terrible food. The pros Hotel is kept very clean. Reception, rooms and hotel grounds are all clean and well looked after. Staff are all very friendly and always happy to help. Pools and water park are great. Lots for the kids to do and play on as slides are accessible for all kids over 1.2m. lots of sunbed lounges and ample space around the pools. The cons The food is by far the worst we have experienced at any hotel. Not a lot of choice and what was there was very poor quality. All meats were overcooked and rubbery. Sausages and chicken skewers from the BBQ were inedible like putting leather in your mouth. On the other hand all the rice dishes were undercooked and rice still hard. I tried all the rice dishes and all were the same. The themed restaurant was a joke and more of the same rubbish quality food. We saw some leftovers from lunch being redressed and used as mains for themed restaurant. The all inclusive drinks were tasteless. A vodka/rum and coke simply tasted like you were drinking coke and soda water. The cocktails tasted like you were just drinking juice. I had to order the spirits by themselves in the end to see if they even contained any alcohol in. I can confirm that they do but seem to be mixed with a sweet liquor that ruins the drinks. The rooms were noisy when the rooms above flushed there toilets it sounded like all the water ended up in ours. Also lots of noise from people coming from the entertainment. The entertainment itself was poor with a repetitive kids mini disco every night (my child enjoyed it however) an overly long bingo game and very bad entertainment for adults. One night even featured a karaoke night where adults were basically left to entertain themselves. Overall it is a cheap all inclusive holiday so you get what you pay for. I wouldn't call it a 4* it's more like a 3* plus. The kids will enjoy themselves but do not expect much for adults.

I'll start with the good bits: The hotel has a great view of the beach and the coast line, it gets plenty of sun. Our room was clean & Tidy and beds where made up every day. the staff where friendly and knowledgeable. Now the food is what really lets this place down. The food choice & service needs a complete overhaul from ground up. food is generally cold, unappealing mostly undercooked or lack of. by no fault of the hotel but be aware there is absolutely nothing within a good 20 minute drive of the hotel, the 7 days we where there we spent a around about 200 euros just on public transport. don't rely on buses they never show up, we waited 45minutes - 1 hour after the bus was due to arrive most days Would I go back to this hotel? No Would I go back to Estepona? In heart beat

The staff are amazing, the rooms are spotless the food is well laid out but not as good as it looks. To the point today I had to complain because the hot food in the Hotel restaurant was cold and pointed this disappointment to the team leader who checked and with a heavy heart was heard lambasting the chefs team for the offering. Cannot serve barely warm chicken........

Just come back from my holiday I been there for 10 days all-inclusive package and I am very disappointed. The hotel does not worth 4 stars! The food there is not much choice and everyday the same fruits and desert , also salads looking old like they would stay for 3 days . The rooms vere clean . I also didn't like The buildings were apart if it was raining you would be all wet until you get to the restaurant or bar afternoon if you would like to get drink . would not recommend.

Visited as part of a large family holiday. The accommodation was lovely and clean, beds and towels changed everyday as well as rooms cleaned. The air con was fantastic, especially in 30 degree heat. The facilities around the complex were great too, toilets were extremely clean no matter what time of day it was. The food despite the reviews was really good, plenty of variety for someone who is fussy with what they eat. Different cuisines and BBQ food if that’s your thing. Lots of fruit, bread and drink selections. The toaster does take a bit too long to toast ;) think it was about 5/6 rounds to get it to a toast. The entertainment was a bit dated, would be great to have Karaoke on one of the nights. Saturday dance night was definitely the best entertain. Also a massive shout out to Tyson, what a guy! Brilliant laugh, great with the kids and high energy which is what you need. Reception were so helpful and always friendly. The pools can graze childrens feet, so would suggest some aqua shoes and don’t forget your flip flops for the pool area, not only slippy but can get very hot!

Found a few of the staff a bit ignorant and made you wait to be served, not very friendly. Night time entertainment was boring and poor. Same thing every night all night no adult entertainment involved at any part of the night. Gardens was kept very tidy breakfast OK, food was only warm. Water park good. All in all only a few handful of friendly staff but a clean place. Cortijo blanco was much much better in all aspects apart from the rooms there are very basic but clean and staff very nice happy and helpful there, Cortijo blanco wins and we will re visit in Oct this year.

This hotel and the staff were amazing, they were always happy and really helpful. The food was always good. The entertainment team was great. The water park is fun for all ages. If you go to the wave pool, go close to the big ball, and Bob up and down in time with the ball, you can make massive waves🏄‍♀️ Now.... there always has to be something. If you get there and they put you right at the back hotel where the little splash park is, ask about your room first, some of the rooms that end sit in little corners, we asked to be moved as there was no light and the only view we had was of a service road. Other than that, this is a hotel, and we are most definitely returning.

