The doctor was pretty much dismissive. Was told that I can only ask one question for each visit even though I had an appointment. I asked 3 in the end but was shocked to hear it from the doctor that there is a limit to my health problems. I do understand that the time is scheduled so that the doctor can visit all patients on time but if you have more than one health concerns what would you need to do? Visit the doctor every day? Schedule 3 appointments separately in one day? Makes no sense to me. When you’re a patient you need to be able to talk about your health related problems to a doctor. You can’t just decide on which one you need to bring up in your appointment and which ones you should ignore. Patients can’t really prioritize or ignore certain health issues!

I don’t have a general practitioner, so I’ve visited many walk-in clinics in Toronto. This one is by far the best. The receptionist was nice and cooperative, even offering to notify me via phone call when I needed to step outside for an important call. Dr. Singh Jaswal, besides providing prompt and fast service, is very kind, understanding, and patient. He answered all my questions thoroughly. Despite having several inquiries about a note request, a tetanus shot, a medication refill, and other questions, I never felt rushed during my appointment.

What a joke. Great example of our Ontario tax dollars hard at work. Front staff are friendly but this walk-in clinic like so many others in Toronto is so typical. 11:10am appointment, in an exam room at 1:30pm, doctor comes in at 1:50pm. Here's an idea, just don’t take appointments. Clearly, no one thinks any of us have better places to be than in stuffy building vestibule with only half the number seats as there are patients in the queue. What a joke…and will my own doctor get dinged for my visit here? You betcha but I don’t care. I can’t get into see my own doctor when I need to do why should I care about that. Nothing really personal against this clinic but this clinic and the whole system deserves a 0-star rating.

Literally a 5 star experience. Young woman receptionist: wonderful. Dr. Dino (sp?): wonderful. Patient rooms: clean and comfortable. Pharmacy next door: wonderful. My entire visit including a 10min filling out forms, and waiting for the doctor was less than 40 min. This was a walk-in visit without an appointment but from what I read in other reviews, making an online appt is super easy. Highly recommend.

Made an appointment with s doctor online the day of and honestly it was such a positive experience! I’m from Ottawa and there are just no walk in clinics there, so it was amazing to see so many available. Anyways, got seen after waiting for 20 minutes after my appointment time but im sure with how busy some clinics can get that is a relatively short wait time. People who just walked in were being seen to very quickly so I don’t think it matters if you make an appointment or not. Staff were very very kind and professional, doctor was thorough, took my concerns seriously, and took the time to explain what was going on. Would very much recommend!

Having experienced several walk-in clinics before, I can confidently say that this Medical Center stands out from the rest. The moment I walked in, I noticed the difference. The offices were impeccably clean, and the front desk staff warmly welcomed me, patiently addressing all my queries. What impressed me the most was that I was able to see a doctor on the same day, and their friendly and attentive care made all the difference. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone in need of a walk-in clinic. It's truly exceptional.

Never heard back after they said they'd call for a referral to ENT. Tried calling 2-3 times, didn't pick up call. The voice mail box is full. No email address on website. No way to get back in touch than to book another appointment.

Great experience at this clinic so far - super easy to make an appointment online and lots of availabilities. I haven't had to wait more than 15 mins which was amazing considering the long wait times I've experienced at other clinics. Dr Jaswal was friendly and took the necessary time to address all my concerns.

Very clean clinic, which I appreciated. Receptionists professional and friendly, registered me within a reasonable amount of time. I was a walk-in and got seen after waiting 45 minutes. Dr. Dino diagnosed my problem and asked me a lot of questions before he wrote the prescription. I would definitely go there again. Bonus that the clinic opened at 9am.

The place is amazing. Starting from the front desk, Dr. Dino treated my wart and knee pain problem. OMG this person is amazing, very kind hearted, professional, considerate and kind! I would give them 1000/10 rating.

Clinic in good location and open after work hours. Dr Jaswal was welcoming, attentive, and not intimidating. However, my schedule was behind for more than an hour. I hope the appointment times won’t be every 10minutes because that’s not realistic for every patient and is probably the reason why everything gets moved further along. Thank you.

These guys were great. We went on a Monday of the long weekend the doctor was super knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue almost immediately when we had no other luck with other clinics. Waited for maybe 20m in total.

