We've had the best experience moving into and living at Liberty House! From the beginning, Alexandra has been so helpful by showing us the units we were interested in and helped us make a decision on which unit to pick. We moved in our unit in June and it's been great ever since. The building is in a great location, very close to dog parks if you have a dog, close to the water, and liberty village is of-course a great location - and there is a starbucks that just opened up in the building!! The amenities are great, pool is nice (a little small and usually very busy on the rooftop when the weather is nice), gym is beautiful, sauna is nice and building is always clean, staff are friendly.

We had such great experience on the visit and application process. Nicolai gave us the apartment and community tour, and it was awesome. Really good amenities, great floorplans. The experience overall was amazing, and Nicolai was really helpful throughout all the process, answering any questions we had in a kind and respectful way. I definitely recommend it, looking forward to our moving date to be as smooth and great as it has been until now.

I’m so in love with the views from my apartment. I could photograph them every minute of the day. Never seen a more seamless renting experience as this before. From the simple all virtual application to even viewing virtually with a dedicated agent calling on video call and showing me around, to the approval and move in. The management has done a great job building a community. I waited 5 months before giving a review so that it’s fair and accurate and so far, it’s been so good. It’s so beautiful to see Amenities The gym, roof top pool, yoga studio, dry sauna, game and media room, party room, outdoor golf, and so much more make this renting experience the best I’ve ever had.

The staff members are incredibly accommodating and friendly. Their professionalism and prompt assistance contributed significantly to making Liberty House an amazing property. The blend of upscale amenities, a prime location, and flawless service set it apart when I was in search of a new place to reside. I'm delighted to consider Liberty House my home.

Great experience here. This is by far the most well kept place I've found in Liberty Village. Nicolai guided me through the leading process and did awesome. Everything from the moment I met him to locking in a contract was great. I've lived here 3 months, I'm on floor 22 south-east side. Noise is practically non-existent, gym facility is one of the best in the area and never crowded, amenities are great, I've had literally 0 issues since moving in. Great place!

UPDATE: Took away two stars due to the fact that although this building is a nonsmoking one my neighbours keep on smoking cigarettes next to my balcony. Also I am not allowed to access power/water meters and this whole thing about Wyse randomly charging me with $300 a month is bonkers. ________ I can’t overstate how happy I was to be welcomed by Joanne during my tour here. Her professionalism, empathy and eagerness to help me secure the unit as a newcomer to Canada is what made my choice final and I’m glad that soon I’ll be moving in. This is a night and day difference compared to other rental apartments I have visited.

Liberty House is an incredible building that I am grateful to call my home. All the staff members including the concierge, maintenance persons, housekeeping, and leasing agents are extremely kind, welcoming, personable, and helpful. They make me feel safe and respond to all my needs as quickly as they can. I love all the amenities the building has to offer, the gym, rooftop pool, and dry sauna are the cherry on top! I would highly recommend this building to anyone considering moving into Liberty Village.

I have lived at Liberty House since January 2022. Can’t say enough good things! The location is convenient with everything you need within walking distance. The amenities are fantastic and always well maintained, and often used for resident social events hosted by the building. The staff are all very friendly and go the extra mile. Any maintenance requests have been dealt with immediately - special thanks to Cody who was quick to help me when I had a flat tire in the parking garage! Fun and safe place to live and would recommend to anyone.
