This is the place where i started practicing Yoga 3 years ago! They have such amazing acoustic inside ! Any class is turned into an Audition. Sofi, the owner is a beautiful person, she uses all sorts of sacred instruments to raise your vibration, as gongs, music bowls and lots more. I have also attended really nice spiritual events. Very easy to access from the highway, free parking.

Ananda Mandira Yoga is beautiful studio with a very good mix of different of classes. It’s close to the A7 and parking outside, but once you’re inside it is so quiet and peaceful, well equipped with all kinds of music instruments for those kind of classes and different yoga teachers so I think anyone can find there type of yoga class. I’ve been having great yin yoga with Petra, lovely vinyasa with Sofi, who is fantastic using her instruments and voice, and also great classic Hatha yoga with Deepak. If you want to try yoga or continue your yoga practice or go for a special workshop, I can really recommend Ananda Mandira Yoga.

It’s definitely my favourite place on the coast! An amazing loving ambience that offers plenty of different workshops and practices! The gong baths given by Sofi are an experience not to be missed. Highly recommended!

This place is a gem in the heart of Costa del Sol for Yoga, meditation and Sound Healing Bath Sessions!! I have had the opportunity to attend several workshops and i couldn't be more delighted. I learned about this wonderful place in Marbella in September 2021 when I went with Sofi and her team on a retreat in Tarifa, in the south of Spain. (photos) One week that I will remember for ever! If I can in the future I will certainly follow Sofi again on this kind of retreat. Since then I go to her yoga center for different kinds of yoga, music sessions, etcetera. The reason why I feel so attracted to this beautiful center is that there is so much love, understanding, happiness between all the people I have met and still meet. A peaceful place where true healing happens. Sofi is an amazing teacher, I especially love her sound yoga class. It combines active & yin asanas, kundalini yoga, mantra & sound. Sofi uses her voice & an amazing array of ancient instruments with the guitar & violin. She is a true artist & selects amazing teachers & healers to make Ananda Mandira one of the best & versatile yoga studio & events center on the Costa del Sol

One of the only centers around la Costa del Sol that offers classical and original yoga. The great experience and wisdom of the teachers in Ananda Mandira and the practices they offer give you a taste of the Bliss within ever human being. Totally recommend it.

Ananda Mandira, and especially Sofi, are both gems in the hustle and bustle of Marbella. Sofi’s years of experience and intuitive style of holding space shine through in all her offerings. Especially recommended if you are interested in the intersection of sound healing and yoga!
