Best Med Urgent Care was an excellent clinic. The check in process was quick and efficient. My care was outstanding! I felt listened to and was able to get my prescription right away. I’m so grateful for the terrific care I received.

The nurses here are phenomenal! You can tell they were understaffed but they were so nice, patient and attentive. Shout out to Sue😁. The doctor was great too, unlike any urgent care I have been too!

Had an excellent experience with this provider/health facility. Was visiting family in Eugene when I needed medical care and was apprehensive about not seeing my regular provider. Staff and provider made me feel very comfortable in their ability to care for me. Check in process was quick and I received care very quickly. Provider as well as staff very professional and knowledgeable. Did not feel rushed through appointment. Had all questions answered thoroughly. Would not hesitate to use this care center in the future if needed.

Quick and thorough. All of the staff was kind and listened without haste or causing me to feel like I wasn’t being heard. Front desk was exceptional and my doctor and nurse were comforting and skilled in their work. Nurse was very polite and formal. My doctor not only gave western medicine but also advice on some herbs and methods of how to aide my strep infection and ease discomfort. This is the second time that I have been to this urgent care and both times I’ve been well taken care of and brought in as quickly as possible. I appreciate all they do! My experience personally was wonderful.

The front desk was so nice and helpful and patient when having troubles with finding the right insurance card. The place was really quick as well and we got called as soon as we finished putting in our information. Cindy was fantastic and made our experience so much better during a hard time.

Very fast. They were somewhat busy , but was still able to get me in as a walk-in and out in less than an hour. Also provided me with the medication on site. Super friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend this place instead of ER if they cover whatever is wrong with you.

The doctor and nurses I saw were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was seen within 15 minutes of arrival (I had checked in online and there was no line when I got there.) Additionally, and I feel bad for saying so, but the receptionist has been a bit curt and off-putting both when I’ve gone in myself as well as when I’ve gone with my partner either while injured or extremely ill.

The doctors and nurses are patient and helpful every time I went. However, there is this older female receptionist with chin-length or middle length hair who is extremely rude. One time she couldn’t spell my name due to her illiteracy, she then got so mad and frustrated (maybe at herself) and commended me to spell my name for her in a fit of foul temper. Unfortunately the second time I checked in it was her again. Seeing I was waiting after a younger guy who was just checking in with her, she began to chit-chat and banter with him for at least ten minutes without tending me at all. She is clearly also a racist and bully. I’m Asian American. When it was my turn she made it difficult for me by asking me to say my name for the second time regardless that I’m speaking in a normal fashion, (well, if she could hear me saying “hi check-in please” she has no problem in hearing the rest). It just so happens after I checked in, another Asian patient came to check in, this older receptionist then pointed at me and said : “which one of you have already checked in? You all look alike.” It takes a good dose of imagination to assume that wasn’t intentional since we dressed drastically different and we have different hair colors. To conclude and remind: It is, by law, any medical facility’s responsibility to fire employees who are blatantly racist and behaviorally abusive to patients. We don’t need extra emotional abuse at an urgent care clinic.

I really appreciate the kindness and quality of care I received. I went in with a lot of pain feel so much better today after the procedure they did. I'm very glad to have this clinic as an option. Front desk, nurses and NP were all wonderful.

Went in with a stye in my right eye. Didn't think it was pink eye. Last urgent care I went to in FL for the same thing provided an antibiotic treatment to help get rid of it and it cost me $80 after Cigna insurance. Here it cost me $180 for them to take my vitals and tell me to use a warm compress. No antibiotic, which is fine, but $180 for doing nothing but talking to me about a Stye is excessive in my book

The treatment was really good. However, you can improve on the very long waiting times. When I tried to book a slot, I was told this is a walk-in clinic. This makes it highly inconvenient especially when you are sick and have to wait for 2.5 hours to get a consultation.