I'm really disappointed with this place. Despite its good reviews, my visit was a letdown. I traveled for an hour to get there, and even though I had an appointment, I still had to wait for 45 minutes. The doctor was rude and just left the room suddenly without saying anything. They wouldn't even send my files to my family doctor when I asked. The only good thing was the nice receptionists, but they aren't the ones who treat you. Don't be fooled by the reviews.

My husband and I both saw Dr. Dino today, let me tell you he's such a great doctor I couldn't wait to leave a review. Our total wait time was only 10 minutes. Dr. Dino was happy to go into detail about any questions we had, very knowledgeable and genuine. Highly recommend visiting this clinic.

Super friendly staff! The wait was about an hour (I had an appointment for 6pm and saw the doctor around 7pm) but I’d say that’s pretty typical for walk-in clinics and the reception staff were welcoming and kind so I didn’t mind too much; just bring something to do. Dr D’Andrea was also very easy to talk to, and incredibly helpful. Went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed.

This is probably one of the best walk in clinics I have ever been to.I decided to try it out as I work downtown and the fact that it was open until 8pm was extremely helpful as most walk in clinics aren't. I was surprised how fast I was seen and got a prescription that I needed. Very friendly and good service would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs to see a doctor.

Unexpectedly had a great experience for a walk-in. Was fully prepared to wait a long time and used their online booking system to make an appointment, arrived half an hour early and was immediately ushered into an exam room less than ten minutes later. The doctor was efficient and quick, wrote a prescription that was filled within five minutes at the pharmacy next door. Great experience, would come back!

THEY SHOULD NOT TAKE APPOINTMENT OR DO THEIR WORK PROPERLY. If you’re okay to wait 2hours at least even have an appointment, make appointment. If you don’t want to wait 2hours with appointment, just go other clinic. The reception and booking system is horrible. My husband had an appointment, but we waited over 1.5hours. After we waited 40min, my husband asked them how long he should wait, they answered his turn will be after 3 persons. But we should wait much longer, he asked them one more time, and they answered his turn will be after 2 more person. I don’t understand why his turn is delayed continuously. Some people who arrived after me and my husband , went into the room before him. And he waited in the doctors office 20min more. They take literally all people (walk in or appointment) because they just want to make MONEY🙃

I had to go to a walk-in clinic on Family Day and found this clinic on Google. I saw the reviews and called to see if they are open. The lady on the phone was very kind and pleasant to talk to. I dropped in about 30 mins later, and it was the best walk-in clinic experience I’ve ever had. It was quick, and Dr. D’Andrea spent enough time to assess my symptoms and explained about the medications he prescribed. I highly recommend the clinic.

Dr Jaswal Satnam is very very good at his work and very informative. He tried to help us in all ways he can . But the receptionist wasn’t ready to help me. I just called to confirm the provider name because I was not able to find him and she said I cant help you . The name is mentioned on the receipt, “ I said I get it but it’s not prompting as the provider name “ and she said we cant help you .

I found everything was run efficiently and with a pleasant demeanor from the staff. Dr. Satnam who was handled my case was very knowledgeable and took the time to understand my situation. Did not feel rushed at all.

A high-quality medical centre which also accepts walk-ins. The prices are on the high side for those without health care insurance, however, the service was good. The reception staff was efficient and friendly and Dr Satnam Jaswal was very attentive and professional. Wait time is average. Overall happy with the service of this Centre.

I had a great experience at this clinic. All of the doctors, particularly Dr. Profitt, were exceptional.

If you have OHIP, great! If you're international student? Be prepared to be ripped off. They charged $150 for a doctor visit, which is 2.5 times higher than other clinics. Is this Canada or the US? We are cash cows at the end of the day but being ripped off when you're at the most vulnerable state is horrible. Do not come here if you don't have OHIP.

I love the walk in doctor, he looks into every possible answer and listens to the patient! Also the hours are super flexible and it’s not crazy busy when you come in.

Dr Jaswal is so kind and patient … dispute he had to see the long line of patients before and after me haha just went in for prescriptions and he made sure there’s no side effects with the dosage. and the pharmacy has the prescriptions available. No need for an reorder. which is also very good to know:)

I tried to go for a walk in appointment with severe pain in my ear a couple of hours before closing and they said they couldn’t take any more walk-ins. Tried to call in advance and they wouldn’t pick up. Very disappointed.
