Food is good but be careful they scam you and sometimes they don’t put things that you ordered until you remind them

I was there and took chai latte in automatic cash register. I was waiting 20 min, all orders have been prepared, my number was 64, and workers asked for 90-00 numbers. I asked to help me to take my order and finally to get away but nobody payed attention and pretended that it was not their area of ​​​​responsibility. I wanted only my drink and go home, it was my favorite drink. After 30 min of waiting I finally got it but small and they just added more milk ok. I was upset about this waiting and not paying attention at me when I asked. After that I woke up at night from nausea I vomited with this tea and to be honest, I guess that the quality of milk wasn’t good. I worked in this industry and I know how hard it can be, but to mark orders as made early when just a drink and make wait for 30 min it’s hard. Thank you for spoiled mood and night 🫠

Worst McDonalds I have ever visited via drive thru, 20Min wait average, cold food, flat coke, melted ice cream, like they didn't know when they left it standing there in the bag for 15min. San Pedro MCD far far better

Ordered 2 meals from the screens inside to dine in. We noticed that other customers had started to receive their food orders and that our number had disappeared off the order screen. After 15 mins we went and asked about this. The manager took our receipt and we waited another 15 mins for our meals to come. We only ordered 2 cheeseburger meals! So had to wait 30 mins in total for our food, that when it came was lukewarm and dry. The manager did say sorry but that was it. No offer of a partial refund or anything. Shocking really, could have gone to a proper restaurant and got nicer food in less time. Would not go back to this mcdonalds!

A mess! I place my order through the Glovo platform, I have to say that Sol attended me kindly, but the order was an absolute disaster, the hamburger was destroyed, the potatoes did not arrive, they did not have a single ketchup, no napkin, no straws for the drink, garden salad only dead lettuce with nothing else or tomatoes nothing! only lettuce unheard of!

Der McDonalds in Estepona besteht aus zwei Gebäuden. Im Hauptgebäude das Lokal mit Drive in und McCaffe. Im Nebengebäude mit zusätzlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Freien und einem Veranstaltungsraum. Wie üblich ist der Mc sehr gut gelegen - an der Hauptstraße nach Estepona. Nebenan befindet sich eine Tankstelle mit Waschboxen. Der Mc selber ist gepflegt und gut besucht. Vier Bestellsäulen und Service am Platz belegen das neueste moderne Konzept. Der McCaffe hat das übliche Sortiment. Ausreichend Parkplätze im Vorfeld runden das gute Gesamtbild ab. Service ist sehr gut und ausreichend schnell - die Prozesse laufen gut ab. Wer vorbeikommt und Lust auf einen Big Mac hat, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Empfehlung. LG Tjf63

Been here a few times as it’s quick to order plus you get some extras (at one point a coco cola glass, now you get a towel but it’s €1). Order is easy and arrives quickly. They had some issues with my card but sorted it at the counter.

Extremely slow service with dirty tables and floor even though there store wasn't busy. It's the second time I've been here and it's second time I've experienced this. Worst McDonald's I've been to.

Nice place, always check your order though, we've been there several times and almost every time there's either a fries missing or a beef patty missing if I've added one. Always remedied when challenged though

Workers are extremely slow, the biggest burger they had at rhe moment was nothing compared to the photo they show in the commercial. Burgers were luke warm, fries were cold. Can't recommend this place

Nachdem wir von einem anstrengend Tag mit Flug ankamen wollten wir nur schnell am Abend was im Drive in Essen holen, aber kein Wort Englisch. Das geht ja mal gar nicht. Wir sind dann rein und haben zum Glück dort an einem Digitalen Bildschirm bestellen können. Es hat dann auch ungewöhnlich lange gedauert. Essen war halt Mc Donnalds Qualität, also naja. Insgesamt nicht zu empfehlen.

Es gibt wenig und enge Parkplätze. Innen war es sehr laut. Die Burger waren okay, wir mussten nicht lange darauf warten.

The restaurant was dirty, the toilets disgusting and the food not freshly made.

Service was ok but food came on a dirty tray all tables had some sort of food dirt on them not very hygienic at all had to ask for serviettes would rather drive a bit further to a different Mac Donald’s

Some day I will get hot food served ,from the short distance from kitchen to table, in most Mcdonalds.

Cold burgers, didn’t taste as fresh as it should. Service is a bit slow. Fries were nice though.

McDonald's in Spain is so much better than the UK!

If you like consistency then this is your thing. The same as it is pretty much anywhere in the works 6. It does have a "Ronald's Gym" indoor play area but at the moment it's shut because of COVID. The food is recognisably familiar but I recommend you use the loo before or after eating, it HONES but that is because they're trying to be environmentally friendly with their water free urinals which is cool but... Be prepared.

This place was an absolute disgrace the service was terrible ordered a burger which they got wrong twice it felt like it was a chore when I sent back. Ordered a medium wedges there was about 6 wedges in the packet truly awful experience

I was asked to review macdonalds and wasn't sure which one it meant as it wasn't specified. Anyhoo estepona mcds was OK but i waited outside for my son to go in so can't really give much opinion. Gib mcds have some serious problems with staff attitudes in my experience which seem to be ignored. (I've complained numerous times to no avail)

Worst Mcdonalds experience I have ever had. The employees were super slow, even though there have been just a few people. We waited a lot. Moreover, the food was not delicious. They mixed up the fries and then when we asked for a change, they brought cold fries. Burger is not even comparable with the advertised one.
