😠 The Place is pathetic. It's been over an year for me in Brussels now, and by far, this place has served the most flavourless and yucky food. The bread was poorly baked, the chicken curry we ordered was a disaster in itself. At last we ordered a biryani to fill in our stomachs but the chef there was... People often mention good,

The Place is pathetic. It's been over an year for me in Brussels now, and by far, this place has served the most flavourless and yucky food. The bread was poorly baked, the chicken curry we ordered was a disaster in itself. At last we ordered a biryani to fill in our stomachs but the chef there was not done ruining our dinner yet. The biryani was a plate of chicken fried rice with an unappetising taste. To add to the misery, the place does not even accept card payment. What a waste! We left the place immediately and had a durum instead from a nearby joint. I would not recommend you this place unless you wanna ruin your day. Cheers - An Indian foodie

I came here with my husband on a Sunday evening. We had never been here before and must say it was a good surprise! Very good quality of food and felt very well accommodated. We love spicy and asked for extra spicy and made every dish of ours the perfect level of spicy. Only comment I would give is that it is recommended to bring some cash because we couldn’t pay with card.

Authentic and tasty food in a small but clean venue. For the hotheads; the chef has three levels of spiciness for his Vindaloo; skipping levels is not recommended but if you can handle ultra death sauce, you might want to go for level 2.

i went twice in this resto, never felt as welcome. the food is tasty even if i am not a big expert of indian food. the owner is always on his mobile phone, i had to call him more than once for some water, the bill ect... i feel the prices are little bit overpriced, very small portions. the deco is very very old and the tables are too close, not a place to be is u want some private talking. not coming back anymore.

Reading over the reviews I find some critics a bit varied and some are even from 2012 which makes things hard to judge. Had a dinner for two at the place and it was great veggie / vegan food! We had a starter and main course for 44 euros for both of us and were very satisfied at the end. The food was very good and the waiter was also very nice.

We ordered online, and the food was very good (Indian but clearly with a Bengali style) but not the best Indian we've had in Brussels. Despite being a bit slow to deliver, the food arrived better packed and hotter than other restaurants we've tried. The portions were a little smaller than other restaurants, but the quality felt a bit higher. If we lived closer we'd probably end up dropping in on a regular basis, particularly because the staff seemed really friendly on the phone.

It isn't authentic Bengali food, but the "Europeanised" version of it is really good as well! The service was friendly and the ambience and interior was great. It was pretty crowded with locals, so that's always a sign of quality.

I've frequented this Indian restaurant several times for lunch, and I've also been there with some larger groups. Chicken Tikka and Chicken Vindaloo are my favorites, but the tandoori is equally good and the nan is really nice; don't eat the garlic nan if you've meetings planned shortly after lunch, or crave for social contacts...
