Forgot about appointment and nonchalantly said they have two emergencies and that we can come another day. Didn’t bother to call us or warn us. Before visited twice, now went to another doctor and our dog is receiving full attention for its problem.

I came into this VET three times for an appointment. I was told someone would contact me. This was over a period of two weeks. I also emailed them twice. All requests were ignored. He blames it all on Claudia. When I came in the forth and final time he just should his hands and blamed someone else. What a shambles. No customer care. How unprofessional.

Amazing vet practice, Lucia and her staff are just wonderful and so caring. They really took great care of my mum and her dog when she passed away, and have such compassion for animals in general. Great vet practice

Love this clinic! Doctor Lucia competent and kind do her job well without constant sailing of products, like in most of other clinics I've been too... staff speak a bit of English and very helpful! Recommend to everyone who does not have vet yet, you will not be disappointed ☺

I would have liked to leave 0/5 but this isn’t allowed. This clinic has not returned any calls or emails for over two weeks. I even went in to see them and was promised a reply but I am still waiting. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this clinic is totally unprofessional. Thank goodness it was not an emergency. DO NOT USE if you want a professional and efficient clinic
