Great service and pleasant bedside manners from technician Foram Shah. Dr. Hill is very approachable and thorough. Reception staff need training in people skills. Otherwise this location would have had a 5 star rating.

Dr Foram was careful and meticulous, with respect to my cardiology tests recommended by Dr Hill. She has good communication skills, and is well-mannered. Thank you Dr.Foram for all the support.

Visited the facility in July 18,2023 for Aorta, CAD and PAD. The technician ( Ms Shah) was a real professional person and very competent , too. I was warmly welcomed and briefed about the procedure before it’s beginning and I never felt uncomfortable during whole process.

Lovely receptionists, technologists and doctor. I was surprised at the short wait time for appointments (they won't call for some time if you had a referral but once they do they have times for the following week. Also when you book follow up appointments they can be as soon as tomorrow depending on the type of appointment.) The space is clean and the staff are understanding and approachable. I had to approach their desk like 5 times because of some mistakes I made but they were always friendly. Dr. Hilal is approachable as well. I highly recommend.

I took my mom to the clinic for an ultrasound with Kareem. Kareem was an excellent professional in his work and in making mom feel comfortable. I also had a nice experience with the lady who called to schedule the appointments!

Dr. Hill is an extremely qualified specialist, as you are aware. My experience at the centre was very good. From reception to the testing to seeing Dr. Hill, it instilled confidence and excellence of care.

This is absolutely amazing clinic with really caring people and top-notch. My doctor is Dr. Heslop and I highly recommend him. He’s rather late sometimes but absolutely worth it because he treats every patient with care and respect and does not rush them at the door.

Staff at reception counter is well behaved, cordial and accommodating. Technologist Miss Foram is exceptional in dealing with patient. She is soft spoken .She is an extra ordinary patient caring personality. I am extremely impressed with her positive attitude. God bless her success in her missionary work.

**Update and response to centre- what I meant was that I was told that normally the doctor at My health centre that reads and interprets the results that are then sent to my family doctor, comes in only once per week at the Brampton office. At every other My health centre, the results are sent to my doctor within a day. These are taking 2 weeks for an already anxious wait. How can I access records or imaging if it is not read or interpreted yet? If my doctor doesn't have it, it means I can't access it. Also, $5 for a transfer fee or $49 for a year to access records? I find that a little excessive 🥲** Overall had a positive experience as the check in was easy and the technician for the test was friendly. The only thing is the wait for results as in all other my health centres the results are quick. I was already so anxious because of my symptoms and wanted to take the test quickly. But even after calling I was informed that the person reading the results only comes in 1 time per week and so I would have to wait a couple weeks before the results were sent to my doctor. I mean for someone who is already anxious about what it could be they have, this doesn't help. So, although I had positive experience overall, this is the downside of it all and I am kind of disappointed as I have not had this experience in any other my health centres. 😔

I have been attending My Health since I suffered a heart attack. After my discharge from hospital. I was terrified to see them thinking what's next. The office was clean and organized. The reception staffing and the medical team were very friendly and helpful to answer questions I had about what the procedure was all about and put me at ease.
