Truly a nightmare. After reservation no code was provided neither for the room nor the building. No answers in hours from the phone number of hoster, no contact and no options for getting access. The place was difficult to find and no help was never provided.

I would’ve appreciated if the hotel staff told me the codes to enter the building + your room were to be inserted next door to the actual hotel address. They send the info via booking but are not responsive afterwards. The wifi did not work, or barely. I gave up after trying for hours and had to pay for my phone’s 4G. The shower water went from cold- hot- cold- hot. Whenever someone closes/opens their door upstairs it makes your own door shake and sound like it’s opening itself, not the most reassuring noise 30x/night when you’re a woman traveling alone. It was a unfortunate because the rooms were pretty modern and clean. Overall the room was qualitatif.

Prima del soggiorno ho chiesto qualche indicazione per il parcheggio, ho ricevuto una risposta sommaria (non reattiva) e ad una mia risposta per un chiarimento non ho ricevuto risposta. Al check-in abbiamo avuto problemi con la porta della camera (non si apriva) e per fortuna c’era ancora la signora delle pulizie che ci ha aiutato, altrimenti con le reattività dell’host saremmo stati spacciati. All’entrata dell’appartamento notiamo la mancanza del tavolo/sedie. La notte è stata un incubo. Nell’appartamento sopra al nostro (della struttura) ha ospitato una festa: gente che continuava ad andare su e giù per le scale con bottiglie in mano, camminava (i muri non sono molto spessi) avanti e indietro. Abbiamo provato a chiedere di smettere di fare così tanta confusione, perché stavamo cercando di dormire, ma fino alle 3 di notte non ha dato cenno di smettere. Abbiamo chiesto all’host di intervenire, ma nulla. Non consiglio.

Idéal pour un séjour professionnel : à 2 pas des institutions européennes, avec des commerces autour et plein de restaurants. La propreté est impeccable. C'est spacieux, confortable, bien équipé.

I’ve stayed in a room at urban suites two weeks ago and asked for an invoice already prior to my stay as I need it for work. It was confirmed that I would get the invoice in a call but I never got it and by now they have ignored almost 10 emails (more than 10 if you add my colleagues ones who has the same problem). Really really disappointing because otherwise the stay was nice.

Comfortable, modern room with TV that included Netflix, near the EU, Leopold Park, and the House of European History, although a bit more of a walk to the city centre. There were some access issues a few times but the owner was very easy to contact and provided swift assistance.

Well situated, very near Schuman square. Confortable. Plenty of restaurants and bars near.

Nous sommes restés 3 nuits dans l'appartement n°2, très fonctionnel, joliment décoré, propreté irréprochable, parquet et carrelage au sol, sèche serviettes, un lit en 160 ultra confortable, kitchenette avec micro ondes, cafetière et bouilloire, café, thé, sucre et lait. Le ménage est fait tout les jours, très bien situé à côté du Parlement et de la place Jourdan et ses nombreux restaurants. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

Appartamento piccolo ma confortevole e luminoso. Un po' lontano dal centro ma con un autobus si arriva agevolmente nella zona turistica. Dotato di piano cottura può essere comodo per chi vuole fermarsi qualche giorno ed evitare di mangiare sempre fuori. Da rivedere qualche dettaglio nella zona bagno.