Ill start with the positives, Overall, a good choice for holiday if you are travelling with kids. They have good entertainment for the little ones with multiple pools and a nice waterpark. Staff are lovely and the service is top notch with constant fresh towels and clean family rooms that are spacious with big wardrobes. There are sunbeds for the adults to relax with a beautiful veiw of the ocean. The area is kept very clean and friendly. There is a convenient aldi nearby for any shopping trips for necessities. Now for the negatives, Not the 4 star hotel as advertised. I would say probably around 3 stars. The rooms are in need of a touch up with chipped paint, mouldy bathrooms and cracked tiles. The food is bland, cheap and most of the time disgusting with the odd decent dish. Most of the time walking to dinner felt like a gamble as most times we walked out unsatisfied with abismal food to eat. There is no nightlife for the adults or teenagers that dont come with little kids. This is definitely a location you dont want to come to with just adults. The location area is not the best. I know that is not the hotels fault however there is no where easily accessible by walking as there are no towns nearby. The hotel is situated on a dirty beach and infested by flies and pigeons. The only positive about the location again is the aldi which is around 1km up the road from the hotel. If you want to go to any spanish towns or different attractions, hiring a car is extremely recommended as there is next to nothing nearby. We came at late october time and we experienced long queues at the bar for drinks and in the cafeteria. I cannot imagine what it would be like in the summer. The slides in the waterparks are decent, however they are quite painful on your back as there are ridges on the slide which takes the enjoyment out trying not to get injuried.

It's the perfect young family holiday. My children are teenager/ young adult . The big slides suited them . No traffic was brilliant. The food was nice . It would have been nicer if you could have your owe style of omelette made in front of you . I got this in similar hotels. I enjoyed it. Martin Murphy

Just got back from this location. Overall the package holiday was good value for what we paid, as for the hotel, plenty of rides and slides in the pool area to keep your kids, even teenagers entertained. The beach at the hotel is useless, I hardly saw anyone use the beach at the hotel but the beach at Estepona is 20 minutes by bus, also the beach at Puerto Banus 20 minutes by bus and the beach at Marbella 40 minutes by bus are all sandy and great for a day. The bus time table counts for nothing, it's just a matter of luck whether it turns up or not! The rooms are sufficiently spacious and kept in a fairly good state of maintenance. The hotel entertainment needs a lot of work to make it fun for all. The food was plenty, even when the main restaurant shuts, there is an all day one near the beach at the back of the hotel. Quality of food and variation needs work but the all inclusive nature means that every guest will try the taste of everything and in doing so will end up not really tasting anything! My suggestion would be to place foods that go together close to each other and clearly label them, labelling the food more clearly for english speaking was definitely a weak point at this hotel. Plenty of fresh vegetable and fruits was available and also soft drinks as well as tea and coffee. Overall we enjoyed staying at this hotel but some improvement in the areas mentioned would have made a more lasting impression.

Here for first time and we loved the waterpark and the pools. On a windy day the parasols were blown out of the holder and nearly hurt us, may be better to get tighter holders. The restaurant was very busy and the food was nice. The photographers were kind and funny, and the photo arrangements when your bought them were fantastic. Wished that there could be a better location, but it is easy to get taxis into other locations. Some locks on the bathrooms aren't there/broken, such as the one in the outside pool bathroom. The bathrooms are very clean and cleaned regularly. Lovely restaurant and the staff and lifeguards are very friendly and it was a pleasant experience! 😀 😊

The hotel is very clean, and it's big and it has so much potential..... however it lacks in atmosphere at night time, there isn't anywhere you can get away from screaming children despite the hotel being so big. And the food isn't great either... wethere it's my personal opinion or a fact I'm not sure a few people gave said the same.

we paid 190€ for a FULL DAY PASS (2 adults and 2 kids) - this included food and drinks and the splash park. we were allocated to a small and dirty eating area close to the beach and garden, there was hardly any breakfast foods, coffee only from a vending machine, no croissants or bakery, just sliced bread for toasting on a broken toaster. no fresh orange or jam. they had a salad bar that was left there ALL DAY till lunch.. it was at least 30 degrees. Really, really poor breakfast and lunch was disgusting. I spoke to another hotel guest from Denmark (who said they would never come back) and they had full breakfasts in the main dining room. No parking facilities. It was not a cheap day, the receptionist should let you know beforehand that you are not getting the full 'food included' service. I will never go there again, the only reason to go there is for the Spash pools, the wave pool was broken. Very poorly managed hotel, get your house in order before you over charge customers for a day pass. You are better off going to a beach club and rent paddle boards.

