I’ve been a patient at CPE since 2016 when I was referred there because of some discomfort in my stomach. Not knowing anything about the process, I put my trust in the team at CPE to guide me, and it was flawless. From the get-go, the admin team guided me through the initial first step to get me ready for the prep. Don’t listen to the horror stories about the prep. IT’S A MYTH. It’s the essential and critical first step, so take it serious and do it RIGHT! On procedure day, I was greeted by a welcoming and friendly receptionist who took my information and made me comfortable while I waited the in lobby. First impressions are key! Shortly after, I was greeted by the nursing staff to help me get ready for the procedure. They took the appropriate amount of time to explain to me the process and allowed me the opportunity to ask all the questions I had. Folks! Ask lots of questions, be informed. They will answer! Next, I was greeted by Dr Rai. He introduces himself, and again goes through the details once again. So now my apprehension is gone and comfort level rising. Before I knew it, I awake and in the recovery room and I am feeling great, it’s like I never went through a thing! Amazing! The nurses come by checking on me often. Dr Rai telling me I did great. I rest here for a short while, and before I know it, I am packed up and on my way home. In the fall of 2021, I had my routine 5 year follow up. There were a few new faces, but the experience was just as great! Folks, whether it’s for preventive screening or urgent care, the team at Canadian Place Endoscopy are first class. This was my first time having a colonoscopy and gastroscopy. The staff from the moment I walked in from reception, nurses and my goodness the anesthesiologist and dr who performed both procedures were AMAZING!! I work in a hospital and I have never seen such wonderful caring and bedside manner. i felt completely at ease and comfortable because of ALL of these staff, especially the doctors. Thank you everyone. Ive already told friends and colleagues...if you need such a procedure, this is the place to go! Thanks everyone!!!

I had my endoscopy preformed a couple days ago and I am very impressed by how fast they got in touch with me and gave me a near by appointment after my family doctor referred me, as other places wouldn’t call back till months after and give me appointments in more than 3 weeks but Canadian place endoscopy gave me an appointment in that same week ! The nurses were very welcoming and explained every step very throughly .. the student nurse was also very professional and helpful. The procedure was completely pain free and just felt like a deep nap Definitely 10/10 recommend

Amazing customer service displayed by front desk. Despite being delayed, she was extremely apologetic to everyone. Even though I wasn't complaining about the wait, she approached me personally to apologize for the delay. Personally, when it comes to health related procedures, people shouldn't complain about delays. Things pop up that cause procedures to go for a longer period of time so it's out of everyones control. Plus, I'd rather have the doctor take their time with everyone instead of rushing to get the next person in. The nurses were extremely pleasant to deal with and made the process 10x better. The doctors were friendly. Definitely recommend this clinic.

5 years ago the people that was working at this place possibly saved my life finding a very dangerous bacteria growing inside my stomach, the service was awesome the wait time.. wasn't wait at all withing few days after i gave them my referral paper from my doctor. I was very distress with the pains i had to go through, to finally find a solution on this place. They where very professional and the over all the best clinic i would ever recomend and go back whenever i would need them, for what this people did and probably do now i could give them 10000 stars no question... Very clean environment and lovely staff! This was the first time I’ve ever had an endoscopy done and they made me feel like I was in good hands (which I definitely was) and it calmed me right down!

Great staff and service. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The doctors and nurses made the process very smooth and even cracked some jokes to ease the situation. My basic results were given to me right after the procedure was done and my family doctor followed up the next day with more information. Overall, it was a fast and efficient experience.

Very bad service. They care to complete the appointments and get money. They told me that the doctor will call me between 12 and 4 PM TO GIVE ME the result of the colonscopy, NO body called and when we called them, the receptionist told me the doctor will call another day. They did not send any email or call to apologize or to update us that the result will be postponed to another day. This is no respect and professional work. They sent email and made a call before to be sure I will come to the oppointment because that is related to their money, but when we want to take the result they don't care at least to say sorry because we left you 4 hours waiting for nothing. This is last time work with them and I strongly don't recommend this center.

My husband attended this clinic last week and it was an awful experience. He was ‘kicked’ out too early with tremendous gas pains could hardly move…sitting in washroom as he couldn’t move was told to get up and walk around and then they lost his shirt. Had the impression staff was in a rush to close up and get home. Would not recommend this clinic.

I booked then 10 minutes later I need to ask if a certain medication had to be stopped so I tried to contact them for 5 days with no response to ask the question I left 3 voicemails and 2 emails Absolutely no response so drove to office and cancelled appointment physically because I was not comfortable with the lack of response it made me feel there is no assistance afterwards if required There’s definitely issues due to lack of staff or just don’t care not sure but I was not taking the chance of being rushed through

I’ve to the clinic a few times in the past few years and I’ve never had a complaint! the staff are always amazing and the procedure is always quick and painless. If you need to get a procedure done, I recommend coming here!

Worst service ever. Receptionist was unable to give a time frame about when is the next available appointment even though it's urgent. What kind of clinic asks for patients to wait indefinitely to receive a call back?

I had a procedure done last week at the clinic. All the staff were super friendly and helpful! I was honestly a little scared before my procedure, but the staff were genuinely super comforting and supportive. I’ve had some not great experiences at other clinics, so I was really happy with Dr. Rai and the staff at Canadian Place Endoscopy.

I'd rather trust alternative medicine than ever trust the people who work here. If you want answers and life saved consider a naturopathic doctor than this joke of a place. Rude Secretaries as well.

