    Disabled Vet referred here from the Roseburg VA for a very major complication in my throat. They got me in quick enough due to the urgent consult request but it was very early in the morning and a 200 mile drive (not joking 97 miles 1 way) I arrived 15 minutes late because I had to stop for anti nausea meds from an abscess pressing on my ear from my throat (I was in a good bit of pain too). Upon arrival the front desk told me since I didn't arrive 15 minutes early they no-showed my appointment. I felt like I was being treated unfairly so I requested to speak with a patient advocate or hospital director, security instead showed up. Lets be clear, the security guy looked as if this was the most shameful thing he has ever done in his life. Being forced to throw a sick veteran out of a hospital on directions of some Karen, I could never. Horrible experience, horrible review, earned by horrible people - Peace Health. (P.S. The VA is sending me to a different hospital, but now because the infection has gone without treatment I am dealing with a whole lot of other complications.)

    I had an appointment recently with Kate Bradly. She was wonderful in the office and very kind. I had my nose cauterized because of chronic nose bleeds. If I knew how much pain I was going to be In I would have never agreed to do it. I was not informed at all of what would happen. She just said "it might burn a little after". It's been 4 days and I'm still in excruciating pain. I've missed 2 shifts at work because of the unbearable head and face pain. When I called the office to tell her she said it must have been something else because this doesn't happen with nose cautery. You can look online and see many people had the same symptoms. I feel like she brushed off my pain. Here on day 4 I'm hoping the emergency room can provide me with pain relief so I can get back to work and be there for my 2 kids.

    Dr.Macarthy is amazing! My son is Autistic and non verbal and he was just so good with him! He was also very good at explaining every single step and calming me (his mother) down ( this was his very first surgery) and assuring me that everything that was happening was normal. The surgery center was just as great. Every single aid, nurse, doctor that we came into contact with were so sincere and kind. They also called multiple times after his surgery to make sure he was doing good. I highly recommend Peace and Health ENT.

    Dr. Brad is AMAAAAAAZING. He is one of the most kind and knowledgeable people that I have met. He always comes to the lobby to welcome us. He consistently makes my daughter and I feel so comfortable. So happy with the service we receive here!!!!

    Made ear appt. 4 months out. A week before my appt. I got a random unidentified text from a third party that my appt. was for a different day. Called them and they said that it had been changed and that I should have been notified but wasn't. Sorry. Because I had previously juggled other obligations it'll be months before I can get in. Terrible Customer Service. Kate Bradley was good. Scheduling staff not so much.

    Thank goodness I was able to find an ENT and Eugene that still books appointments based of priority and not just first come first serve. The front desk associates that I spoke with yesterday were absolutely atrocious. I've waited months just for someone to call me, and when I finally called you you're telling me I'm looking at a 6-month wait to see a specialist when the problem I'm having is probably a cardiac issue not an ENT issue, but to get help I have to see an ENT first. I've never in my life been so anxious and disheartened by a medical establishment, at some point I started crying because I was very frustrated and these people proceeded to make fun of me they thought I had been placed on hold but wasn't. Having cardiac events in your thirties is scary, what is wrong with you people? Highly recommend going absolutely anywhere else.

    I was having an issue with a reoccurring keloid scar in my mouth and Dr. Christensen actually called me while he was on vacation in Alaska. I was expecting a call from the on-call provider! Huge 👍🏻! He really is focused on patient care and not just the $$.

    My teenage daughter has been without her hearing aids for months now and this place cancels her appt and pushed it further out. Twice now! They know she doesn't have them. Very unprofessional. If my insurance let me go anywhere but here, I would. Ridiculous!

    The staff was amazing and knowledgeable as well as both the doctors that I saw today. Dr McCarthy and Brad Smith. There may be a chance that I can get hearing aids so I can actually hear the world again.

    My son hasn't had his surgery yet but so far everyone I have encountered has been friendly and helpful. There was some issue with the insurance and they worked very hard to wrangle everything back under control

    They left my 5 year old child sitting for over an hour after her appointment time after, of course, requiring us to be early. They are not interested in doing medicine. Just charging your insurance. Should be considered criminally negligent. Believe the 2.9 score this place has as an indication of health care.
