Yesterday I went to Basic Fir for the first time! When I enter and have already changed my clothes I found out that only the half part of the gym was working! The other part was closed! I asked the lady why they didn't tell me before I enter? There were only 4 machines and cardio one!! I am still waiting my 10 euro!!! Super disappointed!!!! They even don't know when they will open the other part of the gym!!!

The weigh room at this gym has been closed since September. I would like a refund back on my membership as there is no other facility close to me.

BE CAREFUL! This is not a real gym, only some Bikes and treadmills and like 4 dumbells. Choose another.

Too many stinky visitors. Dear stinky visitors i just want to remind you that showers were invented hundreds years ago and we r not in medieval times. Also soap and antiperspirants are available on the Belgium market!

Just cancelled my subscription- stinky visitors, very crowded, weird opening hours, and if it is open there is no room for working out, good luck staying in line at each machine. Not to mention the extremely dirty mats, who can lay down on something so dirty?

The least you can when you close 80% of the gym because of floods is communicate about it.

You should reorganize your environment by cutting cardio zone as its empty but other arias too busy… seems like managers are blind

Dear management dont treat your visitor in such irrespective way, please update your equipment regularly as a lot of things are worn out. Pic is attached. Its a shame

The worker was extremely helpful! However the gym was small and there is not enough place for everyone, especially in busy hours.

I was happy to see that the gym section was open again ! Until I saw a bucket on the floor, water dripping from the ceiling... what have they done in the past 4 month while it was closed ?

Overall gym is good but weighing machine is not working from last few months and nobody is bother to repair it even massage chair also not working and nobody seems to care of it.