This is a good family-oriented resort. We enjoyed a nice week of vacation here with our big family group of 15 in total. It’s been a nice and relaxing week with a laid back atmosphere and a good all-inclusive experience. The pool is amazing 🏊 and with many life guards making us feel safe especially with the kids. There are plenty of water slides and activities for all ages. Beware that none of the pools are heated though, but that’s not an issue when the weather is sunny 🌞 (most of the lifeguards are also pretty handsome 🤩😂😇😂💪🏽.) One small thing is about the food, especially at the general restaurant. It does get a little bland after a while and is the same every day, so I’ll recommend booking a table at the beach club for dinner at the reception (the day before) since the food there is made on a theme-day basis such as Spanish night, Mexican night etc. which is amazing. The worst thing is that none of the locks on public bathroom doors by the pools are working. The locks at the outside restrooms at the beach club doesn’t work, and it’s the same at the big pool. Why is it that you don’t value our privacy? Fix it, stat! I do not, and I repeat - I DO NOT - want a kid to walk in on me doing my business because the locks aren’t working. This would’ve been a five star review but with the locks not working, I have to remove one. — Overall a pleasant experience 😊 I’ll recommend this place to families and would like to come back 😊

Room is good, food is tasty. Pools, slides are also good. The only disapointing thing is that wifi and safe in the room is an extra cost, even if I have all included.

Lovely resort and great selection of slides and pools. Water very refreshing. Good selection of food in the beach club house and reception. Rooms have all we need and nice to have a fridge to keep own drinks cold. Wonderful sea views. Location 4 stars as need bus to reach nearest town to walk along a promenade.

A good family venue great for young family. For adults the evening entertainment was not good.the staff were excellent and did the best with the equipment handed to them.as a paying guest the resort was not ready. You can not blame the staff but senior management and holiday reps who advertise and sell products not suitable for older people. Wonderful place but not for older persons

  • 4/5 Keith C. 1 year ago on Google
Quite nice place for young families. Beach is a bit scruffy, lots of seaweed and a broken old boat. My room had a problem withs ants in bathroom which wasn't resolved. Food quite nice. If the beach, beach traders and ants were managed better would've been a better experience.

Rooms were cleaned everyday, staff were polite and friendly. Drinks and food were good plenty of choice deffo recommend the blue lagoon cocktail 🍹 pools were great always a place took park up near a pool and find a lounger. The only downside is there is nothing near by so be willing to drive out or be limited to busses. The free bus to the nearest town is good but the town is mega expensive all top end designer shops at top end prices. If your gonna stay on resort worth the money. However I was disappointed there was no where quiet to chill but this is expected on a family resort

Me and my family had a lovely week at the end of may into June at Globales playa estepona, and I will be honest , we couldn’t fault it . Nice different food all the time. We really enjoyed the food ! Water park brilliant for the children!! Everything was clean and we had come back to a lovely clean room everyday. The staff are very friendly and helpful !! Lovely restaurant on the seafront . We had a lovely taxi journey to and from the airport. It was my childrens first time out of England and they had a wonderful time . Lovely choice of three pools! Lots of drinks and snacks throughout the day . Just a wonderful place and I hope we get to come back !!

Food is divided over multiple buffet tables, most of the time had good meals but the mass production causes some foods to be out to long to remain pallatable. Pools all around well maintained and guarded. Professional and friendly staff. Had to give my ID to be photocopied, a copy I premade with social security number blanked out was not accepted :( Overall had a good stay

  • 5/5 Emma G. 1 year ago on Google
The hotel itself is very well looked after. The gardens are immaculate. The pools are plentiful and always beds available. Lots of fun for families but quieter pools if you want a break. The food, we thought, was great with lots of selection. The restaurant staff are forever clearing away and replenishing foods. They are very friendly and helpful. The water slides are super with enjoyment for any age. The snack bar is available pretty much all day with a variety of foods available. Amazing fish, shell fish, meats, cheeses, pastries and burgers. Fruit us always available as us ice-cream. Drinks are great too. We have been here twice now and would very happily go back again.

We had a great time with this company, all the staff were very helpful and most spoke English. Fantastic for your kids as there is a on site water park with life guards at every pool. Vast amount of food in the restaurant but I will say that it did become cold after a while and had to be warmed up in a microwave that is available. Local busses on the main Rd going both ways at low cost and very easy to use. Also car hire@60euros a day.💖

  • 4/5 Johan K. 2 years ago on Google
Excellent hotel with family orientation. Fantastic water park and slides for kids of all ages. All the pools are only open between 10 and 19, so no early or midnight swims unfortunately. All the pools have life guards, so clearly a focus on safety, in line with the kids focus. Service is overall good, and the only disappointment so far is the food. There is plenty of food, but a lot of it is very bland. Plenty of options to make kids happy though.
