Everything was going well until it came time to sedate me for my bone graft surgery. The meds never did take effect, and I remained wide awake and very nervous the entire time. Definitely not worth paying $210 per each 15 minutes of “sedation.” Now I’m scared to go back to finish my implant process... Update: Such amazing professionals at this office. I received a phone call from the nurse first to check on my initial progress, and then Dr. Dow himself called after learning I was in pain. Not only did they help with the pain, but I am being refunded for the cost of the meds that didn’t work for me! I highly recommend this team of such caring individuals!

Dr Dow and his staff are exceptional in every way. From the moment you call to schedule your appointment until you leave they are accommodating, professional, thorough and caring. During this COVID pandemic they strictly adhere to all CDC guidelines for safety to you the patient and their own staff. Thank you for making my experience so great!

Dr Dow was recommended by my dentist, Dr Park (Oregon Family Dental) as the person he would want doing his own implants, and I can see why. Dr Dow and his staff are thorough, kind, patient and efficient. Dr Dow took the time to explain details and answer all my questions of the implant procedure. He was able to show me details from the 3-D x-ray they did, and even identified a potential problem in an unrelated tooth (which explained the occasional sensations). I found Dr Dow to be smart, current, trustworthy and attentive to details. I did think the financial part was a bit tedious and could be simplified.

Absolutely perfect. The clinic is very modern, the staff very welcoming. Dr. Dow transmits a calm professional manner and addresses issues matter of factly. Very reassuring. The procedure itself was done quickly and as comfortably as possible, and follow-up steps were clearly explained. The teamwork demonstrated between Dr. Dow and his assistants was nothing short of remarkable. Later in the day a follow-up call from the clinic served to add a very human touch to the whole procedure. I would whole-heartedly recommend him.

The staff are very friendly and the wait time go get in to see someone is very short. I had a gum graph done back in December 2018 and he made sure all my questions were answered before he started the procedure. The procedure itself went well with very little discomfort and the healing process does take time. The office called multiple times to make sure everything was going ok. They all care very much about there patients. If I ever have to have anything like this done again I would definitely go back to see Dr Dow. Thank you to all the staff for making my procedure go smoothly.

I had to have my tooth removed because of an infection in my jaw. Dr. Dow was very nice and asked me many times how I was doing during the extraction. After the procedure was over his staff called me to see how I was doing. When a complication arose Dr. Dow came In on the weekend to check on me. I had a great experience. I would definitely go back and recommend his services to others.

Update: They contacted me and had a check immediately available for me to pick up. The dr and hygienists were awesome. However no one else seems to know how to do their job and I am out almost $200 for it. Been waiting on a refund check for a service I paid for out of pocket cause I was told insurance wasn’t going to cover it. Okay fine, no big deal. Had to cancel my next appointment cause I couldn’t afford it at the time. I get a letter from my insurance saying that they had covered X amount of previous service and I would likely owe X amount to the office. So, I called and asked about it and that’s when they told me I had a credit. Why not mention it when I said I couldn’t afford the appointment (which I’m wondering if insurance would have been covering that too and I was paying them money for their own benefit)? I asked for a check to be sent to me. 2 1/2 weeks went by and nothing so I reached out. Check hadn’t been sent because apparently the book keeper took a vacation that whole time. Why not tell me that at the first phone call? It’s now been 10 business days and two weeks since last contact. One month since initial contact and I haven’t received it. I will never go back here. We are a single income family with two kids. Money isn’t disposable. Like I said, paying it initially wasn’t a problem. It was the fact that this office got paid twice for it and had no intention of letting me know that.
