Fries are always fresh and the management is really nice! I come here often since I live close and I’ve never had an issue before. Unfortunately the last time I went I asked for extra pickles politely to another staff member and one of the 16 year old kids in the back had a meltdown and anger outburst and decided that this was appropriate to give me. I heard him swearing in the back, saying he is going to show me what “extra pickles” looks like and he basically put the entire sandwich in pickles and onions. I spoke to the manager who was really sweet and she offered to get me something for free but I definitely was worried my food would be further destroyed and probably treated worse. It’s giving anger issues. I just wanted two more pickles, I didn’t need a meltdown from a 17 year old in the interim over some pickles. I wish my problems were that minuscule that a request for more pickles would send me over the edge. I wonder what will happen when this kid gets some real problems. Be careful with your food here guys, I wouldn’t be surprised if this kid spits in the food based on his reaction to a polite request. I worked in service for 10 years, I know what it’s like to be frustrated, but wow this is the biggest over reaction I’ve ever seen.

Unimpressed with food. Ordered McChicken. No stress.They created it. Mayo and lettuce was in the box versus on the bun where it should be. Took it back and had it remaked. Fairly clean. Had to sanitize and wipe my own table. Have to be buzzed in to use washroom.

This is the closest McDonald's restaurant to where I live and a good walk. I was craving a hot fudge sundae, so I walked in and ordered at the self service kiosk. I waited patiently, and a service member kindly brought it to my table. I ate and enjoyed my sundae, used the ladies room and then left. There were no issues other than the tables and the washrooms needed cleaning. Thank you!

Worst staff...gave me bad burnt and old sandwich...and charged me again for bad food..!! They told me that they will give it to me for free but charged me again..they have bad ratings for right reasons!! Manager has no sense of costumer service..yells on the call..!! I am coming back for another complaint. I ordered fries and coffee. They gave me no ketchup and fries without bag. They handed me coffee in one hand and fries open in other. I had to go back for ketchup. Have no costumer service sense.

This location had so much potential. Just one bad experience after another. I can not recommend. Not worth to even complain about food, service or atmosphere because staff shows little to no interest in providing a quality customer experience.

I don’t usually do reviews on Google. This is hands down the worst run McDonald’s in Toronto. I have gone there many times as we live nearby and my daughter loves happy meals. Almost every order I have every placed there has been wrong, it is constantly cold, the location and entrance are filthy, handicap button never works, the staff are unhelpful and don’t care. While I expect that kind of behaviour from a minimum wage worker, the managers at this location are awful as well. I went there today got a half full cappuccino. (I realize they leave room for foam but not half the cup). When I said it was not as full as usual and asked if it could be topped up (in a calm and respectful manner) the staff member looked at me like my hair was on fire and assured me it was as good as it gets. (Meanwhile I order the same thing frequently at other locations.) The individual says they make it every day. Then proceeds to tell me they are remaking it and brings me back the same cup at the same temperature. Both managers were standing close by, did not check in to see if they could help. When I spoke to the managers on my way out and said they should have checked what was happening when a customer complains. They raised their voice at me and said nothing about the complaint whatsoever. Train your staff McDonald’s and start doing audits on accuracy, quality, and customer service. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Didn't season my fries properly and didn't have spicy buffalo but it's open late which is cool

Forces you to download their app to order after certain hours. Didn't have my phone so couldn't order. But also wouldn't want to download their app anyways. A problem easily solved by just having someone take an order. Terrible customer experience.

Today is October the 17th 2022 let me start with this I am pregnant and I was craving a Mc double and a Mc chicken sandwich. I walk 12 mins from my house to go get hot sandwich well that wasn’t the case , I Got only one fresh sandwich which was a McChicken the other sandwich I got was not a Mc double it was a stale cheeseburger that was cold I realize that when I got back to my house very very disappointed. now I am wondering if I should walk back to that location to show them that they got my order wrong at the end of the day one I’m pregnant two I walked far to get what I wanted and Three I did not receive what I wanted. At this point they are unprofessional and very disorganized I am very disappointed… I will never order from them again!!!!!!

I got SkipTheDishes order. I waited there 15 -20 minutes I rang bell couple of times but didn’t get any response. And they said we are closed. I spoke to manager(adam). Very rude. There are no hours. They closed at 3:30am manager said this is what we been told. How should customers know that you are closed or open. Don’t recommend this restaurant.

Came by here around noon and they were very busy so I had to wait a bit. Got fries, iced coffee ($1) and chicken breakfast sandwhich. Everything tasted fine. Fries were pleasantly crispy. Ketchup was a bit too sweet.

Probably the cleanest McDonald's in the city. Staff are competent and consistently ensure presentation and quality of food is up to standard. Been to some locations where condiments are splattered everywhere on the packaging.

Clean inside. You need to get buzzed into the washroom. NOTE: it says 24h operation but the front is set up like a pedestrian drive through. While food appears to be avaliable 24h, I expect amenities like seating and washrooms are not.

