The
doctors
and
nurses
are
patient
and
helpful
every
time
I
went.
However,
there
is
this
older
female
receptionist
with
chin-length
or
middle
length
hair
who
is
extremely
rude.
One
time
she
couldn’t
spell
my
name
due
to
her
illiteracy,
she
then
got
so
mad
and
frustrated
(maybe
at
herself)
and
commended
me
to
spell
my
name
for
her
in
a
fit
of
foul
temper.
Unfortunately
the
second
time
I
checked
in
it
was
her
again.
Seeing
I
was
waiting
after
a
younger
guy
who
was
just
checking
in
with
her,
she
began
to
chit-chat
and
banter
with
him
for
at
least
ten
minutes
without
tending
me
at
all.
She
is
clearly
also
a
racist
and
bully.
I’m
Asian
American.
When
it
was
my
turn
she
made
it
difficult
for
me
by
asking
me
to
say
my
name
for
the
second
time
regardless
that
I’m
speaking
in
a
normal
fashion,
(well,
if
she
could
hear
me
saying
“hi
check-in
please”
she
has
no
problem
in
hearing
the
rest).
It
just
so
happens
after
I
checked
in,
another
Asian
patient
came
to
check
in,
this
older
receptionist
then
pointed
at
me
and
said
:
“which
one
of
you
have
already
checked
in?
You
all
look
alike.”
It
takes
a
good
dose
of
imagination
to
assume
that
wasn’t
intentional
since
we
dressed
drastically
different
and
we
have
different
hair
colors.
To
conclude
and
remind:
It
is,
by
law,
any
medical
facility’s
responsibility
to
fire
employees
who
are
blatantly
racist
and
behaviorally
abusive
to
patients.
We
don’t
need
extra
emotional
abuse
at
an
urgent
care
clinic.
