Well-mannered and considerate employees! The store is truly one of a kind. The layout was stunning! I loved how they coordinated everything. I found many items and collections I had not seen anywhere else. Not only did they help me find my dream sets, but they also took the time to adjust my jewellery to fit me better. The quality of gold is strong and pure. I find myself often getting complaints. 😉

I usually make sure my reviews are accurate and true, because I know the affect of reviews about businesses. However, today was a disappointing experience. My wife and I went to buy a piece of gold. I asked about the price and was told it's 110 CAD per gram for 21 karat gold. We found a ring we liked, and the owner initially said it's $420 CAD, then dropped it to $400 CAD (he said it was 4 grams). I paid and received the receipt. However, before leaving the store, upon reading the receipt, I realized the actual weight was 3.36 grams. So, the correct price should have been $369.6 CAD before any negotiation. It seems the owner deceived me by changing the weight and price, making me pay more than it's actually worth. When I confronted him about this after reading the receipt, he tried to explain it away by saying the piece is small. I returned the item immediately and got a refund. Be careful when dealing with them – check the weight, compare prices at other places, and definitely confirm the karat. Even though the difference is about $30 CAD, the real concern was about fair and honest business practices.

Patient, very kind, understanding, down to earth and professional people… Konal and Ayman ❤️. Gold price was reasonable to two elegant and popular pieces shown in the attached pictures. One piece is a set of Chanel-Versace and the other is a heavy-golden bracelet. The total was 6750 Canadian dollars. What’s worth mentioning is that the bracelet’s lock/hook was missing. Even though this important piece was worth money, it was given as a generous gift 🥰. Thank you so much for making my first set of gold very memorable. I appreciate your effort, time and help to choose what fits me best. Last, I would inshallah come again to your shop for more because you are up to date with your gold selection which comes from Dubai (21k). Today, I went to Bahar Jewelry. First of all I want to start by saying how amazing and friendly the owners were. They were so helpful and nice.
