Convienantly located Evans and Kipling road and is designed for a quick in out/experience. The staff is friendly , fast and efficient and always make you feel special the.moment you walk in. Decently sized to fit plenty of guests and they also have an out door patio. Parking is limited and foot traffic is low due to its location. Overall one of the better managed Starbucks in the Etobicoke area.

I visited this store on Saturday evening. I ordered the caramel macchiato. The drink was nicely made, it was made fast. The location was very clean. I had a great conversation with Tenzing! She was very friendly and her drink was delicious! Im lactose intolerant and she offered to wash the pitcher for me. Wonderful location! :)

I do not frequent this Starbucks often as I usually go to the one near Park Lawn and the service is usually standard, not amazing but the baristas are polite enough. However, when I went in recently I was dealing with a very unpleasant barista named Kim (I think). I am allergic to dairy so I asked for soy milk but when I tasted my drink it did not taste like soy milk. I asked her to confirm that it was soy milk and she made a very annoyed look and kind of rudely said yes without even checking. And then afterwards I heard her mocking my question to another barista and making fun of me. I found this extremely unprofessional and I will stick to getting my coffee at the Park Lawn Starbucks.

This used to be a Coffee Time. The conversion to a Starbucks really increased traffic in the area. There's a merge lane from Kipling south to Evan's East at the front of the facilities. Watch for cars coming through this merge lane. Both counter seating and regular table seating are available. Music sometimes is loud. Parking along three sides of the building.

There is a tall guy w/dreads who works the morning shift, and he has to be by fat the warmest & most welcoming barista I've experienced. Every time he sees me enter he has a big smile and his greeting just brightens my morning, he is always so welcoming & holds a short conversation! My co worker also goes to this location as well just at an earlier time in the morning than I & she has the exact same experience with this worker. He definitely is the reason I choose to come to this location over the other starbucks on the queensway. His constant pleasant vibe deserves to be rewarded. I always forget to ask for his name so I hope this gets passed along to the right employee, but thanks for making mornings brighter, truly appreciate his kindness & effort =) also, the lady on bar this morning, always messes up my drink & gives me an excuse of why I need to select no whip when I make my mobile order, but as I order the same at majority of locations I typically only put Van SC Cold foam on my iced latte... I'm not sure why every single time she's on bar only this particular barista chose to incorrectly add the cold foam & whip when I have corrected her more than once.. no-one else at any other location chooses to do this, so I'm not sure why it is always a negative experience with her, To my understanding if someone chooses cold foam on their drink instead of whip its is commonly understood that they are substituting the the whip for cold foam. When making a mobile order while on my way to work I'm not interested in having to explain a simple protocol to someone who works at that establishment over & over. I have never experienced any other location adding both whip & cold foam, it honestly makes no sense and then not adding the rest of the toppings on my drink( cinnamon dolce topping) as if shes trying to make a point. The point is she made my drink incorrect & if I was a problematic customer I would have her remake it my drink correctly. I don't have energy anymore to explain it to this specific barista anymore but If i knew she was on bar before I ordered I would request anyone else make my drink. Someone needs to speak to this lady, as I have said it is literally only her does chooses to intentionally add both toppings when she knows I am only requesting one. I am a regular customer at this location, and even when I make mobile orders in random location's, they have enough sense to not add both whip cream & cold foam in one drink... like who does that If anything comes out of this review at least I hope the male worker gets rewarded for the positive atmosphere he brings to this location.

This Starbucks location has a great vibe. No drive-through but there is ample parking. My order was slightly wrong but still tasted fine.

