We turned up for our appointment at 12 but were told it was too misty so come back at 6. So we visited the town (nice place) and beach and came back at 5.50 but the place was locked. We waited for 20 minutes and then was told by the guy on the dock to come back in 30 minutes when the crew would be ready. So we went for another walk (not happy at this stage) and came back about 7. Finally a happy group of people appeared who had been paragliding. The helpful English speaking assistant told us we were now going on the water(no apology for keeping us waiting). Then he reappeared to tell us it was too windy and we'd have to rearrange. I went inside to complain to the guy who looked like the owner and seemed not to speak English. I was then told that we had not been there at 6 so they had taken the other group out. I can prove that we were there at 6 so basically this man was lying. They gave me my money back but my daughter was very disappointed as we had no time left on the holiday to come back. So they kept us waiting all day and then lied..try elsewhere.

Great guys , polite and helpful and good modern equipment available, the take off and landing were extremely well controlled with safety in mind , I only gave a 3 because although I do not know what other services offer we had 3 passengers on 1 bar all riding together, you would imagine that would enable a longer flight maybe but it was less than 10 minutes off of the boat they all felt it could have been longer . Maybe negotiate the length of flight when paying it was great fun but the shortened flight precludes returning for multiple goes. Good luck guys.

I was in contact with the parasailing team, via what's app beforehand to make sure weather conditions would allow us to fly. The experience itself was super, nice team, English speaking staff (one) and a lot of fun.

We booked with Parasailing Estalepona for 4 people, our initial booking was delayed due to bad weather (not a problem as it was at the beginning of our holiday and I'd rather it was delayed than dangerous). The experience was great, highly recommended to anyone thinking of trying it. A boat ride alone would normally cost, so to have such a great experience and a relatively relaxed boat ride back for such a great price is even better! The staff looking after us were very friendly, my only issue was that the photographs could have been better, they weren't awful but I don't think they were worth €20. Luckily I took a GoPro with me. I would recommend not pre-paying for the photos and instead, only buying them if you want them after. Note to manager(s): consider getting a GoPro to video the experience close up.
