I visited here in August for some imaging. At the end of my appointment I was told "we'll be in touch". No one ever called to discuss the results of the imaging or to schedule the future procedure that was discussed at my appointment. I called multiple times to try and get in touch with a provider. I asked if I needed to call to schedule my next appointment or if I should wait for someone to call me. I was told I would receive a call back "early next week". That was about a month ago. At this point I am pursuing care at another facility.

Wonderful staff, clinic, and experience. The environment is clean and welcoming and the doctors and staff are very professional and personable. I always feel like part of the family here! I couldn't imagine families, couples, and individuals going any where else for these needs in the Willamette Valley. I love recommending you guys!

Booked a test while traveling in Oregon (we live in California), and it took a very long time to get the test results, much longer than they said it would. Had to call repeatedly to follow-up. Felt like we got lost in the system. And then when we got the results, they were so different from every other test we've done prior and after that we think it wasn't even our test results. Every doctor we've seen has 'thrown out' the test results from Oregon, assuming they are incorrect - either a lab or clerical error. So it was a waste of time and money to visit the Fertility Center of Oregon. (Based on the other reviews here, my experience may be an outlier, but it was a very poor experience.)

I could not possibly say enough good positive things about this clinic and their staff. Each and every person has a wonderful personality and beautiful soul. I have never had the pleasure of meeting so many amazing staff members in one place. Doctor Austin, nurses Deana and Sharon (I wish I could name all the nurses), all the lab technicians, to the receptionists like Kris are all incredibly thoughtful and easy to talk to. They make people feel welcomed, comfortable and appreciated. Its easy to see that all the staff here is 100% passionate about what they do. They genuinely care about people. Egg donation has been such a positive experience here. I would never go anywhere else for it! I absolutely love this facility. Thank you to all the staff members that work and provide care here.

We love Dr.Austin, his bedside manner and compassion for our situation is comforting and supportive. We also love all of the staff, they are always welcoming of any and all questions and are always willing to go out of their way to help. Even their financial coordinator bends over backwards to help everyone and to make it a pleasant experience. It is the one doctor's office we actually enjoy visiting.

From the first phone that my husband and I made we have always been treated wonderfully, even though the our appointment had to be booked for 2 months out (I completely understand why though, if you want the best you'll wait for the best). The staff is so kind and caring, always going above and beyond what is needed. We met with Doctor Austin and he never made us feel rushed, unimportant or that any question was silly or to little. He went over every option we would have and made us feel comfortable and confident in our choice!

Had a wonderful experience during my fertility journey over the past year. From the front desk, to support staff, and all the way to the providers, has been a great experience. Everyone is kind and caring. The providers really takes the time to get to know you. They are quick to return phone calls, or call with testing results. I would definitely recommend this fertility place.

My experience so far with Dr Austin and his staff has been exceptional. His intelligence is very impressive and the office works smoothly as a whole. I appreciate the continuity of care I have received. Update on 1/2/23: Because of Dr Austin our son turned 4 last month!! We couldn’t imagine our family without him and are so grateful to Dr Austin for everything he did to help us on this journey.

I have only had one appointment so far, but everyone was kind and respectful. I saw Michelle, who seemed extremely knowledgeable, even about things I usually have to educate other doctors on. I was a little nervous going too a new place, but the clean, pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. I look forward to my next appointment.

The most professional and laid back place ever. Everybody here is kind, a very safe space. More people need to be aware of this place!!

My wife and I went to Dr. Austin and his staff for our fertility issues. Everyone is very professional, compassionate and understanding. It's clear they enjoy their work because it shines through with the service they provide. Dr. Austin is a great person. He is a great listener and actually hears what you're saying. He spends a lot of time with each patient. As much time as it takes. I have never felt rushed or like I was just another patient. His compassion, understanding and knowledge is why we have our two beautiful children. Even when we have been late with our payments, his billing people have been very nice and understanding. The emotional rollercoaster of fertility problems is bad enough. The stress is unbelievable. Having a doctor and his staff who know and understand the stress you're under, and don't make it worse, is paramount.

Thank you so much to everyone at the clinic, I am forever grateful to all of you for helping make my greatest dream come true. It was a tough road to get here but words cannot express how much it means to have my babies in my arms.
