The food is magnificent. The dough of the pizza is sublime. Unfortunately, it’s not a 5-star because of the negative attitude of the service.

Good pizza and a nice choice of starters and additional dishes. However, between the number of tables and the take away orders staff were not able to keep up. Overall it took very long to get our oders, which trickled in one after another and drinks didn't arrive until halfway through our main course. We did however receive a complimentary digestive at the end of the meal which was much appreciated.

La Pizza è Bella Gourmet's "pizza" was absolutely repulsive and almost all inedible. We ordered 2 and both were actually soggy if not wet and one was unappealing grey in color. The "smoked" aubergine pizza was worse than the 5 cheese but not by much. Look at the photos and you can see how the crust looked like a wet kitchen rag. . We weren't the only ones who felt sick eating the pizza or didn't eat it at all. The family sitting near us kept poking their forks at their own pizzas but not actually eating any of it. The soggy, inedible remnants were piled on their plates (see photo) and you could tell they were not happy at all. PS. 3 of the pizzas on the menu weren't even available either. We arrived around 6:30 PM so no excuses for that and not telling us up front. What a scam.

🍕 La pizza è bella but how does it taste ?! 🧐 Our pizzas were good, Not soggy or watery for Neapolitan pizza. The toppings were quality and the dough fluffy and tasty. The tiramisu was good but maybe a bit too much cacao powder. We had an issue with our order and it took (way) longer than expected. Luckily the manager made up for it without us asking. Which was highly appreciated!

The times we went we really enjoyed the service, food & atmosphere. A place to enjoy a really nice meal with a good pizza. The only thing I would point out is the price, but for Brussels conditions it’s also acceptable.

The pizzeria is relatively small (around 10 tables internally and some others outside - when weather permits) and nice looking. I tried as appetiser a "tris of montanare" with different flavours. Each of them is relatively small (at least in Italy, they are normally larger) but well cooked and, above all, quite good. Then, I tried a pizza Capricciosa. Again, I found the ingredients (and in general, the taste) very good even if I don't think they reflect a "real" Capricciosa (or, at least, not the one I am used to). The border of the pizza is very high (but also very soft) which is recently a kind of "gourmet" trend in Italy too (not sure if they did it on purpose or not). Personally, I am not really a fan of this way to prepare pizza (also because then you have a "smaller center part") but I have to admit that it was very well done and better tasting then the (few) ones of this kind I tried in Italy. So, at the end of the day, promoted with full votes!

The pizzas are the best I have had. The dough is heavenly and the toppings original! I can't give a 5 star however because the waiter that attended us was far from friendly and seemed bothered every time we asked for something.

Amazing food and service. No doubt on why it's ranking as one of the best pizza places! Totally worth coming 🫶🏽

We came twice here for pizza, a week apart. First time the pizza was good, second time it was ok. The second time the ingredients seemed to not be enough and massed towards the center of the dough. First time the overall experience was ok, second time pretty bad. The terrace was half empty but they asked us to sit inside. We had to squeeze next to another table in a corner. Both times they insisted a bit too much with the entrees and deserts/coffee. If I order directly something from the menu or I ask for the check, it means that I'm done deciding, they will usually ask you this at any other restaurant but it's usually more elegant and sometimes they sense if you would actually like something extra. Here it seemed a bit too forced/scripted. I don't think we will go back because the quality seems inconsistent while being overpriced. Giving it 3 stars only for the pizza that we had the first time which was good.

A well enjoyed dinner in a restaurant that had the right mix: good food, great service and a nice vibe. The carbonara was great, I would only add some more egg in the sauce. The tiramisu was also top.