I ordered two Happy Meals with beverages and 2 snack size Oreo McFlurries through Skipthedishes from the 25 Joe Shuster Way location. I received 1 burger, 2 fries, 1 beverage and 2 snack size Oreo McFlurries. Where is my Cheeseburger and Chocolate Milk bottle? One of my kids are not happy tonight. I tried calling that location but no answer and it is too far for me to go and complain in person. What a phucking joke McDonald's is. I want my money back MFs!

Previously, this was the worst Mc Donals to pickup the food. Long waiting time, rude customer service. Again I went today at 12:00 am. I saw only 3 ladies working, they are very fast and polite. My order was ready within 5 minutes. Now, they really have good staff.

They don’t provide dipping sauce when you order nuggets.

Ah this location used to have such an amazing crew! They used to work really well together despite the volume of orders. Now they have a ridiculous crew past 10pm that spends time scrubbing floors when there's a big line up of angry customers outside because their simple orders are taking 10x longer.

This place is the absolute worst, terrible management, leadership, they always less up the order. I waited over an hour for a delivery order before they cancelled and then the refund will take 10 days. It's always slow service whenever in person.

Egg Mcuffin here is perfection, toasty around the edges, always perfectly cooked egg and crispy bacon. In my opinion the best the city has to offer. 10/10

Wouldnt even give one star if it was possible. The worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Rude staff, horrible quality food closes early. Just an absolute disgrace to what McDonald's used to be. You have lost a customer.

The system they use for delivery is terrible. I didn't get my uber delivery order at first. However, I ask for the staff to help me out. They are very helpful. Finally I got my order and she bring it to my hand. For the waiting time is just like around 5 mins. If there is no technical problem, I think it should not take long for getting the delivery.

Hey so the place is great but the reason I’m writing a review is that the hours marked on Google are misleading - the McDonald’s isn’t truly 24 hrs - it means you can order on the app for pickup past a certain time, but not that you can go in and order. Important difference in my opinion sure it might be nitpicky but like… some people can’t use the app y’a know

This Mcds while you can go in, it's really just for food delivery people. Makes the area smell good that's for sure. No surprises, it's just like any other McDonald's. We use it as it is the closest to our house.

The stuff is not professional enough. We haven’t got a spoon and forks and they made us line up to get a fork spoon after we pick up the order. We came back to get them! Sad to see good locations with unprofessional stuff. Avoiding this place will save lots of headaches

Great staff working here. They sure know how to hustle. Speedy service. Nice decor to hang out and have a cup of coffee with a friend or coworker. Very busy location as it should be. Who ever is in charge of this location tries hard to deliver the best McDonald's experience. Cheers to them.

This is a new mcdonald’s and I like the layout very much. When I order I ask for table service and the food is given to me very quickly. I believe faster if I order by counter. It also has a recycling service where most fast food restaurants do not. The food as usual is delicious. It is also very clean and spacious. The only drawback is that you have to buzz in to use the washroom since many seedy looking people also linger in here. But overall it is great.

These people don’t even know how to put the required items from an order into the bag and just send it out without a thought, morons.

Was probably the first to order lunch and proceeded to watch them make burgers for people for 15 mins before getting my food. Wrap was sloppily put together after I expressed my impatience. Offered me free fries to compensate but couldn’t finish wrapping my food?????? Wasn’t going to bother with a review until I saw the wrap? Next time I’ll go a while after the switch to lunch

Didn't send what I ordered. Hard stale cookies. Espresso not packaged properly, arrived with a puddle in the bag. Handle your deliveries properly or else you'll keep getting poor reviews

Place is hit or miss. The food quality is good, but I often get my order messed up here, not sure why? Even when I order using the app, my order gets messed up

I've been living above this location for roughly 3 years, and im a frequent visitor of this location. The staff always goes above and beyond for me. Unfortunately, we live in a very snobby neighborhood with people who tend to think they are btter then everyone else. I do believe that is where alot of these negative reviews must be coming from. I've been to this location probably 100 times more then these other reviewers and I can tell you that their staff do care, are helpful and kind. and go out of their way to ensure your all good. Sure sometimes there is a bit of a wait, thats life- food doesnt magically appear.. it needs to be prepared.

My last two visits were really good. Placed my order on the app from the parking garage and by the time I came up my order just became ready. During the week I usually don't have to wait, weekends do get a bit more busy and can have a wait time. No drive thru but there is free parking in the basement garage which is great!

Terrible customer service! I ordered a burger without bacon. I went up to the cashier, showed her that the burgers have bacon. She looked at me extremely unhappy. I asked if they could please change it. She grabbed my burger and threw it into the kitchen onto the counter and told me to remove the bacon. A girl without gloves pulled out my bacon. After that, I no longer wanted to eat it. Everyone works without gloves!
