I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this laser clinic. I prepaid for a series of services that were supposed to be rendered over a period of time. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, I have to move to another province. I called to request a refund for the remaining services I have not used as I will not be coming back. Aria the manager was to helpful at all and rather then finding solution she suggested for me to book an appointment when I come back which can be months or years later. So really its not a valid treatment plan if its not conducted within a period of time. So basically this treatment will not provide me the solution i need and the money I have spent is just gone. Not only did they fail to deliver the services I paid for, but their customer service was also abysmal. I reached out multiple times to inquire about the refund process and was met with nothing but excuses. Aria was not helpful in understanding my situation and she implied that its not her problem. It's evident that their primary concern is grabbing money rather than providing quality service to their customers. I strongly advise against doing business with this laser clinic. Their lack of integrity, refusal to adhere to their own policies, and poor communication make them an unreliable and untrustworthy establishment. There are plenty of other reputable clinics out there that prioritize their customers and their satisfaction and this company is not worth your time or money. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by looking elsewhere for your laser treatment needs or else they will just take your money and not really want to provide customers their right course of treatment.

This is my honest review of the Hydr-O2 Facial. I received two treatments 4 weeks apart. Nurse Valeria performed the procedure both times. On my second visit, I was surprised that she remembered me and the brief discussions we held during my first visit. There is a level of attentiveness that I value because I believe the experience is as important as the results. The procedure itself felt extremely gentle to the point that I was initially skeptical about its efficacy (I have in the past tended to opt for more invasive procedures like microneedling and laser elsewhere). The Hydr-O2 Facial I received from Valeria is proof that you can be gentle and effective at the same time. The process itself was soothing and at some points I almost fell asleep. The result was glowing skin. I did not raise any specific concerns during my first visit because I wanted to get a feel for the procedure in its standard form. On my second visit I told Valeria that my area of concern is clogged pores and I noticed that she spent significantly more time doing extractions. It was clear to me that my concerns were being taken seriously and I really appreciated the customized service that was tailored to my needs. It was a pleasure to deal with Aria who helped me explore some treatment options. She strikes me as someone who is no nonsense and straight to the point. I value her candour and find it to be refreshing especially in this industry where it seems like many competitors rely on razzle and dazzle. Because of Valeria and Aria I have purchased a membership.

Beautiful building, neat and clean. Very polite and welcoming staff. But the rating is for the hydra-facial itself. I noticed at the time that the hydra facial machine attachments are not being used properly to cover the face. I have been getting such facials regularly over past 2 years but this one did not clean my skin and pores as I am used to. Other services might be better but I don’t think I will take another chance spending my money here. PS: the response mentions I gave feedback that I was happy with the results, but I never gave my feedback online or over the phone before I wrote this review. The mention by the business of me giving feedback is therefore, false.

I love this place. All the staff is kind and sweet. I had the hydra facial done and I looked like a new person. I felt refreshed and my skin looked very clear. It was worth every dollar. Fozia is so knowledgeable and experienced. She has the best equipment and uses the highest quality product. She really takes pride in her work. She travels around the world to learn the newest techniques to provide to her clients.
