Will find all the stuffs usually you find in dollarama. But you have to wait for min 10 minutes at checkout. Only one person at the checkout even though other employees are in the store. I know all employees can't be at checkout all the time but should call in rush hour

This store has a bit of everything that you need, an the prices are great which is the best part. There is always a lineup. The location is also a plus.

Properly stocked. Only peev is that they keep pushing the self checkout and have removed or only have 1 cashier that usually tell you to use the self check out they're not checking you out. The cost of things are increasing but services are decreasing. Why should I not only pay for my items but have to check myself out while the store cut cost by not having cashiers and they increase their profit? Less staff +customers doing their own checkout = higher profit margins.

Clean and organized location with friendly and helpful staff. Products are always well-stocked and available. Self-checkout station is kept tidy and sanitized which I really appreciate. My only concern is that the entrance and exit are a bit narrow, making it a challenge to manoeuvre in and out of the store with a stroller or wheelchair.

Oh I loved this Dollarama. I finally what I have been looking for - a rack for the shower. I also found good hand soaps, socks for my husband, nice plant pots, kitchen items etc. Enough parking space.

Always has lots of good stuff at great prices. Got some really good hair products and love them

I normally go there for my artwork stuff. This is not the best but a decent place to shop if you are versed in market prices. There's another store just beside this dollar store that I normally visit if I need to buy basic hardware accessories. This store has better prices as compared to Canadian Tire.

I’m a regular here and for the first time(11/16/23) I was treated horribly by a staff member. It was around 3:25PM. I used the self checkout register on the far left, right beside the cashier. Immediately, this man began yelling at the top of his lungs (again, I’m right beside him) at me and my elderly mother for not scanning items and putting them to the left of the machine. I ignored him because adding my shopping bag on the left stops the process so a staff member can verify if there is a bag and I was in a rush. I was right beside him so he could see everything I was doing. After he decided to stop yelling, he walked over to me even though there was a line up, grabbed my items that I wasn’t finished checking out and accused me of not knowing what I’m doing. Being treated like a thief for items less than $10 is insulting. I’ve been shopping at this location since before he was hired. I work security for another retail store and nothing I did warranted the treatment I received. Keep him at the back of the store until he is trained on how to treat customers and understands that racial bias isn’t apart of his job description as a cashier.

A small store. Not much variety of products. The prices are good though. Most of all, the staff are very helpful and accomodating especially the cashier. She is very customer oriented. Darshini is just Awesome!

Oh my god. Rihanna working here is so sweet and so helpful. My grandmother comes home all the time saying how helpful she has been. Thank you for being such a positive experience for her! That’s the kind of customer service people love!

Overall a typical dollarama. Nothing fancy. As usual, sometimes it's difficult to find the exact stuff you are looking for. I found few stuff and didn't find some stuff that I was looking for. I checked with staff but they kept redirecting me to different sections. But that is generally typical of Dollarama in my experience

Convenient location and they have recently renovated the store which is Nice. Some items remain to lack enough stock so you may not get everything you plan to purchase. But overall a good store.

I had a very bad experience here. The lady who works at self checkout, she doesn't know who to treat a customer. I asked for her assistant 3 times and all of the times she was quite rude, racist and misbehaved with me. She should learn that how to behave with customers and treat them equally.

Never had a bad experience in here until today MANAGER JANE. Made this the most unpleasant visit possible as soon I got in I was basically kicked out for walking in from a&w with my food. When I expressed it wasn’t my first time in the store and that I shop here often due to working in the area my options were no food or drinks allowed in or leave GLADLY WILL LEAVE AND KEEP MY MONEY! Disgusting customer service thought she owed this location

Cashier who tended to my Sister & I was Extremely Pleasant along with "GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Philipino lady, she is very Beautiful with a Beautiful Attitude, they all should be like her. Happy Holidays & Blessings🙏🏽

Good customer service but need more employees to serve you. Only one Cash register open. He was helping the Self Check out. We have to wait for a long time in the line. I think Self Check out is the future, lots of people are going to loose their jobs. I am not happy with that

For a small store, it has a lot of products. You can almost always find what you need. As long as you don’t need help, this place is ok. The staff is completely responsible for this 2 star rating

Bad service and rude staff we are frontline workers and they don't even know what is frontdline workers they are asking what is frontline workers the way the staff spoke to me is very bad and they didn't allow us to go in so we came back

Wasn't able to find what I was looking for but they had so much other items that I can definitely use. Will be going back again

They now have a lot of self-checkout with fewer cashiers. Fewer employment opportunities. So if you don't like that, don't go there.