I took my dad there to do his procedure and Dr. Rai and his team were so pleasant and my dad’s procedure was so fast. He didn’t have to wait long at all. The clinic is clean and receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place!

Worse experience in this Endoscopy. They told me on colonscopy day Doctor will call you and discuss with you in two weeks on Dec 10th,2022.Nobody call me keep waiting all day. I tried to call more than 50 times in two weeks only recording nobody answering the phone until today Jan.27th,2023

Staff and Dr were extremely helpful and comforting with this procedure as it was my first time and I was extremely nervous. It felt like a quick nap, and I was ready to go. They followed up and made sure I was ok every step of the way. I strongly recommend this clinic and their service!

I have the most wonderful experience in this place, it better than the hospital (St Joseph Hospital). I have done a gastroscopy on Saturday and it was done fast and thoroughly. The staff and doctors are very professionals in their job. They are also kind and friendly starting form the receptionist, Nurses( Lisa, Ruby and Nathash) Dr Rai made me feel so relax for the procedure that I did not feel any pain or discomfort. This is the best clinic I've ever been to. Go here instead of the hospital. They are so fast, they are thorough, and they are the nicest people in healthcare. I had a really bad experience years ago at Oakville hospital for the same procedure. This clinic calmed my anxiety and did everything to keep you happy and comfortable. I just had this done and I have zero pain in my throat. Dramatic difference. Go here. They are honestly amazing.

Second time at the same place I did colonoscopy. Very professional, polite and very well organized.

It took 3 months to get an appointment. After surgery i was just rushed out to leave with no questions answered regarding post op or cleaning of the wound or what to do with the abscess packing on the wound. They were just busy starting another procedure. I had to visit another clinic to understand.

Had a good experience here for my colonoscopy. When I woke up the procedure was already done. I didn’t feel any after pain or discomfort. People should not be afraid to do a colonoscopy which can eventually detect any cancer or polyps. Test was quick, professional and safe. Would recommend this place especially when you get the results right away.

Awesome clinic! Super friendly staff! I took my father to get a procedure done at Canadian Place Endoscopy the other day. He can not speak english very well and the staff were super accommodating and helpful. The anesthesiologist was especially kind and helpful when explaining the procedure. Overall, super great experience!

My referral was faxed 5 days ago, and have been calling for 3 days with no reply, I left a voice mail 2 days ago as well. A second voice mail was left today. Let's see. Update: I got a call back today, thank you and thanks for the follow up. It is interesting that they offered me an appointment this week or next week.

I just love this clinic! Dr. Rai is one of the few doctors who is really dedicated to the patient. The combination of humanity and excellent knowledge makes Dr. Rai unique. I would recommend everyone to visit the clinic, because they are 100 percent in good hands.

I've been to this clinic several times, and every visit, they've been very friendly and organized. I was there this passed Wednesday and the front receptionist was very nice and friendly. Further inside the clinic, the prep nurses were very nice, including Kelly. Highly recommend this place.

Took my mom for an endoscopy here recently. Staff was incredibly friendly and warm. They made what we expected to be a pretty uncomfortable experience smooth sailing. They also had a great sense of humour!

Left messages not a single call back. Shame on ALL OF YOU! My mother is in pain fid endoskopy om May 19th. Dr was supose to call her on 24th. No call no returning calls ftom front desk. This is abuse! Today on June 13th we had calls and emails fimally sent. Instead of apology i was asked why i did not come with my mother on the day of procedure. With in leaving this review i had 3 emails and calls to us within 24 hours after the review was left. So i am glad that google has this option. My mother has received a call after almost a month of us leaving the messages. I am greatful that she knows now what needs to happen next or what will happen next. I suggest that the receptionist responds back to patients with in resonate time even up to the week so this is avoided in future. I will start off my apologizing for completely forgetting the names of the most WONDERFUL staff who work at Canadian Place Endoscopy. This was my very first procedure and I let my fears and anxiety get the best of me. The staff on the other hand, were extremely calming, reassuring and kind. My nurse (I will never forget you !!) made a world of difference while caring for me. Her IV techniques are out of this world and I want YOU to know how much of a difference you made. I wholeheartedly THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for your patience and reassurance. The process was seamless, comfortable and so unbelievably fast. It was a great experience and would highly recommend this location to anyone! I brought my mother for her test as she is not confident with handling her personal affairs without my assistance. When we reached the clinic it was very clean and comfortable upon arrival, but the staff was absolutely lovely. Reception made check in very easy for my mom, and they were helpful on answering all of our questions both at the front desk and both before and after the procedure. The staff made an uncomfortable procedure a pleasant one with their level of professionalism. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone. You will not get service as personable as this clinic. Extremely impressed.

Canadian Place Endoscopy is the best endoscopy clinic in Toronto, and when their service inspired me to leave this review, which I never did at my age, trust me, it’s something else. My wife and I had our colonoscopies and gastroscopes today, we came from Oakville and our friend came recently from Brampton after getting a recommendation from his cousin. The clinic is super clean with free parking spots and wheelchair accessible. My wife had an injury so these things are very important to us. The receptionist lady was super helpful, nurses and doctors were so caring and supportive. We got our results right away and the opportunity to talk to the doctor in person or as a phone follow-up. I’m 69 years old and I have been doing colonoscopy since I was 38, I saw many clinics in Toronto but never had such a pleasant experience as I had here.
