I had a 6hr day spa and I have never felt so pampered and taken care of my whole life. They provided me a delicious lunch and chocolates. Everyone was so kind and knowledgeable in each service they provided. Will be going back there most definitely!!

I'm not usually a low star review. I take them seriously.and I have send about 5 people to this spa in 4 months. I'm so very disappointed in my last experience on Friday. I made a last minute massage appointment Thursday night with a different massage therapist as my body is so painful stressing and I'm hurting inside and out. I work in the Healthcare field and know how important it is to no show any appointments. I had my boyfriend sent to Riverbend as he almost died on Tuesday. I've been in the hospital with him, still am as I write this but about 3 hrs before my appointment I completely lost track of time due to his vitals going down. At any rate as I answered the phone knowing I should have been there ten minutes ago as I look at the clock and before saying "hello?" I immediately apologized. Cannot shoot the messenger but I will say there was no human response to my current condition. I told her I have no problem paying though under the circumstances of last minute scheduling and the lack of timing in life I didn't agree. I won't be returning and will sadly remember this experience. God speed

My first facial was such a relaxing and wonderful experience!! Margaret was exceptional and recommend her for her service and explaining products and what to expect. I got the anti-aging facial and already booked again. My skin feels so soft and rejuvenated. The receptionist was also wonderful in answering questions and taking my email so I know what products were used because I loved them.

I LOVE the professional, courteous and respectful experience Allie provides during my Brazilian waxing appointments. I have been going to her regularly for years and will absolutely never go to anyone else. If you’re looking for intimate waxing she is honestly the only one I would recommend.

TERRIBLE massage, and customer service, completely inappropriate and unsafe therapist (Matthew/Mattie). The front desk was kind and helpful. Like others in the reviews… I also waited for a phone call and never received one. After letting the spa manager know the full and frightening details of my appointment in email, the manager very rudely dismissed it all because he was their “friend”. He also didn’t actually work on the areas I needed and didn’t seem to know where muscles were. Literally the worst massage I have ever had.

The massage was great, and everyone at the spa was very friendly and kind. It was my first spa visit, and Sophie was great at making sure I was comfortable.

Allie Ross is the absolute best waxer I've been to! I highly recommend her if you have any hesitancy when it comes to intimate waxing, she makes me feel so comfortable during brazilian waxes. She's quick and treats her clients with the utmost care, I won't see anyone else!

I recommend this place for all your pampering nerds. My only complaint is that the esthetician who did my eyebrow pealed the skin off my eyelid and resulted in a black eye Other than that it was perfect. Very friendly. I recommend getting a full body massage. Great selection of items to purchase.

Everyone is professional and friendly and patient and understanding, I get wonderful quality service every time I come in. Every time I leave I feel like I just made friends because everyone is so welcoming and personable. Katie is my favorite waxer by far. She does an outstanding job every time

All three services were of the highest quality. The staff went out of their way to make my wife and I feel special on our anniversary. I also felt it was a good value.

Wonderful spa with great relaxing outdoor setting in the back. Staff is super welcoming and attend to all you may need. The massage therapist was great at her craft. Highly recommend.

I love the Pearl Day! A true spa like feeling and experience. They book appointments way out, so plan for a month or more out. Tea in the waiting room that is so tranquil helps you arrive. All massage therapists are well qualified and have excellent skills. I highly recommend for a relaxing massage experience.

The vibes at this place are immaculate. I feel great. I’ve gone in for an hour and an hour and a half deep tissue massage with Tony and it was great both times. He is very intuitive and would definitely recommend booking with him. The booking system and check-in is simple and the prices are very reasonable.

My massage today with Kody was wonderful. She made me feel very comfortable. I had a 90 minute session and appreciate how thorough she was. She even worked on my face - I don’t think I’ve experienced that before. Lovely! I’ll definitely be back to see her.

I don't usually review however I truly felt the need to praise Pearl after my experience today. My wonderful MIL buys me a massage every year for Christmas so I have been to Pearl a handful of times before, all of those experiences prior were wonderful. I have not been able to find time to schedule my apt for this year until late February, I've just been so overwhelmed and busy. I am now a new nurse, working night shift for the first time and the night schedule has been wrecking my days off. I have not been being able to sleep at night on my days off, causing me to oversleep heavily into my days. My apt was for a 1.5 hour massage at 1245 today. I woke up at the time my apt was to start. I immediately called Pearl and let them know I would not arrive until 15 minutes late. The receptionist let me know that if I am more than 10 minutes late, they charge half the fee of the service and count this as a no call/no show. This is something I had read and signed at the time I scheduled my apt so it was expected. I said there is no way I'd make it within those 10 minutes. She placed me on hold, and without me asking, went to speak to management on my behalf. After a short hold, she explained to me that they were willing to still let me get a massage, just that the time that I have missed already will be counted towards the time of my service and I am still expected to pay for the full scheduled service. Based on their policy, I was expecting for Pearl to tell me to reschedule and count this apt as a loss, as they rightfully could. They did not have to see me today, they were clear in their policy, they were just being kind by letting me come in. As soon as I arrived, I was met by the LMT, Sophie, and the receptionist. They wasted no time checking me in and settling me for my apt. Sophie was wonderful, told me to take a deep breath and relax (I needed that as I am not one to be late and despise having others waiting on me), she optimized the time we had by really focusing in on my problem areas and prioritizing my added services. I can't express how much I needed this today, to take care of my body after the stress it's been through recently. My mental and physical health were greatly impacted today and it was all thanks to the sweet receptionist, amazing LMT Sophie, and management who made an exception and turned my day around. 10/10 highly recommend.

My visits here have been consistently fantastic. Allie works miracles with facials and every single massage therapist has been extraordinary. I highly recommend every service.

My very first massage ever and it was delightful 😌 Mattie was my practitioner and he was just kind, pleasant, and very welcoming. I got an hour relaxation massage and it was perfect. The music, the atmosphere, and Mattie was an experience I will never forget. Before leaving, I made a second appointment to see Mattie next month! I feel so good after my visit, thank you!

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Atmosphere was very relaxing. Love the lounge area to hang out for a bit after the massage. The prices seem very reasonable considering the great service and vibe. I live out of town, however I will come here for a girls day when I visit my friend.
