WOW
this
is
not
custom
service/nor
was
my
business
valued.
Was
in
the
store
last
night
June
19,
2023,
no
one
was
in
the
store
other
than
my
husband,
myself
and
one
other
customer
eating
at
8:02
pm.
There
was
a
few
out
on
the
patio
eating,
drive
through
was
empty.
We
stood
waiting
to
be
served
while
a
group
was
standing
around
having
a
good
time
and
laughing.
After
2
minutes
I
said
“Hello”
someone
came
took
our
order
“2
ice
cream
cones”.
My
husband
was
served
his,
the
cashier
returned
back
to
that
group.
While
I
was
waiting
for
my
ice
cream
cone
to
be
made,
totally
surprised
that
a
simple
order
would
have
been
like
this.
This
is
how
my
business
was
valued.
Again
I
yelled
“Hello”
to
get
attention.
The
same
person
that
gave
us
the
first
cone
turned
and
looked
at
us.
I
asked
what
about
the
second
ice
cream
cone,
I
was
basically
called
a
liar,
was
told
I
only
ordered
one
ice
cream.
The
cashier
didn’t
even
turn
to
see
what
was
going
on
still
have
fun
with
the
group
chat.
I
took
out
both
transaction
slips
to
show
her,
while
she
went
back
to
look
at
the
order
screen.
She
gave
me
the
ice
cream
cone,
never
said
anything
not
even
an
apology.
My
husband’s
ice
cream
cone
was
all
most
done
this
is
how
long
we
waited.
When
I
asked
for
napkins,
she
pointed
to
the
pile.
Is
this
what
delivering
the
WOW
customer
service
experience?
I
tried
calling
the
store
to
speak
to
the
manager
which
isn’t
even
a
store
voicemail
recording
on
the
transaction
slip
and
on
the
web
site.
If
management
is
reading
this
can
be
all
viewed
on
the
instore
security
cameras.
