I got the 50 pack puffs with three distinct flavours: cookies and cream, salted caramel and the double chocolate. The puffs were amazing! Straight outta of the fryer, crispy on the outside and soft/chewy on the inside. I also got the caramel milkshake which was heavenly divine 😌. Though the puffs were quite oily, only downside. Hope to try it again soon.

Been a fan of these little dough balls since I first tried them. They have the right amount of sweetness and a light fluffy texture that are a wonderful treat to enjoy. Not too heavy, oily or overly sweet. Personal favourites are strawberry cheesecake and bueno. Best to have them when they are hot right out the fryer!

My first time visiting this location. I had two types of puffs and they were as expected. But I think I do not like them anymore as I felt too full and an old taste came to me for a long time I had them. Of course it is just my experience and I know otherwise a lot of folks enjoy their products. I guess it is good for once in a while and not that often. Again, my personal views.

Edit: Mr. Puff management reached out after my review and invited me to the location again for another visit. It was a very kind gesture from the team. Though I do not live in the area, I will surely go back for another visit. Added 2 stars just for the commitment from the management/ owner. It seems like they are a very nice team. Puffs are okay. I would not be a regular customer. Puffs are oily. You have to eat them on the spot, or they go hard and chewy. Toppings and Hot Chocolate were good. You have to share 6 puffs and hot chocolate combo, too sweet to eat all by yourself.

Awesome desert joint. Chocolate tastes like lindt, ice cream is on point. Puffs taste like carnival pastry. Everything's very good.

In a nutshell, they feel like upgraded Timbits but fluffier and absolutely tastier. Definitely, a crowd-pleaser for any potluck or party to bring desserts to! Mr. Puffs is known for the signature puffs which are made from yeast-based dough, free from dairy, eggs, peanuts, soy, and preservatives. It's great to know that they accommodate various dietary preferences and restrictions as you can order vegan-friendly options. The menu at Mr. Puffs is quite extensive, offering more than just their famous puffs. You can also order their Tornadoes, Milkshakes, Drinks, Coffees, Teas, Iced Drinks, and Ice Cream. During our visit, we enjoyed trying the Hazelnut Biscotti, Chocolate Hazelnut, and Cappuccino flavours. Each puff was a mouthwatering delight. It was so hard to pick a favourite among the choices, as they were all so delicious with some texture differences from the toppings. With 13 flavours available, you will have a hard time deciding! While there might be a short wait in line, it was quite worth it. The service at Mr. Puffs is efficient, and the staff members handle the order intake smoothly. They kindly ask you which flavours you'd like, and then write them on the box along with your name. Their puff quantity options come in a puffs bouquet or boxes of 12 puffs, 30 puffs, 50 puffs and even up to 65 puffs or 130 puffs.

I think about Mr.Puffs donuts all day long!! The perfect crunch and soft chew. And the different toppings you can choose from always has be back for more and trying different combos! My fave is the cookies and cream topping. Also— I am obsessedddddd with the Mr Puffs Iced Mocha drink. It screams my name every time! Love this location and the great customer service :)

I went to this location a few times. When I've gone, there hasn't been too much of a wait. Location is in a plaza, small but clean. The workers were always polite and friendly. Lots of flavours to choose from as well as drinks! Got the hazelnut chocolate and strawberry cheesecake flavour and cookies and cookies and cream hot chocolate as well as a latte (not pictures) Puffs are fresh, fluffy, soft , warm and gooey with the flavours. Drinks are always good. Great alternative for deserts and affordable, spent about $20 for 2 drinks and a box of 12 puffs. Would come back and try more items, they now serve breakfast as well.

I get puffs all the time and I know how they look and taste. Today the first time i try this location, we ordered 50 almkst $30 and we are extremely disappointed. They were not only soaked in oil (you taste the oil more than the flavore ) more, but they were also EXTREMELY sauggy and completely indigestible, its like you are chewing on gum. Whoever cooked them did not leave them long enough to crisp up, nor did they let the oil drain for a little bit. Its a little astounding to me because when i came to pick them up the restaurant was basically empty so its not like they were busy and were in a rush. The worst part is i called them back asking to refund them i told him i can return them but he kept saying i have to talk to my manager and they never get back to me. I know for sure i will never be coming to this location and nor should you. Edit: they got back to me and gave me my regund so i am giving them 3 stars back

I ordered from this place many times and all those “many times” have always been… i feel extra oily. Every time it’s so oily and it’s so greasy FULL OF OIL. ITS DISGUSTING TO EAT. WHEN I EAT OIL IS IN MY MOUTH NOT FLAVOR OR NOTHING OIL. AND THIS IS OVERCOOKED/BOILED SOO CRUNCHY AND NEAR BURNT SO BAD.
