    WOW this is not custom service/nor was my business valued. Was in the store last night June 19, 2023, no one was in the store other than my husband, myself and one other customer eating at 8:02 pm. There was a few out on the patio eating, drive through was empty. We stood waiting to be served while a group was standing around having a good time and laughing. After 2 minutes I said “Hello” someone came took our order “2 ice cream cones”. My husband was served his, the cashier returned back to that group. While I was waiting for my ice cream cone to be made, totally surprised that a simple order would have been like this. This is how my business was valued. Again I yelled “Hello” to get attention. The same person that gave us the first cone turned and looked at us. I asked what about the second ice cream cone, I was basically called a liar, was told I only ordered one ice cream. The cashier didn’t even turn to see what was going on still have fun with the group chat. I took out both transaction slips to show her, while she went back to look at the order screen. She gave me the ice cream cone, never said anything not even an apology. My husband’s ice cream cone was all most done this is how long we waited. When I asked for napkins, she pointed to the pile. Is this what delivering the WOW customer service experience? I tried calling the store to speak to the manager which isn’t even a store voicemail recording on the transaction slip and on the web site. If management is reading this can be all viewed on the instore security cameras.

    Everytime I come here at night. There's always a huge line and it takes 30 minutes to get an order, often waiting to get my order taken I'll watch like 5-10 cars leave. I've been going here for a couple years now and it's been like this as long as I remember. Do not recommend this location.

    Most slow drive thru i have even been. I have to wait for more than 20 minutes just to pick up my Uber order. There is not any designated window for online delivery pickup. Manager should employ more staff during the night.

    Amazing delectable food. Fries were crispy and fresh. Most maintained and clean mc I have been to in my life. Everyone there was kind and helpful. I loved how they had a plant on one of the tables 😂.

    This location has a great group of people that work here. Friendly and efficient in making sure orders are correct. Even checking that napkins are added. Believe it or not, not all locations do this anymore especially your competition. I was there this morning I wish I would have gotten the associates name. Very friendly and polite manning the register and helping with my Kiosk order. Normally visit this location in the morning as I prefer your coffee and Muffin combo. Thank you to the team!

    I want to suggest about men’s washroom that if someone is peeing so the person inside have to wait until the person outside is finished peeing or who is waiting to use the inside washroom has to wait you should fix that thing and all other things are ok 👍.

    Maybe hire workers who actually want to serve customers with FOOD!! The lady who took our order had a poor attitude, just like her listening skills. Went to home to see that half the items were missing. Worst McDonald's branch ever. Thank you for ruining dinner.

    Quick morning coffee? Nope. Slowest drive-thru ever! They take & fill one order at a time in the morning, ask you to pull forward when nobody is behind you, to make their time quota. They’re too busy socializing. Two lanes, one always shut down. Drive the extra block to Timmies.

    Horrible customer service! I waited in the drive-through for 10 to 15 minutes before someone took my order. To make matters worse, they take the order of the car that pulled up after me first! Why run a 2 speaker Drive-through without competent people?! When I addressed this to the worker at the window, I got excuses, attitude, telling me they where dealing with a problem! Guess what I don’t care about other customers problems. I’ve worked fast food before, tell your customers there is a wait before there sitting in a drive through for 10-15mins! It’s simple you have a speaker ! Tell your customers you apologize for the wait! Don’t be ignorant, and argue with customers! For the scheduling manager at this restaurant, remove those miserable faces from the drive through (Tuesday July 25th at 4:45) . Keep them at the back flipping burgers!

    No washrooms.. long line in the driveway on Saturday night. Very slow. The owner is so cheap. If your is restaurant is doing business then it should be open for washrooms too. Period. It’s Saturday night … Manger is so cheap, doesn’t hire enough ppl and saving money…!!!

    They have never failed me on the food department if the drive thru is long it’s cause you are in it you are the drive thru just wait patiently and you are chilling anyways they are solid as hell
