One of the best gym’s in GTA. They have Dumbbell going up-to 200lb, alot of new machines and 100’s plates in the gym. My personal favourite is that they have a separate powerlifting area.

Best gym in North America to be honest they have each and everything a person could ask for in gym . So many machines which you can not find it at another gym for sure . One of the biggest thing they have , sauna and steam for mens and women’s separately. Gym also have Smoothie bar and meal services . Lasty they are open 24 hours . Must visit I would say .

Came for a guest pass. The welcoming and knowledgeable staff made this place feel like I could’ve easily made the decision to sign up if I wasn’t locked in to another gym in another town. Vast variety of unique and rare equipment. Well organized and clean. Great lighting and sound system. The wall murals set the tone. Many amenities including a lounge and a library. Highly recommended visiting this gym.

Great gym great colours and powerlifting equipment

Best gym I’ve ever visited . They have a seperate powerlifting section which includes the deadlift platforms , powerlifting benches squat racks and every single thing that a powerlifter needs . They have many machines that cant be seen commonly in the other gyms . My favourite workout place ✌🏻💪🏻

Hands down to BEST GYM EVER in GTA ❤️ Amazing Facility with World Class equipment which some of them I have seen First time in life ! NEAT AND CLEAN GYM 👍 Front staff is Polite and helpful. They have Sauna and Steam both and that too separate for Men Women. Dumbbells go up to 200 Pounds !! That’s crazy. They have separate POWERLIFTING AREA 💯 I can’t describe this gym’s awesomeness in words. Guys MUST VISIT !! Trust me you will thank me later👍

An amazing gym with top of the line equipment. Everything is clean and people running it know exactly how to run it. Punjabi motif adds to its grand aura. I love that everyone from any background is welcomed here… embodiment of Punjabi culture
