Very very disappointed in their service. Took in 2 watches to have their metal bands replaced, 1 a Joe Boxer and the other a Rolex. Less than a year later the band on the Joe Boxer stretched out so it would fall off and the Rolex turned out to be very scratchy - and it cost $85.00. Had both replaced by another jeweler, but took the Joe Boxer one back to show them. All I got was a shrug of the shoulders along with a don’t know how we can do anything about this. Not happy and not what I expected - at least an apology or some concern would be nice. So... watch out and make sure that you get some kind of warranty on their product or service - to protect you. The quality of their merchandise is not good, below par but their prices are high - don’t expect that by paying more you’ll get better quality, you don't. Better still, find another more reputable business to buy your jewellery from or to get your jewellery repaired at. FOLLOW UP TO THE STORE’S REPLY - The reply is incorrect - cost covered 2 watch bands and only 1 battery. My previous old watch bands cost the same & lasted almost 5 YEARS, which the store was told, but AT NO TIME did they advise their watchbands would not even last a year, especially when not worn all that much. New store replaced bands for same $, they are much better quality and they offered warranty for at least a year. So after reading their reply BEWARE. Check their warranty policy Check their refund policy and don’t expect any customer service if there is a problem ! I didn’t get any and won't go back there again. There are many better stores in the neighborhood to go to.

This is my 3rd time ordering from this family run business. The owners are so nice and helpful. I’ve ordered all my grandson’s medallions. They helped me pick a special Medallion for my grandson baptism. I will only order from this business. They have proven that they are honest and stand behind their product and customer service. On one such occasion we thought we ordered the wrong size bracelet, drove all the way to Toronto only to find out we had received a more expensive bracelet, it was the right size and they even engraved it for free on the spot. That is service and why we will continue to support them.

By far the best jeweller I have met. Both Mario and his wife were extremely pleasant and helpful . Mario fixed my gold bracelet for a very reasonable price and was remarkably patient. I will go there for anything I need in the future and highly recommend this place to others.
