$15 for one of the worst pad Thais I’ve ever had. Congealed noodles with a sour flavour that is anything but a pad Thai. Miserable server too… People leaving 5 stars been smokin’ too much Toronto pot. Go to Thai express.

these boxes never disappoint & are packed with veggies, flavour and protein. a perfect meal! Edit: taking a star off because the quality has dropped a bit since they re-opened. The yonge & king location is a lot better and my new go-to.

I love the food here, it's my go to lunch spot! Many different options to change it up every day. Also, they have options to make their boxes vegan and vegetarian friendly!

I absolutely love Basil Box, especially this location! San is extremely helpful/kind and is very efficient with taking orders and multitasking. She's very welcoming and always conversing with people in line. The whole team is great and the food is amazing. The quality of ingredients is perfection and is a very convenient spot in the path! Decent healthy fast food place within the RBC Plaza food court. You get to pick your choice of carbohydrates (white rice, brown rice, or cold noodles), two veggies, one protein, one sauce and toppers/garnishments I had the Lemongrass Chicken on white rice with peanut sauce. It was a great tasting pairing. Overall, great value for $15 taxes included as it was decently portioned and tasted good.

Came here for brunch while on the way to Union Station. Lines were long but service was very fast and servers were very pleasant. There was a promo going on so I got a free cup of Thai iced . The food was tasty and filling and they have lots of vegetarian options. Highly recommended for a great lunch stop.

Have been eating from this place. Always forget to leave a review until now :). The staffs are always nice and friendly, especially the lady managers. My favorite choice is bulid your own box. Food is always fresh, not too much oily, but flavorful. The sauces and carrol pickles are always the reason why I come back so many. The thai iced tea is also cheaper, less than $3, compared to other bubble tea stores.

Don't order plain noodles. Its terrific without soup / being fried. One star for speed of delivery, one star for the shrimp, one star for staff friendliness. Overall it's bad.

Excellent food! I got the shrimp over brown rice and spring mix. Along with my veggies and toppings, I got the spicy peppers that added the perfect amount of heat to my meal. This was the perfect lunch, complete with Thai tea.

Incredible, fresh and consistent food made by a super-efficient team that gives quick, friendly service every time. Teamwork like Subway in the 90's!!! Highly recommend the spicy Penang curry sauce if you're down with the fire.

Had only tried Basil Box once a few years back so trying it again. Great selection of options. I tried their panang curry sauce. The server commented that it was spicy and maybe to someone who's not used to having so much spice in their life 😄 but it was the perfect spiciness. Enjoy it and definitely will crave it again.

I bought Pad Thai from this location and it was delicious. San (cook) was amazing and James (cashier) provided an excellent customer service. Thank you and will return to this location again.

I had always been a fan of Basil Box's lunch, but their breakfast is just atrocious. I had the Gulai Chicken sandwich today and everything was wrong about it. 1) Tiny portion 2) Egg was overcooked on BOTH layers 3) Barely any chicken 4) The rice was crunchy, dry, and hard (as can be seen from the clear segments on each rice grain). This means the rice was most likely reheated from a batch of refrigerated overnight leftovers. I seriously advise you guys to please learn how to make a proper Japanese rice bun. And on top of that they're charging $5.59 for it. No wonder there was no queue and everyone was in line at their neighbouring Tim Hortons. I was happy to see a different set of breakfast menu options in the food court but this was an utter disappointment.

Wow what an experience my lunch was. It was kinda like exploring an actual box of basils. Very epic food and service. No skill issue complaints coming from me. 10/10 would go again.

At 12:15pm on a Monday, they ran out of chicken, wait time about 7 min Service was chaotic, the servers are trying their best but it is obvious they don’t follow a structured process. Regarding food, I got the pad thai and the rice was like a block of pasta, the chicken was maybe 75 grams so the overall it was not a good experience at the price point.

I get excellent service. They are extremely kind and friendly and know my order. My all time favorite salad!!

I’ve always had a pleasant experience at this location because of San (even during rush hour). She’s the sweetest and has the best recommendations when I’m indecisive with what to order.

I purchased a build your own box today and was provided with a smaller container than usual. It appears you have changed your boxes to a smaller size but still charge approximately $14 including tax. This was totally unsatisfactory.

I get lunch here sometimes on break. The food is always fresh and delicious. Sometimes they run out of certain veggies on display, but the employees have always been happy to prepare a fresh batch upon request. Shoutout to their manager San for excellent service every time.

This is my favorite spot for quick to-go lunches. You get a fast boxed lunch. Its pretty easy: 1) Pick your base (rice, salad or noodles) 2) Pick your protein (beef, chicken, tofu etc) 3) Pick your veggies 4) Pick your toppings 5) Pick your sauce The major benefit is you can call ahead for pickup/takeout or delivery if you know exactly what you want, and its a healthy alternative to fast food. The beef and chicken are cooked very well and not overdone.

Tried this for the first time today and its amazing. I got the noodles with shrimp, sweet potato, corn and herbs and pickled veggies on top. The sweet Chile and curry sauces are so good and the servers are friendly as well. I'll be back.

Love Basil Box. Always go to the one by Eatons Centre. So thankful that they finally decided to open one up in the PATH, located very close to where I work. Just the right amount of food for a great healthy lunch.

Discovered this hidden gem of a Yogurt Drink store in Basil. Tried mango yogurt and It was absolutely fantastic! The flavors were on point, and I can't wait to come back for more. A must-try for yogurt enthusiasts! and for sure Chicken pad Thai is amazing as always!
