Great food, nice service. Had some seafood and meat options and they were all pretty impressive. The only draw back was the amount of fruit flies. They were Ll over the restaurant and made our dining experience less optimal. They need to control this. Other than that, all good.

in the midst of a photo dump along with catching up on 'reviewing' some recent resto visits. Lamb and piri-piri chicken was ordered and didn't disappoint. Lamb was cooked right and the chicken w/piri-piri sauce is probably a go-to staple. visited in April '22 and this review is long overdue. went for a good friends bday, area reserved for 12+ people and owner even visited our group to learn about why we were gathering.. great place as venue was more than accommodating,

Service was amazing and food was good but not great. The porkchop I got was quite dry. The sauce it came with helped but still. The side and dessert were good but nothing special. I didn't finish the porkchops because of how dry it was. I had calamari too and that was again, typical but good. The restaurant is large and has an event space in the back.

Great value for money Portuguese restaurant! Glad to find this place. They have a parking lot behind the restaurant. Even better. Cute patio and interior. Friendly staff. They had some fruit flies inside fyi. Their portions are huge yet the prices are very friendly. A sea beam in downtown Toronto can easily cost 50+ but it’s reasonably priced here. Sardines were tiny bit overcooked but portion is huge. Octopus was great with the purée. Fish stew was for 2 and it was massive again. Very rich in flavour. Nice collection of Portuguese wine as well. I’d definitely come back again!

Great seafood and costumer service here. Grilled Octopus and Seabass are both fresh and fish. Personally I like vegetables come some with the seafood more loll. The first time I tried grilled sardines and it was good. I did enjoy their bread with extra virgin olive oil and hot sauce there! Overall a good place with cool sitting environment, services and food.

Great Portuguese food! Came with my family for Easter dinner, lots of table space, good ambiance and nice staff. The fish was very fresh and cooked well.

We went for a new year’s eve dinner with our friends at Piri Piri Grill and loved the experience there. Our server was great and helped us with the wine selection. We had a lot of food which was delicious. The grilled octopus was the star of the show followed closed by the grilled seabass and seabream. Pizza was deliciously cheesy. Definitely highly recommend this place.

Always great. The grilled seabass was amazing. Service was friendly and quick. Highly recommended if you want authentic Portuguese cuisine and their pizzas are awesome too..

I wanted to try a new place for my birthday.I decide to do a random choice base on the open table app. I search for a couple of days and I can across this restaurant. I have to say I was extremely happy with the decision I made! The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere the moment you walk in the colours are very calming and welcoming! I love the fact it is not far from my house. I'm not a big fan of mushrooms.. the meal I had mushrooms but it was very good and rich taste as well. The drink (Cranberry Margo )OMG was so good wish it was a bigger cup but we can't be too picky here! the chocolate mousse was light and filling! I had amazing customer service. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to m family and friend

Great Portuguese dishes and very good portions. The pizza is fantastic and leave room for dessert 🍨. Very nice and clean inside . Just wish the A/C was a little cooler it was warm with the ovens .

We happened upon Piri Piri Grillehouse on our way out of downtown Toronto and I am so glad we did. The food was super fresh, perfectly seasoned, flavorful and delicious. The servers were super friendly and helpful. The decor is that of a fine dining restaurant. Our experience was memorable.

Probably the best Piripiri you will get in this part of town. Great patio experience and friendly prices. every meal was tasty and full of flavour.

Absolutely love comming here❤️ this is our family's favorite restaurant. Food is amazing,price is very reasonable, and my favorite part is the staff who are all so kind and patient. We had our kids baptism party here and was extremely pleased with the customer service from all staff but especially manager who made sure everything was perfect!

went in on a quiet sunday afternoon the staff were great especially our server! he made us speciality cocktails at the bar that were too cute and was very attentive. also plus the food was amazing!! the portions were really big we had the daily soup bread and olives for apps not pictured but omds it was perfect. for lunc and dessert the chef didn’t miss either. the aesthetic is very clean cut matches the presentation of the food too! amazing!

