The building is well maintained and clean, management takes care of the tenants and they are always available. The whole atmosphere in the building is positive, I have been living here for a long time now and I have many positive experiences.

I have been living at Trilogy more than a year now and I just moved to a different unit in the building. And they made the sweetest gesture by leaving a welcome gift in the unit. Their units are super clean, bright, spacious and have amazing views. BIG THANK YOU to Patryk for helping me to pick the perfect unit for me and making the whole process very easy and stress free. He made sure everything was perfect by the move-in date. They do a such a good job that I felt like I was moving into a brand new unit. Trilogy have amazing amenities, and they have events in most of the months like free give aways or free breakfast, coffee etc which makes the tenants feel appreciated. Entire team is awesome. Manny, Sheena, Patryk and the front desk staff are friendly, pleasant and always ready to help you and make you feel comfortable at your home. And a special shout out to the maintenance team. You guys are super efficient. Keep up the good work. I was amazed by how quick you guys fix something when a maintenance request is submitted. I have never had this service anywhere els. I have nothing bad to say about this place and if i could, i would give you 100 stars. Thanks Trilogy on King for making it feel at home.

I lived in this building for almost 2 years (since the management changed to Rhapsody) and I only had great experiences with the management staff, the building events, the cleanliness of the building, the fixtures I needed for my unit and anything else that came up! Definitely recommend living here 😄

A modern and well-managed rental property. After filling out the online application, Patryk, a leasing consultant, reached out quickly and arranged a time to show the available units. He accommodated my limited availability and fit me in outside of his normal schedule. The move-in process was streamlined, well organized, and a breeze. The amenities and services at the complex are amazing. As there are always staff at reception, deliveries are left and held at the front desk, so I haven't missed any packages. Ordering furniture online and having it delivered was a breeze. The units themselves are very modern, good quality, but a little smaller than average. I can't hear my neighbors at all, but I can hear the streetcar and trains from my unit. However, the streetcar stop is literally in front of the main doors. The neighborhood has everything you could need or want within a five or ten minute walk.

We were going through the motions of potentially renting here and encounters surprisingly unfriendly and unprofessional attitude. Called the provided contact number today's morning before the next day viewing appointment because we had a few minor clarifications we wanted to discuss and were talked to expect a callback before 5 pm. Having not heard back by 4:30, we followed up and had to talk to someone with quite an attitude. We were trying to explain our situation and she audibly SIGHED at us mid sentence. Not only did they not follow up with a call as promised, we had to deal with some evidently unhappy person employed by their leasing agency. We will not be proceeding with this place as all of the aforementioned experiences are massive red flags - if they make you jump through hoops like this before you sign anything, imagine what it will be like if you try to get anything sorted after you move in.

Maintenance staff are 10/10. Usually come the same day or next day to fix issues, and they get it right every single time. Building manager Manny Palomar is also a great guy. Building is fair, easy to work with, and have great staff. Highly recommend as a place to live.

The most easy and friendly process ever to apply for an apartment. Sheena helped us throughout everything, answered absolutely every small question, was always transparent with us and was able to help us move in a matter of 1 week from the day we went on the tour. Comparing to experience with other property companies, this process was the best one ever and I would 100% recommend. The building and apartment are more than we dreamed of.

Our family loves the space. We have been living here for 3 years. First in Tower A in a one bedroom + den and then moved to Tower C for the past 2 + years in a 3-bedroom. Tons of natural light, a great patio, and fantastic neighbours that we call our friends. The gym and party room are next level. You do not need a gym membership outside as this gym has everything you need. When our kids are with us they love the games room and movie room. The staff are friendly and quick to return a message.

The property management team have been incredible. I moved into my new apartment last week and the team have helped me have a smooth move so far. Pranita from the property management has gone above and beyond with helping pick the apartment that suits what I’m looking for and pick the right parking spot. 100% recommend

We’ve been here a few weeks and love the building and the staff working here! It’s very secure and life at the building is exactly how our leasing consultant Sheena has described. She was kind enough to show us 2 units we were interested in and even stayed a bit later to show us the amenities. She’s super friendly and so supportive when it came to answering any questions or concerns we had. Sheena and the Conceirge team are all so great! Very happy with our home!

I'm particularly grateful to Sheena, the leasing agent, who went above and beyond in her patience and assistance. As an international student new to Canada, obtaining the required documents for the lease was a challenge, but Sheena's support made the process seamless.
