I cannot give this clinic a high enough rating! It is by far the quickest, cleanest, and most caring facility you will go to. I was warmly greeted by the front receptionist and during the visit my NP, Emily really made me feel like my concerns were valid and taken care of. I cannot speak for walk-in times but I was seen promptly when I scheduled an appointment ahead of time. Amazing care here :)

My partner and I went to this clinic twice because we had such a great experience with the staff. They are quick, professional, and they genuinely care. The location is clean/well maintained and not too busy that it takes a while to be seen like other walk-ins in the area. Being from out of state, I haven't found a PCP in the area that I feel comfortable with except for this one! I highly recommend. (Although if you are a Graduate Employee, any visits will incur a $100 fee after the visit. So just keep that in mind!)

I had a great experience coming to this clinic! No wait, better availability than most clinics nearby and everyone was incredibly kind. Emily Griffith was the NP that helped me and I cant say enough good things about her! She clearly is very good at communicating and empathizing with her patients. I didn't feel like I was just one of the bunch they were just cycling through, she took the time to make sure all my concerns were addressed and taken care of as well as tips to prevent the same issue from happening again. I will definitely be making this location my new regular spot and I highly recommend others to do the same!

This place has the most fantastic healthcare that I've seen in a long time! I made an appointment for my child, and the staff was welcoming and kind. The nurse even brought my child saltines after he got sick due to gag reflex from a swab. Emily was amazing and addressed all our concerns and came up with a treatment plan that makes sense. I will no longer bother with urgent care after finding this gem of a place. I understand there are a lot of facilities right now that are understaffed and overwhelmed, this location included, so try to make an appointment instead of walking in.

Had an appointment here last month and it was hands down one of a handful of examples of excellence in medical care. I was treated promptly and felt genuine concern from everyone I had contact with and my NP Emily listened carefully to all of my concerns, went over my medical history, treated me the same day, followed up with me and discussed a plan of action for my care in the future resolved or not. She was able to treat and resolve my acute health concerns. Thank you Peacehealth for this wonderful clinic!

I went to this clinic a few weeks ago for bronchitis. I was told to check in with them again if symptoms did not resolve. Symptoms worsened, so I made another appointment here because my primary didn't have openings for a few weeks. They cancelled my appointment and said I had to go to my primary because they don't do follow-ups. I'm literally coughing up blood, and they knew that. It's a pretty confusing care model.

Fast, Quick, and EFFICIENT! This place is amazing, and the staff is warm and comforting. New clean office, great location and hours!!! I was seen in less than 5 min after checking in, the provider took her time and REALLY listened to me. Great customer service over all!!!

This is a terrific option if you need a certain level of walk-in health care. (It's not quite an urgent care.) They also take appointments. Staff is great and hours are convenient.

My 13 year old son was seen at this clinic on April 14th and I want to say that he felt very well treated by everyone there. We were given a detailed plan to help his problems which I can now say have worked very well. Thank you for the excellent help.

I had an amazing experience at PeaceHealth Walk-In Clinic yesterday! I was a little hesitant at first because I was unable to get through by phone, but once on-site, my opinion changed completely. Amanda quickly took my information at the front desk and told me to come back at my appointment time so I wouldn't have to wait in their lobby. When I returned, I was called in almost immediately! Emily Griffith, NP, was kind, caring, compassionate, and extremely approachable. She was also incredibly thorough and answered all my questions with a wealth of information. I have never been this comfortable and satisfied with a medical appointment. I highly recommend this facility for your walk-in needs!! Special thank you to Emily!!

The absolute best!! From the very very nice front desk lady to my visit with Alba and her manager who went completely above and beyond to get me the help I needed since I'm new to Eugene. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience and can't thank them enough, they are amazing people who really care about and wants to help their patients and I wouldn't ever recommend anyone else, thank you again for the exceptional work and customer service alone that you guys are achieving at this clinic, the help you are providing, and for caring as much as you do! 10/5 stars.

Everyone who works there was so kind and helpful and I felt like my concerns were taken seriously. Definitely the best urgent care experience I've ever had - would recommend without any hesitation.

I went here a few years ago. My old psychiatrist put me on some meds that I didn't have a great reaction to. I haven't slept in 3-4 days and I fully expected to be treated like I was "crazy". When I got there I was checked in and treated with nothing but understanding and kindness. I wish I could remember my doctors name but he was very kind. Told me exactly what to do and made sure that I never had to come back into his office for that reason. I was able to get better with his advice, and if it wasn't for him I think my entire life would be different. Thank you to the wonderful doctors and nurses who cared for me that day, seriously changed my life for the better probably more than they'll ever know❤️

Today, December 5, 2023, I went to the clinic at 7:00 a.m. because I felt bad with fever, body discomfort, headache and chest pain. At 7.40 a.m. A man arrived and I told him that I needed an appointment and how I was feeling at that moment, the man told me to wait a moment outside. After a few minutes he came out and told me to go to another peacehealt because there were no more appointments, the interesting thing about all this is that when you go to the peacehealt woodfield website it says that NO APPOINTMENT IS NECESSARY. It's a contradiction because I was the only person there and they tell me there are no appointments. It was a disappointment to have gone to that clinic.
