Bad
experience

doubt!
I
was
buying
a
vest
for
my
suit
15
days
ago.
By
the
way,
I
have
always
recommended
this
store,
and
the
one
they
have
in
C/Terraza
(which
I
have
visited
more).
The
thing
is
that
when
I
tried
it
on
at
home
with
my
suit,
I
saw
that
it
was
not
at
all
what
I
wanted
and
today
I
decided
to
return
it.
When
I
arrived
the
first
thing
they
told
me
was
that
"you
can't
change
party
clothes"
and
that
they
were
going
to
consult
with
the
owner.
I
was
surprised
because
at
no
time
was
I
notified
of
this.
When
the
saleswoman
returned,
correct
at
all
times,
she
told
me
that
it
couldn't
be
done,
but
they
were
going
to
do
me
the
favor
of
giving
me
a
ticket.
My
response
was
that
they
were
not
doing
me
any
favors.
They
should
have
informed
me
somehow
and
no
one
did.
What
has
already
made
it
clear
to
me
why
I
will
never
return
is
because
they
say
they
never
return
the
money,
and
that
no
one
usually
does.
When
I
decided
to
put
in

complaint
form,
the
owner's
son
appeared
and
when
I
tried
to
explain
my
version
he
decided
to
leave
me
speechless
with
a
"Hey,
you

have
the
complaints
book"
and
he
left.

to

client.

wrong.
You
haven't
done
me
any
favors.
I
have
my
rights
as
a
consumer
and
I
will
be
happy
to
explain
where
I
have
to,
since
that
man
who
assisted
me
has
decided
to
leave
me
speechless.
You
have
a
sign
that
cannot
be
seen
because
it
is
camouflaged
in
an
advertisement
for
a
girl
(it
looks
like
an
advertising
caption
for
a
photo),
warning
that
you
will
not
return
the
money.
This
sign
is
located
on
one
side
of
the
counter,
and
I
paid
on
the
opposite
side,
with
people
at
the
counter
covering
the
sign.
If
they
had
any
interest
in
the
clientele
seeing
it,
they
would
make
it
visible,
since
they
have
a
lot
of
space
in
front
of
the
counter,
and
not
hidden
in
an
advertisement.
But
of
course,
I'm
just
a
customer
who
has
had
to
pay
69.90
euros
for
a
vest
that,
if
they
had
informed
me,
I
wouldn't
have
to
be
forced
to
buy
in
their
store.
In

I
DO
NOT
RECOMMEND
THIS
BUSINESS
AT
ALL
due
to
my
experience
in
after-sales
and
I
encourage
everyone
who

going
to
buy,
ask

return
conditions
before
buying
to
avoid
surprises.
