Meet Sheryl, female chef and owner of Judy’s. Sheryl and her whole team are so welcoming. You walk into her spot and there is the most delicious hot table filled with scratch made Jamaican food. There are also the most delicious home made juices. You can get great jerk but also the best juiciest shrimp. Her sweet potato pudding is a must. I ordered lunch catering for a work lunch and it was excellent. We had ground provisions, jerk chicken, curried goat and channa. Sheryl was super helpful in preparing everything for me to transport to the office. Communication was great and most importantly everyone at the office was really happy and stuffed! Highly recommend going to Little Jamaica to get some delicious Caribbean food at Sheryl's.

We loved the food when it was still called Judy's. The food was so delicious. The food I bought tonight was so disappointing. The rice and peas was good. The macaroni salad was good. The oxtail was so tough and grisly I only eat one piece. Sweet potato pudding was inedible. The bread pudding was dried out. Unfortunately as much as I want to support Black businesses, I won't go back here.

Ackee and saltfish was very good and the selection of fresh, natural juices was great. This is my second time visiting Sheryl's and I will definitely return.

So my review is against my history of eating at Rainbow (Kitchener) where I believe had top tier Jamaican food! Let's start with the good. Ordered a few things and it didn't take terribly long to get the order. Maybe 10-15 mins. Pound of Jerk Chicken and Patty for a quick snack, really nice. Tasty and spicy, as expected! And, the not-so-good 🙁 I like a nice boneless chicken roti. It's designed to be eaten boneless but not my culture, so what do I know. 🤷‍♀️ It's also advertised (QUOTE directly from the site, "soft tender Boneless Curried Chicken") So for over $15 I get a decent sized ROTI with mainly bones and tendons etc and potatoes. I know times are tough but this was almost inedible! =( And it was quite cold and not well seasoned. I would only expect bones in the Curry Goat roti, right ? AND, on top of that it advertises a side coleslaw/salad but I ended up paying for a large macaroni salad (no discount or side coleslaw given to me) Quite disappointing since I was looking for a decent ROTI last night. Finally, the pasta salad was ok, but overly sweet. Again, my comparison was against a wonderful salad at RAINBOW but this seemed strangely sweet, almost like desert. I might be back to try the seafood options but that ROTI, I dont think so =(

We used to love this place but last night we ordered 4 plates, which barely had any meat on them, at $20 a plate, and the yam was not even cooked all the way through. Even the rice was dry or almost stale. Judy's used to have the BEST rice and peas in the city. This is very upsetting as we looked forward eating from here several times a month.

Got the medium fried chicken and rice plate. With some coleslaw on the side. The chicken was honestly amazing and what I was expecting. Service was great, quick and friendly. You have to stop here.

We grabbed takeout for four from Sheryl’s, including Jerk Chicken and Curry Goat for entrees. Overall, the food was very tasty and the portions were satisfying. We also tried the Conch Soup, which was flavorful but, there was like no meat in it.

Food was good, we had BBQ chicken, fried chicken, and ox tail. Only complaint was The fried chicken wasn't served hot - it was barely warm. Rice and peas were okay.

I spent $54 and change on skipthedishes for a large chicken soup that came with barely any chicken in it. A few small scanty pieces of chicken can be found floating throughout the whole large soup that has more potatoes than anything in it, and two plates of ackee and salt fish that came with absolutely no salt fish in it. I called them in advance because I never ordered from here before and they advised me that they didn’t have anymore ackee and salt fish and that they would make some more for me if I ordered two. I agreed to order two and it came with absolutely no salt fish in it. Just a plate of ackee and vegetables. The plates of akee and salt fish came with a side of macaroni salad. I ordered two plates and got one macaroni salad only. Absolutely disappointing. Absolutely ridiculous. I can see why the ratings are so low online and on the skip app.

Came here gor lunch. Super nice staff working here. The jerk was really good with some kick. Only issue I had was a small piece of chicken. Was a little pricey for $12

My colleagues and I got the jerk chicken dinners and it was very tasty. Little on the pricier side when compared to other chicken places. Could also add a little more chicken for the large than what we got. But all in all it was a very good.
