We
live
very
close
to
this
Burger
king
so
it
is
our
regular
one
but
recently
with
the
new
staff
it
has
become
an
horrendous
experience
eating
there,
2
of
the
staff
have
(1
being
the
manager)
have
an
attitude
problem
with
the
customers
before
they've
even
arrived
to
the
counter
and
make
you
feel
they
are
doing
you
a
favour
by
even
serving
you
or
cooking
for
you,
the
new
service
ethos
is
to
be
rude
and
unhelpful,
both
recent
visits
i
was
overcharged
which
when
i
tried
to
complain
the
staff
thought
it
was
funny
and
laughed
at
me,
and
when
i
got
home
with
my
food
i
found
some
items
were
missing.
Until
they
sort
the
problems
out
eat
there
at
your
peril.
Even
with
their
food
offers
taken
into
consideration,
because
of
the
over
charging,
its
worth
the
extra
drive
to
another
fast
food
restaurant.
I
never
leave
reviews
but
visiting
there
the
last
2
times
has
been
the
worst
customer
service
experiences
in
my
life.
From
coming
from
the
same
industry
myself
i
write
this
review
for
the
sake
of
the
owner
and
am
happy
to
remove
it
if
asked
so
not
to
do
longterm
damage
to
what
was
once
a
restaurant
that
offered
a
posative
experience.
