We have lived in this building for a year and will be leaving soon because of the unreasonable rent increases that do not follow ontario guidelines and do not correspond to any improvement in the building. While the location is excellent, the annual predatory rent hikes are not worth the place or reflective of the market. This sentiment is shared by many in the building who are also on their way out.

We've been having a terrible experience with our neighbors that moved in a few months ago and management could care less or do anything about it. And that's one of the main reasons we're moving out.

We have been living here for almost a year now and just extended our lease for another year. At this price range there isn’t any other building that can match this one in this area, nicely sized brand new units and the amenities are great. But for us the best part is the staff. Concierge team, building managers, maintenance team are all amazing, very good at their jobs and so friendly. Even our dog loves them and stops by every time to say hi. Overall, great experience.

Having a good experience in this building. It's at a great location, very walkable area! The staff are friendly, the gym is clean and the residents are quiet and polite.

Had a great experience while looking for apartments in Litho building. Our leasing manager, Sarah, was very attentive and helpful throughout the whole process considering I was mot even in Toronto when I starting looking for an apartment. I would definitely recommend her as a point of contact for any friend apartment hunting in Toronto.

I would highly recommend living at Litho. I recently moved into the building 3 months ago and it has been one of the most seamless move-in experiences I’ve ever had in an apartment/condominium. The property management, concierge, maintenance, etc. have all gone above and beyond in their duties in making Litho a 5 star community to live in. Shortly after my move-in, I was planning to adopt an 8 week old puppy. What I was concerned may be a difficult accommodation with management turned out to be a stress-free situation. Not only were they highly welcoming towards the puppy, but also routinely asked how I was handling things and always showered the puppy with kindness. They most definitely did not need to do this. The devotion they show to their tenants is highly noticeable and appreciated. Regarding the location, this is an amazing spot with 2 grocery stores within a minute walk of the building, many great restaurants in the area, and lots of beautiful parks nearby. It is also a 10 minute walk away from Christie subway station and a 15 minute walk from Dupont station so there are many commute options available. Finally, as a new dog owner, it has been an incredible experience for both my puppy and I to meet so many other tenants and their dogs living in the building. Our puppy has even met a few new doggy friends in the building and seems to love living here. 🐶 Overall, Litho is an incredible place to live in and I can’t recommend it highly enough.

This is a wonderful place to live. The staff are so friendly, thoughtful, and caring. My dog adores them all (especially Blessed), and they all love him too! He's a big fan of the treats they give him at the front desk and all the extra pets and snuggles he gets too. It makes such a difference being surrounded by such kind people who really take the time to get to know you. My unit is amazing - comfortable, quiet, and with the most killer view of the city. All my friends come over and are absolutely blown away by the view of the skyline from my terrace. The staff try really hard to build a sense of community too, with a monthly book club (where they provide us with the books for free and then donate them to charity after we've read them!), weekly yoga classes, treats in the lobby, and different events for residents. I also love the mix of people that live here (singles, couples, and families at all stages of life) and everyone is so friendly! Whenever issues arise (as they inevitably do in any building), the staff respond promptly and professionally. The resident app makes it easy to submit maintenance requests and share announcements about what's going on in. 10/10 - would recommend!

Communication was quick and efficient! I would get an email back almost all the time for every question I had asked. The leasing process was also very clear and took only a matter of minutes to complete online. The units are not completed yet, so I cannot speak for the quality and how the building as a whole looks, but very happy with the experience I've had as a whole so far.

I recently toured Litho with Tyler and am so excited to move in! I have always wanted a view of the downtown skyline and CN tower and am finally going to get it. Living above the farm boy and LCBO is going to be super convenient this winter, too.
