    Sometimes they get so busy that it’s ridiculously crazy to order anything and wait there. The drive thru is always good but sometimes they do miss items so check your bad before you leave. Most of the staff is always very nice.

    Bathrooms didn't have soap or toilet paper. Consequently the hygiene levels of the staff must be really low. If I had realised before ordering, I wouldn't have eaten there.

    I’ve never been to such a dirty and uncared for BK! Not one clean table, a floor that didn’t look as if been cleaned all day, my wife used the bathroom and she’s quite sure had had no clean all day. Outside just as dirty. Group came in behind us and were definitely of the same opinion. But on a positive, food was up to standard and fast service., just go there to take it away though.

    First impressions of the restaurant were not good with ripped seating in alot of places. Was given cold old fries which i complained about so the guy behind the counter gave us another batch from the same cold sat out fries. Again complained and eventually got golden hot fries as they should produce. However the guy serving was not impressed and rude. Safe to say staff are not producing a good standard at this restaurant of Burger King. Dissappointed! Wont go again. Would of given it 0 stars if i could.

    Dirty, 50% of tables was not cleaned and had trays of half eaten food left. Service was terrible, very little knowledge of english and rude behavior. Do not stop here unless absolutly needed.

    Disgusting, I ordered a flame grill whopper,I ate the burger in the car park around 1 minute after receiving it,all the food was stone cold, the bread was stale the burger was ridiculously cold,no ketchup,which is not the first time,the chips must have been cooked ages before serving they were cold and dried up,and to top it off the drink was a coke in a small plastics bottle with on cup or ice.

    Food was excellent. Never seen so much packed into a bun. They were obviously under staffed but the 3 of them worked incredibly hard to minimise the delay. If you're looking for a nice outlook from the terrace this is not your stop. Great to see the recycling bins available but maybe not right next to your table.

    Every time I go there and I order ALWAYS the order is wrong not ever similar to the one I would like to have. It feels like I throw my money. Definitely not recommended. Please hire English speakers or at least the people who working there to know the basic.

    Ice cream machinę was broken, we were waiting for our meal around 20 min, machine to order meal could not także card, do we were waiting to pay at the desk. Not really good place .. we had a bad luck :(

    Absolutely terrible from start to finish. Completely rude, lazy & incompetent staff . I think the area manager seriously needs to visit this branch and provide training .

    Absolutely disgusting. First half of the meal was cold so we sent it back and the brought it to my car the woman practically throw it at me and walked away. It tasted like they had just microwaved it, it was so soggy and absolutely tasteless.

    We recently visited the burger king during our holiday. On multiple times, they served us probably better food than the uk. Quickly efficiently and with a smile. They made ordering food in a foreign country easy! Thanks again!!!

    We live very close to this Burger king so it is our regular one but recently with the new staff it has become an horrendous experience eating there, 2 of the staff have (1 being the manager) have an attitude problem with the customers before they've even arrived to the counter and make you feel they are doing you a favour by even serving you or cooking for you, the new service ethos is to be rude and unhelpful, both recent visits i was overcharged which when i tried to complain the staff thought it was funny and laughed at me, and when i got home with my food i found some items were missing. Until they sort the problems out eat there at your peril. Even with their food offers taken into consideration, because of the over charging, its worth the extra drive to another fast food restaurant. I never leave reviews but visiting there the last 2 times has been the worst customer service experiences in my life. From coming from the same industry myself i write this review for the sake of the owner and am happy to remove it if asked so not to do longterm damage to what was once a restaurant that offered a posative experience.

    No solid Vegetarian Gluten Free food. The veggiburger is made of Gluten, the gluten free burger is meat, the chips are "may contain gluten". The situation is the same in all BK branches in Spain. When I end up there with someone who can eat there I just order an ice cream sunday, hardly a meal out.

    Tried Whiskey burger , limited offer/release.. absolutely terrible. Fries were dry, 5 had meals and fries same for everyone. All other burgers fine, hope it was just bad luck, won't try again! 3 Staff and all unhappy, service in Sabillinas much better.

    Place was very dirty, food all over the floor and on seats. Alot of the seats had big rips on them. Floor was that bad shoes we're sticking to the floor. Been a few times before and normally ok. Been again tonight not much better, have pre order machines now. But for some reason made it even slower only 3 waiting and took 15min to collect order!!! Other two still stood there and they ordered before me.

    I ordered today thru the drive in service and they gave me the wrong products and didn't give me a ticket. It's not the first time and unfortunately I only found out when I got home. You guys should pay more attention. We (your customers) use your drive in service cause we are in a hurry with no time to check on site if you deliver the right stuff.

    For a place baldly called "Burger King" I expected way more. You can get a better tasting burger almost anywhere. We have tried two different burgers so it was not just this one that was bad. Mediterrean burger had three super small pieces of tomato, while on a promo graphic it was full of tomatos.Prices are way, way too high for this quality. Two stars instead if of one star because small potato fries were good.

    Unbelievable, none of the drinks and not even the ice was working. When I told them they put on a "new" coke, but warm and no gas. Overall valuation I saw on google is 3.5 out of five, no wonder as the people working there dont seem to mind. I will not visit again!

    I don't understand how is possible to have ordered twice and both times our food was cold within a tiny distance of 5'....Also unorganised staff, we called to ask smth for our order and they couldn't find it haha and the most funny part, the lady on the phone just closed the phone while I was still speaking to her because she was incapable of finding our order. Sometimes I wonder what interviews you make before you hire someone.

    How can a Burger King restaurant have NO BURGERS....... Waited for nearly 10 minutes in a queue as the automatic machines didn't work and while waiting saw about 10 staff standing around doing nothing whilst most of the tables were full of finished meals that needed to be cleaned away... After arriving at the totally disorganised service counter were told that they didnt have any burgers (ONLY CHICKEN) no apology .... They need a total change of staff and management.... Will never visit again...

    Fairly fast with making the food. The easy access to the highway from either direction makes traveling much easier and me more likely to go there again. The whopper was delicious, but the onion rings were underwhelming- I did not like them but others in the car did.