We were visiting from out of town and looking for a place that could cater to our pescatarian diet and found Piri 😀. Having never been here before we were not sure what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised. The food was packed with flavor!!! 😋 I truly appreciate a restaurant that is not afraid to enlighten my taste buds. To say the least our meal was absolutely delicious 💯. Whenever we are back in Toronto this is going to be one of our first stops!

We went out for dinner tonight for 6 people I will say food is delicious ,quality was good. One of the steaks we ordered had little seasonings and the second steak was a bit salty. I will mention charging 3 dollars a plate for bread is a bit silly most restaurants provide for free. I would say pricing is bit overpriced but I understand inflation is a factor. I believe 3 star review for our experience is reasonable.

Great restaurant, I had a Ribeye steak, it was great, but could have more food for these plate. I didn't like the combination with popato chips, but the meat was very tender and flavourful. For appetizer we ordered a Sardine bruschetta and Moelas. Both were very good. The restaurant was very clean and the service was amazing. I highly recommend it for everyone.

Free Parking at the back. Staff (Vanessa) was really friendly and knowledgeable about the food visa a vis allergies. 6 of us at dinner on Thursday night and everyone ordered something different. The restaurant wasn't noisy or crowded. Wonderful night... definitely going back! Shout out to the Piri Piri chefs.....thank you.

Cristiano our server was honestly a gem, I was here the week previously and I had drink that was amazing. I returned during the week for a drink and something tasted off, he corrected the drink. He is an amazing representation of what good service is, I will return solely because of our server Cristiano. Thanks again

The food is absolutely awful. I have been to this restaurant several times due to meetings set by a third party, not of my own choice after the first time. Each time, the food seemed to get worse than the previous time. It says grill in the name, but they don't serve grilled food. Their pasta (Alfrado pasta is the worst I have ever had in my life) it has more chunky onion than the actual pasta. Not to mention a half dead mint as garnish on top. They don't know how to cook seafood or Italian food at all, which is the majority of their menu. Again, their Italian food is absolutely the worst I have ever had. The peri peri chicken and the sauce leave a lot to be desired. I don't see the point of this restaurant or get their menu concept. The staff are however very nice!

the waiter who served us was very friendly, guided us through the menu. And we tasted a delicious seafood dish. unfortunately I don't remember his name, but it was on a Sunday morning. The food is so delicious 🤤😋 ✨✨✨✨✨

Walked by to Hale cafe just saw this restaurant Greeted by nice staff and lead us to patio A wide variety to choose the complimentary bread Tastes great with olive oil and piri piri sauce Grilled sardines crispy and good to have it with potato And rapini.We will come definitely to try others food

Great place for Portuguese food. Had the octopus , piri-piri chicken (cold temperature, doesn’t seem to be fresh, 4 stars for this reason) Our server, Rafael is amazing, very attentive and great personality.

Invited here for private party of about 30 people; private room with modern decor. Serving staff was amazing, something very prestige about male servers that is elegant and on point. Food was phenomenal and presentation was lovely. From the placement and portions right down to the size/style of serving plates. Fish, meat, chicken perfectly cooked. Salad was fresh crisp and tasty. The custard dessert yummy, serving with espresso coffees. 👍🏻 well done! Customer service here is outstanding!!

Just came here for lunch. Restaurant itself is nice and bright. The food was fantastic. Simple but very flavorful. My mom particularly loved the risotto that comes with lamb. Sea bream was amazing. And our server which I believe was the owner was very nice and great to speak with. Everything beginning to end was good.

Chicken done right, comes right off the bone, seasoned perfectly. Rice and potatoes are also seasoned just right. Price is on point. The second I walked into the restaurant, I got a kick of smell flavour heaven. If that's a thing. Got 5 times as hungry. The sauce adds a kick. Highly recommend.

The aesthetic of the grill is beautiful. Service was kind and direct, and the food was magnificent! It was presented beautifully and it tasted heavenly. I'd go here at any chance. :)