This used to be a nice pizza place, which seems to be a victim of its own success. We were surprised by the rude service, arriving with a baby 7 minutes before opening, the waiter told us to come back in 15 minutes as they are not open yet. A family of 5 sat outside at the table of 4 they were told they could have and the waiter said they could have another chair at 18:30, given that now it was 18:27. The pizzas are small and the area covered with toppings even smaller. My capriciosa had all the toppings in a line across the pizza, the rest having just tomato sauce. Don’t think we’ll come back in a hurry.

updated review: this place has an amazing pizza oven, so you know the bread will be so freaking awesome. unfortunately, my latest experience was a horrid one. will be downgrading this from 5 to 2stars, and food from 5 to 2, and service from 4 to 2. let me explain. the first time I went to this place I ordered a pizza and received the most amazing thing it was rather big, and had generous toppings. I had since been back twice ordering different stuff each time. one was mediocre, the other was pretty good. as with most places, if I go back a few times I like to order the same thing as the first time just to see if it is actually good or I had tinted glasses. my world, the level of consistency in the food was infuriating. I will attach a first visit and fourth visit image for you to judge for yourselves. proportions were completely different, and cook quality was also completely different. service was also so terrible, staff were just shuffling customers between the two doors, and there was a line to pay, and a woman apparently received the wrong pizza. it was also disappointing that those who ordered take away were asked to wait outside and that the pizza would be sent to them when ready. well, many people had ready pizzas sitting on the counter that took 10 minutes to reach them. amazing pizza oven

This pizzeria offers the real Italian pizza recipe and the margherita (original) costs only 11 euros. The location is beautiful next to the Jourdan square: indoor and outdoor room. Polite and kind service. The buffalo mozzarella or n’duja pizza is excellent. At the moment, special recipes 2022 are included in the menu. Bravo! ps. it is necessary to book (better)

Delicious food - bruschetta & buratta were just wonderful to start off! Pizza was tasty too. However, I’ve ordered particular pizza which had Nduja sausage and pizza arrived without it - after which the waitress said that you have to pay extra for Nduja, whilst it’s listed as an ingredient of the pizza. Don’t mind paying up, but would like to know in advance. They slabbed it on afterwards but it wasn’t baked together with a pizza so it wasn’t as nice. Room for improvement service wise, but can’t fault the food - it is tasty and worth a try!

Really really really yummy pizza with good value for money. However, as it was super crowded, the service was a little slow. Still would highly recommend! Grazie mille

SOLO PER LES PIZZES!!! 😢 I feel bad giving 2 stars but things should get better. We always come or order pizzas from here all the time, but we wanted to try a different thing this time. My boyfriend took the Pasta carbonara and it was extremely salty and with only 4/5 pieces of “guanciale”; I ordered il tonno con “crosta di pistacchio”; there was not such a thing but pistacchio sauce and it was over cooked. I’m feeling bad of my stomach while I’m writing this so I don’t know if the tuna was the issue. The service is slow as always but our waiter was so polite and gentle. He offered us drinks and he apologised. We will still come back because pizzas are good and the restaurant is cozy and nice.

Some of the best pizzas in town! The whole staff is Italian and you can see and taste that they use proper ingredients. Although it might differ with each one's preference, the dough of the pizza is just perfect. Light, not too soggy or too dry, flavourful. There is a very large amount of outside seatings but I really recommend to make a reservation in advance.

It was already one of my favourite places in Brussels. Now with the italian products, Authentic italian coffee, gelato, baba al rum etc, it touches my soul and transfers me in the italian narrow streets I used to wander... ❤️💜

THIS PIZZA IS UNMATCHED 🍕 When I think back, what really strikes about this pizza and makes it special was the DOUGH! • no crispy crust, but airy & light (soft dough) - but in an extremely good way ✨ thus, it was extremely easy to eat and delicious + didn’t dry up my mouth which I hate • fresh ingredients • perfect size • kind and hardworking staff (I guess they’re short-staffed) ⚠️ RESERVATION NEEDED (otherwise you’ll have no chance to get a table - it happened to me)

Very tasty, unique represented, original. Staff is very nice. Please pay attention that the sweet pizza is a very big portion and it is fried. But the combo is super cool 🤩🤩 The pizza is awesome ! And tiramisu is like a homemade one The staff is amazing We enjoyed with the whole family🤩😝

We visited the place around 9pm, without a reservation. The host was amazing and really helpful, we waited around 10' for a table and we were treated with some prosecco while we were waiting. The place smelled amazing, the staff was really kind and the food arrived super quickly and it was delicious! The only thing I can comment on is that it was a little too hot inside, other than that it was a really pleasant experience and shout out to the host, he was super nice!

