They
are
not
helping
people.
even
though
the
manager
just
saw
their
benefit.
By
any
problem,
just
guests
will
lose
their
time
and
days
in
this
hotel.
The
room
was
very
clean
and
well
appointed.
when
there
is
not
any
problem
its
ok
but
if
you
face
with
a
small
problem
this
hotel
is
not
solving
and
helping,
they
just
try
to
keep
their
benefits.
On
the
first
day,
there
was
water
leakage
from
the
bathroom
roof.
They
offered
me
to
replace
the
6-adult-suit
with
2
small
rooms
that
each
of
them
has
a
king
bed
or
stay
in
the
6-adult-suit
with
a
100
$
discount,
and
they
told
me
to
ensure
the
leakage
was
finished.
So
because
the
changing
room
was
hard
for
my
family
and
they
surly
told
me
the
leakage
finished
completely,
I
accepted
staying
in
the
room
with
100
$
discount.
But
on
the
second
day,
we
had
a
pouring
of
water
from
the
roof.
Their
solving
option
was
just
changing
the
room
with
two
king
bedrooms.
actually,
I
was
traveling
with
my
parents
and
two
kids
we
wanted
to
be
together.
So
again
I
tolerated
their
damaged
room.
But
they
were
really
impolite
during
the
checking-out
time.
From
10
am,
the
housekeepers
and
receptions
met
us,
knocked
on
the
door,
and
called
the
room
several
times
when
wanted
to
leave
the
hotel.
even
though
I
tolerate
their
damaged
room
and
I
did
not
argue
with
them
about
their
bad
situation
just
they
offered
me
a
lower
situation
for
me,
and
they
did
not
tolerate
our
situation.
I
am
really
disappointed
about
staying
in
this
hotel.
and
their
situation
and
behavior
had
a
really
bad
effect
on
our
vacation.
I
don't
recommend
this
hotel
anyway.
Actually
ZERO
STAR
is
suitable
for
this
Hotel.
