It has a very attractive arch over its front door, reminding us that this is itself a Historic Building, dating back over 500 years in fact, to 1614. It has been thoroughly and sensitively modernised to provide 7 apartments named after the provinces of Andalucia. The beach is three minutes' walk away, and all the shops and eating places that you could wish for are also handy, as well as the main church, just round the corner and up some stairs. A good place to get modern comforts with a feel for the past. .

Can't ask for a better location. In old town Estepona. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The check-in and check-out process was efficient. We plan on using this apartment for our next trip!

We've spent 8 nights here and everything was just perfect. Very clean apartment, well equipped kitchen and the location couldn't be better. Great restaurants and cafés are in a walking distance, and La Rada beach is also just a few steps away. Definitely would recommend and return ASAP :)

A fantastic venue right in the heart of the old town. We were made to feel very welcome. The apartment was clean and spacious - just what we wanted.

Absolutely loved this place, very weird architecture, (when in your apartment, you have 'outdoor-type' windows, but they overlook the internal staircase! Odd but nice! It works, and accommodation is of a very good standard, very clean & comfortable. Well equipped & central to amenities. Could not get telly to show anything English - Russian programmes seemed to be the only option.

Great location, right at the centre of the old town. Grand entrance hall. Inside the flats the interior is dated but the facilities are adequate. The high rating is given to the hotel staff who are all so helpful. Parking in any old towns is tricky but with the hotel staff’s direction we manage to park in the centre regularly for very reasonable price. They also helped us with other requirements during our stay. We were there for the new year celebration but they made themselves available throughout the holiday season.

Photos in the reservation page were not accurate at all. They gave us a room back in summer 2022 below street level very overpriced. Out the window we could see people's feet when they passed by. It was quite outdated as well. Wifi was almost non existent.

Nice, slightly quirky apts. Old fashioned furnishings, cupboards/drawers etc, but comfortable.
