Rooms are great and clean. Service on point. Owners of the room seemed a little less friendly and kind of arrogant. Great venue and the tasting was fantastic. Parking is interesting

Our room wasn't as nicely decorated as others. We later found out the rooms are individually owned. The outlets didn't work very well to plug in our devices and in December the fireplace was not working which was a bummer. The views were fantastic though and the staff was very friendly. We came for a wedding and the venue was amazing! Definitely the place to go for a mountain wedding!

We hosted our daughters wedding here. The venue is stunning. The staff was incredible. Amber was absolutely top notch as our coordinator. You can see she loves what she does. Very accommodating. The food for the reception was delicious. We highly recommend the Elk and Pork Belly. The Kitchen and wait staff were a pleasure and fun to be around. The bar staff thumbs up!!! They didn't believe us when we said there would be a lot of Coors Banquet consumed, we suggested 10 cases ( boy were we wrong) so when they were out they went to the store and bought more. We had several family members and guests stay here and everyone agrees. The room accommodations are fantastic. GOOD JOB EVERYONE! THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR EVENT AMAZZING.

The staff at the Black Canyon inn is UNMATCHED! My husband and I had our wedding at the Boulders a few days ago and it was magical! The setting is stunning, the food is some of the best we have ever had, and the service is wonderful. We are hoping to return for an event one day because we absolutely need the food again. Thanks Amber (wedding coordinator) and Gilberto! I wish I remembered more names ): They even served the two kiddos at the wedding sparkling grape juice! HOW CUTE IS THAT!

Im giving this place 5 stars because, ultimately, I was up here for my sister's wedding. In my opinion everything went well. The staff, food, and views were amazing. I don't have any info on the price, but for the way, my brother in laws mother was talking about everything, I'm gonna say a lot. Wish it was actual log cabins though. 😕 Felt like a Hilton in the mountains with a log cabin skin put on all the buildings. Also also if you like weed, don't bring flower. It's not aloud to smoked on property. 😒 Now, if you have a dispo or a cart, you're good kinda. You gotta ether do it in your car or the one designated smoking spot. All in all you're better off bringing edibles. Last thing... it's all fancy here and you're giving use sandpaper toilet paper 🧻

We stayed in the Kathryn’s cabin, absolutely beautiful cabin and overall a wonderful stay. The location was amazing and there was even an elk drinking from the pond out front. A few issues- there was a weird amount of yellow jackets inside of the cabin (we saw at least 5), the bed could definitely use replacing as it is cupping pretty majorly in the middle, the bathroom door is really squeaky, and there were still synthetic rose petals on the ground from the last visitor. So with a little bit of worth this place has the potential to be even better!

My wife and I booked a two night stay, planning a two night/three day getaway in Estes Park, in lovely Kathryn's Cabin. Be warned. The king mattress with a very thick, extremely soft topper should be replaced immediately. The edges of this are high on both sides with literally a canyon in the middle. The two of us were unable to sleep, with no options other than literally the floor or a sofa. Not a sofa bed. It was a miserable night, and we left the next morning to return home, too exhausted to look for another place to continue our getaway, and too exhausted to stay a second night at Black Canyon. We have traveled world wide for many, many years and have never written a poor review before this. No need to go into details about cancellation, refund, etc. And just a heads up. We are a retired, older couple. It was important to be very cautious in that the trestles between rooms are abruptly raised to the point that a fall could happen easily. Hoping owners will act to save others from our experience and to warn about the fall possibilities.

We got married at the Boulders June, 2023 and it couldn't have been more perfect. The bridal and grooms suites are beautiful, the views are breathtaking and the staff was amazing. The planning up to it was flawless, Corinne and Teresa both were quick to answer any questions or concerns. The day of was perfect, we stayed in the suites most of the day and our immediate family and most of our bridal party stayed on the property right across and below from the venue which made our 5 day stay even more perfect having everyone close! Our stay was great! The only issue we had was once they shut the doors it did get very hot. We had 150 guests, it could have been that we had one of the warmer weekends without rain so it could have been the quick switch in weather....either way it didn't change a thing. I wish I could relive our wedding at BCI every year!!! Which we still intend to come up and stay on our anniversary every year we can!