Vangie did a great job removing my stitches👍🏻If she had not said anything I never would've known it was her first time! The times that I have been in there with issues you have all been awesome! Thank you for being ther🥰

We walked in about 15 minutes before closing with a couple of lacerations from falling off an electric scooter. They showed no signs of irritation and were super helpful and friendly as they stayed an hour and a half late cleaning x-raying and stitching my son up. Can’t thank them enough for their professionalism and compassion.

Everyone was so caring thorough, and and efficient. From Cindy at the front desk to the xray tech..sorry I forgot her name..to Gabrielle. Helped me with a wheel chair and warm blanket. I've had maybe more than my share of injuries and illness requiring urgent care. This is truly health care like I've never experienced.

Exceptional experience. Professional, polite, caring staff. Scheduled an appointment for a laceration on my pinky finger. I was greeted with a genuine smile and was treated by a staff of caring professionals who exhibited compassion and kindness towards this old geezer. Renewed my faith in the health care system. I hope BestMed recognizes what an exceptional group of individuals they have. Thank you all again. And my pinky finger is especially thankful!

I struggle emotional y in medical places much of the time, but I’ve consistently had unequivocally positive experiences here. I have been impressed with every single staff person I’ve interacted with. The goal here really feels like it’s quick, efficient, quality medicine. Making an online appointment and then waiting at home ensures quick service. The staff are incredibly competent, understanding, kind, and knowledgeable. They are very good at asking questions and listening to concerns, and give knowledgeable patients leeway to make informed decisions about their specific care and prescription needs. (For example letting me choose an antibiotic I’ve had good experiences with over ones I was unfamiliar with for an infection that could be treated with either)

I had a wonderful experience yesterday at BestMed Urgent Care. Cindy, at the front desk, was super nice and quick to wrap up the paperwork. Sue, NP assistant, was sweet and caring, an excellent listener and very professional. And Gabriella, nurse practitioner, was amazing. I felt like I was in better hands than most doctors’ offices! THANK YOU BestMed for the perfect visit!!

This will always be my first choice when urgent care is needed. I took a strong fall on the pavement. Blood all over the place. My wife rushed me to BestMed. I was welcomed and processed quickly. My wounds were inspected, cleaned and stitched by a super very professional staff who gave me easily understood care instructions. Super professional, very friendly and caring and so quick to address my wounds. My fall was not fun but thanks to the BestMed staff I left cherishing a good experience.

Great Staff! They obviously care for their patients health and well-being. From exhausting every option available to figure things out, to advocating on my behalf with insurance to make sure I had what was needed. I can’t express enough gratitude for the care I received. Thank you BestMed!

Amazing experience and service. This was the best Urgent Care experience I've ever had. I waited about 10 minutes in the lobby before being called back. When asked to weigh, I politely declined to do so and that was respected. I felt heard and respected by the LPN and the PA. I listened to them but felt like they actually listened to me too. It felt like a collaborative experience and effort to work up my health concern. I will only be coming here from now on when I need an urgent care! Thank you to all the staff!

10 +!!! Everything was clean. Very Efficient. Most of all, the staff, from the receptionist, to the nurse assistant and the NP, evaluating my condition. I have never had a more positive experience in a health care setting. Thank you!

They were very helpful. No other Urgent Care location I called Saturday morning answered the phone (except one, to say immediately and tersely, "I have to put you on hold," and then not return to the line.) By contrast, Best Med was accessible, friendly, professional and kind, both in person and when I called again Monday morning with a question. They were just wonderful.

Got in pretty quick but waited half HR for doc. Didn't see other patients but perhaps tending to patients also being sent to wait. Doc was very nice. Knowledgeable n answered questions very well.Front desk also nice. Just didn't like waiting so long in a little room but hey, all good!😊

I visited Best Med urgent care twice in 4 days. Both times I was greeted by people who I felt truly cared about my well being and wanted to help me get better. The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. All the women took the time to really get down to the root of my problem and came up with different ways to treat it. I left feeling better than when I went in. I would 100% go back to this location (Willamette). I’m home and feeling great. Thank you to the team that made it happen :)
