If you want to have a good quality Pizza, I would recommend L'Osteria which is just few meters away from this place. You will never go back to Pizza Hut. "Once you go L'Osteria you never go back" The restaurant L'Osteria looks expensive but its a budget restaurant if you really love Pizzas. Super Dooper Yummy and Huge Pizzas with thin crust and many varieties all under 12.50 Eur. Pure Italian Restaurant. The photos I am attaching are from L'Osteria. One is a Pizza "Marinara" If you love seafood and another one is Lasagna. We also tried "Barbeque Chicken Pizza" and also something "Nduja Cabressa Pizza" Ultimately Delicious. Try it and Thank me Later..!!!

It is always a perfect place to eat, today we went again there with my family, it was a very kind and friendly waiter called David, and a new Greek girl. I want personal from here to tell him a big THANK YOU because he was very friendly and kind with us. Keep the good work guys. Thank you !!!!! 💙💙💙

Food was awesome. Bad rating is for the staffs who were smoking at the entrance. The restaurant is completely filled with passive smoke. We wanted to spend some more time and eat more but the smoke drove us away.

Ordered our meals, everything seemed fine. When the drinks came they were warm, flat, and the coke had very little actual coke in. When the starters arrived only 4 out of 5 starters came, when we came to query this the waitress was no where to be seen.our pizzas arrived within 5 minutes of the starters arriving; meaning the pizzas got cold while we ate our starters. Furthermore the place had lots of flies, so we had to keep wafting them off the pizzas. Lastly when the bill arrived it had the starter on that we had not received at all. Will not be going back.

Really worth to go during the all-you-can-eat times. But keep in mind they only have specific pizzas then. The appetizers plate for two is not really worth it, everything tasted pretty average, nothing too good. Pizza was delicious though.

The food was amazing and very filling. The pizzas were for me too oily, but they were delicious. We had a nice experience, the wait time was not long, just it was hard to call the waiters when we needed something but it was okay.

Yummy warm crispy, lipsmacking pizza, warm garlic 🍞, chicken wings.. potato wedges, crushed ice strawberry lemonade which was surprisingly large n tasty drink. Lecker wie immer!

I am a regular visitor of Pizza Hut. It’s my first time in Karlsruhe. The quality of my food was on that standard what the normal standard of Pizza Hut. I have ordered a Veggie Lover's pizza. The vegetables was used not really fresh.

Too much oil and/or fatty cheese in the pizza! Could not eat all slices!

Pizza was very delicious but I couldn't pay with Card (Device didn't work) and had to go to Bank to get cash.

DONT EAT HERE!!! We got there at 10 pm, closing time was 11 - the waiter tols us we could only order to take away. We had to eat our pizzas out in the rain. Also, please be careful, as I was scammed. they told me my card payment was denied and I paid in cash. My phone was dead, later I found out it went through, so they lied to me.

Waiters don't write down the order and may forget some of its parts, they close earlier than the schedule, they often spill the drinks on the table because they don't put it down carefully, ignorantly turning around with no excuses.

Food is great. We were charged for different meal deal. We have payed 16+ euro more like we didn't order a meal deal. It was that time when the deal is active. Poor service.

I admit, I love Pizza Hut. This place is nice enough and food as expected. Just for people interested, do not expect Italian pizza here. It's an American chain... The service was very good and friendly.

Pizza Hut is my go-to for a quick, delicious and affordable pizza. However, I recently had an unfortunate experience where we were charged for a meal that we didn't order. We ordered the Launch Deal at the time when the deal was being served, yet we still got charged full price. This was an isolated incident but it's important to double check your order before paying!

The server was nice and there weren't a couple of vegan options to choose from, which was really nice. We got pizza and pasta, and the only reason I didn't give the 5th star is that the food was too greasy for me, although I guess I should've known that beforehand. But other than that, it was good all around.

Pathetic experience.... (Minus) -5 rating.. Firstly when we went it was empty we asked waiter to take our order he asked us to wait we waited there for 8mints for no reason (he was just setting his counter) then he took order and we took place in outdoor area as inside was very hot no AC , after 25mints pizza arrived and the were COLD and served without plates and cutlery... We again waited then he might be bringing it but after 10 mints my husband went his self to ask for plates and cutlery, then after2-3 mints he brought 2 plates only and run away then again my husband went inside and took 2 set of fork 🍴 from inside table.. and then we were ready to try pizza which was alread cold and after all this it got more cold and tasteless , i am never going to visit this pathetic food chain again ..... A BIG NOO from us ....

This review refers specifically to the "All You Can Eat" buffet at the Erbprinzenstraße in the Karlsruhe city center (Mondays & Tuesdays, 6pm til 9:30pm). The buffet costs only 8,90 EUR and offers all the pizza you can possibly fit into your tummy and also includes a large soft drink. Sounds like a good time... so why only 2 stars? Well, there are a few reasons for this. You can generally expect the restaurant to be packed during the buffet hours, with about 60-70% of guests taking advantage of the offer. Unfortunately that means there will be more guests than pizza. The buffet table is very small and has only space for up to five small dishes. And generally every time the waiter comes out with a new dish for the table, there is a mad rush and absolute chaos. In fact, even if you wait patiently by the buffet table, you can expect 20 spotty teenagers to push past you, and take 3 or 4 slices each, leaving you with nothing. For the first hour or so, it became a frustrating experience and if you're not into firmly standing your ground, you will definitely go hungry. As time passed, the restaurant eventually caught up with the demand. However, by that time, I was so annoyed with the whole experience, it was time to just pay and leave. So here's an overview of the experience: PROS: - Awesome price - The pizza buffet seems to be a unique offer in Karlsruhe at this time - Many different pizza toppings on offer, the dishes ranging from pretty good to awesome. CONS: - Too many people, not enough pizza to cover the demand. - People are gonna push you to the ground to get a slice, or four. Meaning you may go hungry for a while. - The Karlsruhe location is too tightly seated. You will literally be dining with strangers. - No pasta or salad bar or free refills included in the price (in comparison to the pizza hut buffet experience in the UK). - Little choice for vegetarians, as most dishes include at least some sort of meat. In all, I don't think I will be doing this Pizza Hut buffet again. I guess if you set your expectations low though, you can still have an enjoyable experience.

Decent pizza at good prices that you can eat before clubbing or after some of the surrounding restaurants/bars have closed the kitchen.

I've read a lot of negative comments. Personally I can not say bad. I went with time, ate with time, the food was good and took the normal time :) The space is cozy and was quiet environment. When I return to visit Karlsruhe I will eat here again.