The pizzas were alright but 22€/each was a bit of a stretch… the service was almost inexistant. There was no recommandation. It really felt like an industry experience where they do not keep track of your requests and everything is standard. My vegan friend specified it and still got anchovies on the pizza. The atmosphere is rather cosy thanks to all these plants and the decoration is likable. At the end. An experience that is average for a high price.

They delivered the completely wrong order. The correct ticket was attached, so it was not the fault of the driver, but of the restaurant. I ordered 2 pizzas: diavola ndjua & friarelli, I received buffalo mozzarella with rucola & margarita. I called to resolve it and no one picked up. Edit: It’s now 5 hours later. No one has gotten back to me. 40 euros delivery and this is what you get. I wouldn’t recommend ordering delivery from them.

We had a lovely diner! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Regarding the food, pizzas are super and full. Be careful, there is not truffle in the Spora ;) Big plus for the tiramisu.

Lived up to the enthusiastic recommendation I’ve got from someone. Dough was perfect, ingredients top quality and olives (absolutely beautiful, may I add) as a starter were a nice touch. Staff was also super nice, menu not overfilled. Seasonal or the more artisanal/original pizzas were on the pricier side, which I understand. Would come back!

Decided to visit after we saw the recent Europe top 50 rankings and got a massive disappointment. Service wasn't bad, it was even worse. Waited 55 minutes for a drink we ordered and a bit more for two pizzas. The waiter stooped by after 40 minutes to take an order, the same one who did it 40 minutes earlier. But ok, we were there because of the food, not the service. And here they flop again. Ordered La Spora and Sleepy Hollow pizzas. First one was without any taste you could feel excerpt the truffle burrata. Dough was not salted at all, all together really bad. The other pizza was with the same dough, but too salty and not balanced at all. However, the taste wasn't the biggest issue. The dough on both was not fully done and have had non fully cooked parts. All together, a big disappointment, especially knowing their reputation.

Pizza was good, but it isn't the best I've had and they quickly get very expensive. The sauce could be tastier and was salted too heavily (even though I tend to eat quite salty), and the crust was too compact and undercooked in the center in some spots, which was weird. If you eat on the terrace or inside, don't sit near a window as the Uber and Deliveroo drivers are quite annoying and keep knocking on the window to know if their order is ready, and there's a steady flow of them. Paolo's Idea is a better option for Neapolitan pizza less than 500 m away.

A little bit disappointed - I was expecting something better. Waitress asked 3 times if we had already chosen, so a bit of rush/pressure to get the order. Then after we paid, not even a "thank you", just gave us the receipt and disappeared. Overall not a cosy place as there was this atmosphere of being rushed. Food was also not spectacular. Pizza had some burnt on the borders while the middle was soaked in sauce (at least this was homemade!). Because dough was elastic and the middle soaked, it was hard to eat with cutlery as well as with hands. Gnocchi was good though, taste a bit too soft but overall good. As food was not amazing and the atmosphere was not so pleasant and relaxing, would probably not come back.

The pizza experience is top quality. The waiters are kind, they even put a chocolate gift in the fridge when we asked as it was a surprise for a friend.

I ate with myself only so I put a simple order with one drink 🍷 and one Pizza which was the popular in its menu. The La Diavola pizza tasted great and was worth your money. The drink (mix of rum, mongo juice, and ...) was on average in terms of its price,14EUROs. The staff there were very friendly and busy with taking care of their guests. I didn't feel slow service like other guests complained in reviews. But this place was not a fast paced restaurant either. I would recommend this place, at least for its pizza

Five stars for sure! The best pizza in Bruxelles, but probably the best pizza I have ever had (and I am Italian). It is not a cheap place, but the ingredients are top-selection, the staff is friendly and it is located in a very cosy area, near the EU Commission. I come as often as I can and bring my friends. Defintely reccomend it.

The best pizza place in Brussels! You feel love, great taste and attitude in every single bite of the pizza! In addition to the great food, the atmosphere is fantastic and cosy for family reunions or friendly catch-ups!