Honestly, I use to come here all the time but there is one barista that just ruins it for me and my partner. Super obnoxious, i've witness him yet at customers as me questions with such a tone where its almost intimidating, I've witness this person belittle staff members around him in front of regular customers like myself. I'm so appalled a starbuck company would allow such behaviour to happen under their brand. This one particular barista has not only made me literally go to other starbucks but has really turned me off at this location as I really try to go out of my way to avoid it and I really shouldn't have to knowing its him and not me. Short caucasian fella with glasses so aggressive for no reason. I've never encountered any issues with any other staff members but HIM. Horrible and disgraceful. Totally understand people need jobs but if cant control swearing and banging items in front of customers and belittling staff he shouldn't be working there. I'm so sorry to the staff that has to endure his poor behaviour as they are of course all younger than him. I've complained via telephone line and no one has gotten back to me since. *Sigh*

This location has become way to busy and noisey. Think a couple of new Condos opened up nearby killing the cool secluded vide... Still good coffee but just have to wait longer for it with limited opportunity to lounge and linger.. Sad.

Guy missed my mobile order... was pleansent about it though... There was a group of very inconsiderate people at the large table who had no regard for other patrons... Normally a good spot for some Sunday evening journaling...

Love shopping there, everything you need. The service was amazing. The people were very friendly. Very sad to see it go.

This Starbucks is fantastic. One of the best in the city. I don't know how they do or but the manager has a knack for hiring really friendly, chill and calm baristas who really seem to enjoy talking to their customers. True tea if there ever was (pardon the coffee pun.) They always remember my order (even though it's very basic, it still matters.) The busy rushes don't seem to frazzle them either. I've seen them chipper and chill in December. How? Who know but it's a good thing. 🙏🏻 Thank you folks!

I stopped by this location for the first time to get some food and drinks. I was welcomed by some very friendly staff as soon as i walked in the door. Big smiles on everybody's faces which put a smile on my face as well. I had a wonderful experience and everything i ordered was beyond my liking. Great service and great energy from the staff. Went through the drive through at 2:45pm today and it took an unusually long time with customers. When I finally drove up to the window I saw the employee texting on her phone inside while my finished cup of tall dark roast was sitting on the counter. I was there for almost 5min before she put her phone down to pass the cup of coffee

The baristas were kind (5/5). Our order was forgotten, but the situation was remedied by the baristas. The place itself is not very clean (3.5/5) and the tables and chairs need some maintenance/updating (2/5).

I had an amazing experience here great atmosphere highly recommended!! Cody provided an excellent exprence and a delicious drink for me with a smile!! He is AWESOME😎

Today i just went over there … i ordered two refreshers from there.. and i did a bit of customizations in that .. they make me a perfect drink for me ..the customer service was awesome.. i like the way the barista and cashier treat their customers… comparing to other starbucks this one is the best one.

I wish this was my regular Starbucks. Everyone was genuinely welcoming and friendly and they knew their regular customers by name. Product was freah dependable Starbucks. I left feeling joyful. Thx!

Kim is an outstanding barista. I saw her take care of waiting customers with patience and kindness, remembering names of frequent customers and cared sincerely for the cleanliness of the equipment she was working with. She needs a promotion, she is absolutely phenomenal

I visited Starbucks after recommended by colleagues to try chai tea latte. When I ordered, I asked a few questions to the barista and she answered everything very politely. Further, as i wanted my tea latte sweater, she told me to try, and if it is not sweater enough, she will modify to my taste. I must say Chai tea latte was 100/10 and so customer service.

This is by far my favourite Starbucks location. The staff is always friendly, offering cheerful greetings. Even during the busiest times, they take a second or two to wave or call out a hello.

Ordered oat latte and sugar cookie oat latte and they were both terrible. They were obviously not prepared properly and were not much more than hot water. Will never go to this location again. I wish I could give 0 stars.

I went to buy a coffee cup at Evans and Kipling location and the staff(s) were great. I had a hard time between 2 colors and one of the staffs made it so easy for me to decide. Another staff was very accommodating at the cashier and the service was a very smooth transaction over all. Great customer service 👍🏼👍🏼

There is a tall man with dreads that is always working the morning shift when I come in before work - his customer service is outstanding and really makes my morning so much better with his very sweet personality! If he hasn’t gotten a raise or promotion recently, he’s definitely due for one!
