    The girls at the reception are lovely. Unfortunately I had Dr Abi Saab who is extremely slow and was taking a personal visit to prepare a birthday.

    I have mixed feelings. I had a visit with Dr Peellaert, where she offered coffee, and she received me even though I was 20 minutes late. After one and half years of visits to different doctors, she finally felt like someone who understood that my condition needs a different approach of treating.. However, she also interrupted all the time and jumped from one topic to the other, not letting me complete my sentence or speak when i would not understand. She ran some tests, but there was no clarification on when I would receive the results or if. She gave me a prescription, but i had to take notes on how to take the medicines. Is the patient supposed to take notes or is the doctor supposed to write that stuff down for the patient? Maybe I am not understanding.

    Went to get my blood 🩸 taken without appointment and the reception was fast, and the man doing the test was kind and gentle. No pain 😌. With a prescription from my doctor, I was not asked to pay... maybe a bill will come later!

    I went to the hospital to get tested for covid to travel. I don't know if I was lucky, but I got in and out the hospital in 15 minutes. The staff of the COVID test centre was smiley, friendly and ready to help with specific needs. Five stars.

    Very good hospital center, despite the negative comments that can be found here: they in no way reflect the quality of care and the competence of the practitioners, they are purely personal and unfortunately unfortunate experiences. Special mentions for two specialists, human, gentle, competent and very empathetic with the desire to really help the patient: Doctors Jeangette (neurologist), and Gal Ponoran (rheumatologist). Otherwise all Baron Lambert practitioners are very competent, the fact that some are more "cold" is not linked to their skills. And when you don't cancel an appointment on time, it's completely normal to be charged for it, stop complaining when you're at fault damn it!!     I gave birth my second child in this hospital and I must say that the maternity section was great and the overall experience pleasant. The rooms were clean and new and the stuff were professional and very friendly. I got a lot of attention from the nurses when needed and I left happy and calm. I recommend it
