don't
usually
review
however
I
truly
felt
the
need
to
praise
Pearl
after
my
experience
today.
My
wonderful
MIL
buys
me
a
massage
every
year
for
Christmas
so
I
have
been
to
Pearl
a
handful
of
times
before,
all
of
those
experiences
prior
were
wonderful.
I
have
not
been
able
to
find
time
to
schedule
my
apt
for
this
year
until
late
February,
I've
just
been
so
overwhelmed
and
busy.
I
am
now
a
new
nurse,
working
night
shift
for
the
first
time
and
the
night
schedule
has
been
wrecking
my
days
off.
I
have
not
been
being
able
to
sleep
at
night
on
my
days
off,
causing
me
to
oversleep
heavily
into
my
days.
My
apt
was
for
a
1.5
hour
massage
at
1245
today.
I
woke
up
at
the
time
my
apt
was
to
start.
I
immediately
called
Pearl
and
let
them
know
I
would
not
arrive
until
15
minutes
late.
The
receptionist
let
me
know
that
if
I
am
more
than
10
minutes
late,
they
charge
half
the
fee
of
the
service
and
count
this
as
a
no
call/no
show.
This
is
something
I
had
read
and
signed
at
the
time
I
scheduled
my
apt
so
it
was
expected.
I
said
there
is
no
way
I'd
make
it
within
those
10
minutes.
She
placed
me
on
hold,
and
without
me
asking,
went
to
speak
to
management
on
my
behalf.
After
a
short
hold,
she
explained
to
me
that
they
were
willing
to
still
let
me
get
a
massage,
just
that
the
time
that
I
have
missed
already
will
be
counted
towards
the
time
of
my
service
and
I
am
still
expected
to
pay
for
the
full
scheduled
service.
Based
on
their
policy,
I
was
expecting
for
Pearl
to
tell
me
to
reschedule
and
count
this
apt
as
a
loss,
as
they
rightfully
could.
They
did
not
have
to
see
me
today,
they
were
clear
in
their
policy,
they
were
just
being
kind
by
letting
me
come
in.
As
soon
as
I
arrived,
I
was
met
by
the
LMT,
Sophie,
and
the
receptionist.
They
wasted
no
time
checking
me
in
and
settling
me
for
my
apt.
Sophie
was
wonderful,
told
me
to
take
a
deep
breath
and
relax
(I
needed
that
as
I
am
not
one
to
be
late
and
despise
having
others
waiting
on
me),
she
optimized
the
time
we
had
by
really
focusing
in
on
my
problem
areas
and
prioritizing
my
added
services.
I
can't
express
how
much
I
needed
this
today,
to
take
care
of
my
body
after
the
stress
it's
been
through
recently.
My
mental
and
physical
health
were
greatly
impacted
today
and
it
was
all
thanks
to
the
sweet
receptionist,
amazing
LMT
Sophie,
and
management
who
made
an
exception
and
turned
my
day
around.
